Unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment as we thought it was a 4-star hotel which it absolutely is not, possibly 2.5-3-star. The hotel really needs a refresh, in the building on the right that we stayed in, the rooms were in need of an overhaul as the floors had cracked, loose parts in the bathroom such as toilet holders, the shaving mirror was hanging three quarters of the way, the heat in the shower switched from scalding hot to cold every other second, dirty curtains, the carpet in the corridor and by the elevator was terribly dirty and stained (floor 7). The toilets at the reception also need to be refreshed. The elevators lacked sensors when closing the doors as they closed before anyone had entered Some of the sun loungers with accompanying tables by the pool would need to be replaced as they are worn and dirty. Breakfast okay but no more. The staff needs to be more service-oriented and friendly as some of them were treated with nonchalance. One of the bartenders was almost rude when we ordered drinks (the same kind) for the whole group, I have never been treated this way ever in a hotel bar. The only good thing about the hotel was the location by the sea.
