The staff in restaurant were very rude. We ordered cocktails which took almost an hour. They didn’t know how to make anything we asked for despite it being on the menu. It became a joke in the end we had to settle on a beer and a warm glass of wine! Which the waiter brought over and said this is warm. The table was broken. It was comedy bad! The pool was closed. The reason we booked the hotel. No apology. No mention of it on the website. The air con didn’t work in the room.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel est accueillant, malgré nos lacunes en anglais et espagnol on parvenait à se faire comprendre et ils nous aidait bien :). La propreté de l’établissement et des chambres parfaite. Le plus : le parking au sous-sol 👌 (25€ / jour). Salle de sport au 6ème étage, adaptée aux adultes et enfants de plus de 7 ans, c’était top (surtout qu’on était au 6ème étage donc parfait pour nous). Chambres spacieuses pour nous 4 (grand lit double et canapé convertible pour nos enfants de 7 et 10 ans). Salle de bain spacieuse avec douche et baignoire. Petit déjeuner suffisant et largement satisfaisant. Pour l’emplacement nous l’avions choisi pour sa proximité au stade, en dehors du centre-ville et de la foule. Centre commercial Cortes Ingles top a 15 min de l’hôtel 👌. Juste pas très bien desservi par les transports en commun (pas de métro à proximité juste quelques bus). Un peu de marche pour rejoindre le bon bus ne fait malgré tout pas de mal ;). L’hôtel a une piscine, toujours utile pour nos enfants (1,34m de profondeur). Moins fan en tant qu’adulte. Les - : une demi-pension ou une pension complète n’est pas du tout rentable dans cet hôtel. La nourriture est vraiment pas top (hormis le petit dej). Heureusement il y avait des restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel. Piscine non chauffée qui ouvre à partir de 12h. Malgré la chaleur du jour, l’emplacement de la piscine se trouve à l’ombre aux heures les plus chaudes (entre 12h et 14h).

Personalet og servicen var rigtig god. Meget venlige medarbejder. Beliggenheden var også god og det var nemt, at komme til shoppingcenter og caféer. Hotellet var også flot og terrassen var meget hyggelig.

Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, Bad ist bisschen renovierungsbedürftig, aber auch sauber. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist relativ klein und die meiste Zeit im Schatten. Der Bus in die Stadt fährt 2 min Fußweg vom Hotel. Das Frühstück war ok. Wir waren aber nur für 2 Nächte Gäste im Hotel. Zu Abend gegessen haben wir nicht.

The pool is good but in shadow until 2:30 pm.. Sunshine after 2pm onwards in August..sunbeds/pool were clean & comfortable. Good customer service..It was a respectable, modern hotel near a shopping centre and a bus stop closeby. Restaurant menu was average..The room card is sensitive so dont put it in pocket by your mobile phone..It is 35 mins by bus/metro to city centre.

A bit far from the metro station, and in the heat, walking to and from the station is hard work as it's quite hilly. Hotel itself is lovely, pool doesn't get sun until mid afternoon which is a shame, but it was too hot to sit out for long anyway. A few nice eateries nearby and the hotel food is nice, just make sure you order extras like potatoes and veg, because that doesn't come as standard. If you order fish, you get just fish, no salad or veg or potatoes of any kind. Very strange. However that seems to be a Madrid thing, not just the hotel.

The hotel is nice, but far from the city. Have to plan a good 45-50mins in public transportation. We stayed for 2 nights, and were a bit derived because we were hoping to have access to the pool but it’s only opened in the summer from June… even if it was already quite hot in May. And the other night the terasse was closed for a private event. There was also a lot of miscommunication between the reception and the bar/breakfast service. We asked for ice at the reception and they told us the bar could give us some, but at the bar they refused to give us ice.. a bit annoying given the price we pay. And the other incident was for breakfast, the lady at breakfast told us to ask to pay for breakfast at reception to have a better price, but at the reception « they could not give us the special promotion »…. Other than that, the room was nice, AC very noisy though, but the bed was comfy. I don’t think I would go there again due to the high price for the service we got.

El servicio de check in y check out fue muy cordial y eficiente. La habitación tenía un olor a sudor apenas se entraba y una fuga de agua de la bañera que salía hacia el lavamanos por el piso. La habitación fue la 514 por si pueden revisar y corregir.

I took pictures of my room. The bed not done properly, with stains on the bedsheets. Baseboards damaged, paint peeling off, food on the floor. The room was large decorated with ugly furniture . Breakfast area tables with coffee stains and breadcrumbs left on the tables. Staff rude snd not accommodating. Credit card charged ahead of time without my consent.

We had a terrible experience during this stay. Bathrooms are filthy, moldy, plaster is falling off. Bathroom bin had not been emptied prior to our check in. Rooms are tired and poorly cleaned. The wall that’s adjacent to bathroom had a hole in it around 40cm in diameter, looking like it was caused by water leak, taped over by wallpaper and Scotch tape. Windows were covered in smudges. Additionally we were woken up in the middle of the night by our bed shaking from neighbors having sex and screaming. My child was terrified. The hotel refuses to be accountable for guest placement. Do not recommend staying here.

We were unfortunately quite disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The room was unbearably hot (during winter), and neither the heating nor the cooling system worked properly. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell, reminiscent of old carpet. The bathtub was completely broken, and other fixtures in the bathroom were barely hanging on loose screws. The breakfast room, on the other hand, was far too cold in the mornings. The coffee was undrinkable, and there were hardly any fresh vegetables available—only a small salad served in a glass bowl. For a decent hotel, I would expect a better breakfast with fresh vegetable options and, at the very least, drinkable coffee. Another major downside was the location. The hotel is very far from the city center, and it takes 40 to 50 minutes by public transport to get there (as no metro close by), which made the stay quite inconvenient. Overall, while there were some aspects of the hotel that were acceptable, the issues with the room, breakfast, and location mean I wouldn’t stay here again.

The rooms are very spacious, with excellent common areas for working, and the food is great. The only suggestion I have is that during the day, I had to walk to the back of the bar to find someone to take my food order.

Staff were great and the service was impeccable. However, the room did not feel like 4 stars at all. The floor was vinyl, the faucets in the bathrooms were tatty, the deco reminded me of a hostel. Altogether - not impressed with the room.

The property was chosen because it was closer to the airport. The lobby was nice. The check in procedure was fine. When we got to the room, the temperature was 27 degrees Celsius. It was 33 outside. We tried to get the A/C to work, and ended up getting hotel staff to help. The A/C never went below 24 degrees for the two night stay. No apology was given, and no remedy (another room) was offered.

Este hotel tiene el sistema de aire central dañado. La primera noche la información que me suministraron luego de quejarme fue que en la mañana me arreglarían el inconveniente. Dicho eso, a la mañana siguiente reporto el problema en recepción (iba a salir a hacer turismo en la ciudad e iba a llegar tarde). Cuando regreso, pregunto en recepción si el problema del aire se había solucionado y ellos me indicaron que si. Grave error, cuando subo, la habitación parecía un sauna, cuando llamo denuevo a recepción, luego de una espera por teléfono de 7 minutos me mandaron a un técnico el cual me dice que el aire estaba en buen estado. En fin, me tuve que quedar otra noche en esa habitación con el aire acondicionado dañado, esto me causó una alergia en la piel. No lo recomiendo para nada!

The staff in restaurant were very rude. We ordered cocktails which took almost an hour. They didn’t know how to make anything we asked for despite it being on the menu. It became a joke in the end we had to settle on a beer and a warm glass of wine! Which the waiter brought over and said this is warm. The table was broken. It was comedy bad! The pool was closed. The reason we booked the hotel. No apology. No mention of it on the website. The air con didn’t work in the room.

One of the worst hotels I've experienced in a very long time. Staff were excessively rude, particularly those in the lounge. Rooms were barely clean. No hot water one morning. Management should be replaced as the poor staff attitude and rudeness are a function of poor training and poor corporate culture. I will never stay at this hotel again or any in this particular chain of hotels.

This hotel is dedicated to you and honour of there way to make sure your stay is relaxing.Daniel at check in ,makes sure your are welcomed and your stay goes smoothly.The premises are filled with lots of cozy areas with lots of plants and couches inside and outside.Breakfast is amazing with both hot and cold choices and a cook to make you scrambled eggs or a healthy omelette,Belinda with her lovely smile and Mieki with make sure breakfast surpasses any expectations you might have.Please sit outside on the Terrace is so beautiful and relaxing.Theres a massive gym on the top floor and a pool that is just steps away.Ivan who leads the great team will make sure your stay is a great one! A nice hotel convenient for work but if touring a good bit out of town and the nearest metro is 1km away. I found the restaurant staff quite rude and abrupt, so would need to work on their customer service I feel.

The property seems modern and well maintained. Rooms have a funny smell, maybe from the type of cleaning product used. but the are clean. Breakfast is served very nicely but the staff is seems undertrained. The first morning, from the moment we walked in, the gentleman attending, rather that orienting us where to sit, he waited until we picked a table to shout from the entrance that the particular section was closed. Shouting, in an empty restaurant. Second day, my daughter finished breakfast and was eating a plain croissant when my wife instructed her to rush to the room and grab her things to leave, which she did with the half eaten bread in hand and mouth full. The same ill-mannered person from the day before, went after my underage daughter, halfway to the elevator and grabbed her arm to tell her that she could not take food from the restaurant. She came back to my wife and sat down to finish the piece of bread. I did not deal with this at the time and with hotel management because I just learned about this after the trip but sincerely hope that this message reaches the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is very convenient, especially if you want to run away from the noisy city center, Having good restaurants near the property, and public transportation, but also in front of the hotel, there is a taxi spot and prices are similar to Uber. But what truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment we arrived, every team member we interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their efficiency and warm attitude stood out and made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its location, but especially for the outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff are all exceptional. Whoever is in charge of hiring is a genius. It is a five star experience. Pillows in Amsterdam and this hotel are my two favorite hotels in the world. The quality of the employees is what makes this place superb.

Lovely, clean and modern hotel, near to airport. Booked here to be near Santiago Bernabeu but it was a 45 minute walk to the stadium. However it was a nice experience walking through the different neighbourhoods and seeing how Madrid people live. An Uber to the centre costs around 12 Euros each way and takes 15 minutes. Breakfast was okay but not worth 38 Euros for 2 adults; better heading into town for churros and chocolate at Saint Gines which was delicious. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you don't mind walking and using taxi/Uber or public transport.

Comfortable stay a bit always from the city. However, it worked for us as it was a busy pride weekend in Madrid and we were happy to be away from the noise / fiesta. Taxi services were easily accessible so the location was not a problem for us.

Estuvo bien, me comentaron que el desayuno iba a ser 12€ y al final pagué 19€, el desayuno era muy sencillo y el personal del buffet estaban inquietos por levantar los platos antes de levantarse el cliente. No obstante, la habitación estuvo bien. Y recepción muy amables.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le personnel est accueillant, malgré nos lacunes en anglais et espagnol on parvenait à se faire comprendre et ils nous aidait bien :). La propreté de l’établissement et des chambres parfaite. Le plus : le parking au sous-sol 👌 (25€ / jour). Salle de sport au 6ème étage, adaptée aux adultes et enfants de plus de 7 ans, c’était top (surtout qu’on était au 6ème étage donc parfait pour nous). Chambres spacieuses pour nous 4 (grand lit double et canapé convertible pour nos enfants de 7 et 10 ans). Salle de bain spacieuse avec douche et baignoire. Petit déjeuner suffisant et largement satisfaisant. Pour l’emplacement nous l’avions choisi pour sa proximité au stade, en dehors du centre-ville et de la foule. Centre commercial Cortes Ingles top a 15 min de l’hôtel 👌. Juste pas très bien desservi par les transports en commun (pas de métro à proximité juste quelques bus). Un peu de marche pour rejoindre le bon bus ne fait malgré tout pas de mal ;). L’hôtel a une piscine, toujours utile pour nos enfants (1,34m de profondeur). Moins fan en tant qu’adulte. Les - : une demi-pension ou une pension complète n’est pas du tout rentable dans cet hôtel. La nourriture est vraiment pas top (hormis le petit dej). Heureusement il y avait des restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel. Piscine non chauffée qui ouvre à partir de 12h. Malgré la chaleur du jour, l’emplacement de la piscine se trouve à l’ombre aux heures les plus chaudes (entre 12h et 14h).

Great dining menu and convenient. The only thing that I didn’t like is that the last day they took one hour to bring the food and when they arrived we realized that it wasn’t the food that we ordered. They offered free dessert for the inconvenience. They must be kidding me.

All of the staff were very freindly and helped with directions and travel advice. The breakfast is absolutley fantastic so much choice incredible spread. Room service quality of the menu and price was also very very good. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. I had two issues at the hotel but they didnt really affect our stay. The kettle was broken when we got their it leaked when i filled it up and put it on so i took it to reception but they never sent a replacement. I also got charged 3 different amounts for the same breakfast buffet on each of the three mornings we ate there. Like i say didnt affect the stay just could have been a little better there.

Our room was in need of repairs- Holes, rips, chips, and crumbling surfaces, the whole room felt very worn. It was clean, which is important, but everything in the room felt really worn down and abused. Above the sink was crumbling dry wall, a hole in a wall had been crudely patched and looked cheap.
