Fue un hotel que escogimos porque tenía parking y cuando llegamos comentaron que solo tenían 6 lugares y estaba lleno y todos los días que nos hospedamos fue igual y tuvimos que salir a buscar a la calle principal. Las fotos lo venden mejor de lo que es

Fin beliggenhet på hotellet like ovenfor stranden.Men dårlig renhold i fellesarealene og ved bassenget. De ansatte var til stede, men ryddet ikke bort glass, tallerkener og annet. Servietter lå våte ved bassenget. Rist rundt bassenget var skitten. Det stod mye glass og skitne ting på bordene da vi kom ned på morgenen. Lite bassengområde mht solstoler, altfor for få i forhold til antall rom. Veldig skitne solstoler. Renhold på rommet var bra!

Hotellet ligger fantastiskt, ett stenkast från havet. Ngt slitet. Golvet hade rest sig lite så dörren fastnade. Hissarna är av gammal modell, små och långsamma - men det värsta är att de inte har sensorer. Vi hade en rullstolsbunden i sällskapet och hissen klämde personen som inte kunde gå in i hissen tillräckligt fort.

Good home base for exploring Mallorca...we rented a car for couple of days to drive around the island.. it was hella hot in August the room A/C struggled to keep the room cool and overnight parking is competitive..but free in public lot up from the hotel Hotel parking with limited spaces and 20€/night

We stayed for a few days as a couple and overall had a good time. The best part was the location – the hotel is right by the beach, and the view from the balcony was beautiful, perfect for having a drink or playing cards in the evening. The room was okay, but nothing special. It lacked practical details like hooks for towels, and the bathroom layout might not be for everyone – the toilet has glass doors and there’s no door for the shower, so you need to feel comfortable with your travel partner. That said, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well without any noise issues. The pool area was nice, but as expected, you had to be early to get a sunbed. The breakfast was good, and the cocktails by the pool were a nice touch. A downside was the sea water, which was surprisingly dirty on two out of four days – something we didn’t expect from such a beautiful beach. The other two days, it was clean and lovely. The Cala Major area is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, but it does feel a bit run-down and lacks that “luxury” atmosphere. Rien ne m’a plus car l’hôtel est catastrophique dans le sens où il est salle mal entretenu, avec une belle plage mais publique donc peu de place … tout est payant en sus (exemple peser ses bagages) … le personnel est juste aimable ( a part deux ou trois) on ne se sent pas très accueilli… à oublier rapidement

Frukosten hade allt du vill ha. Sällskapsytorna var rena och fräscha, rummens städning var ok, dock verkade det som de bara sopade golven på rummet då vi hade grus 7 våningar upp trots att vi inte varit på stranden. Skönare stolar på balkongen hade varit önskvärt. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Nära till bussen om man ville åka in till Palma.

Bra barnfritt hotell vid fina stranden Cala Major. Perfekt att ligga på solbadar vid poolen, sen direkt ner på stranden o havet. Mkt bra trevlig o serviceminded personal. Stor och bra frukostbuffé. Mkt rent överallt, men man ser att rummen börjar behöva renovering, ex golv o lister. Enkelt o snabbt med taxi(15 euro) eller buss (2 euro) in till Palma.

We stayed out of season so things may improve alot in summer as they were starting work on the pool.wjile.we were there. The public areas need refurbishment..the room.1228 had amazing views and was nice and clean..robes and toiletries suppoed aswell as bittled water every day which is nice. Staff all.so.friendly.. location for beach is stunning..surrounding area rundown howeverlike i say work started in earmest on last day we were there so that may all chnage

Die Lage des Hotels ist direkt am Strand und wunderschön. Die Besten Zeiten hat das Gebäude allerdings hinter sich. Es war sauber und die Betten bequem. Ein WC ohne schließende Türe ist jedoch zuviel Zweisamkeit auf diesem Örtchen.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Deutlicher Renovierungsstau. Bilder täuschen. Hotelhalle dunkel. Von drei be live hotels in Cala Major, ist eins schon komplett geschlossen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das gute Bett mit gut riechender Bettwäsche und der super tolle Ausblick.

Vi bokade rum högst upp i byggnaden med havsutsikt. Det var en fantastisk utsikt, rymlig balkong och rent rum. Utsikten över havet kompletterades perfekt av diverse segelbåtar som låg för ankar i bukten eller som seglade in/ut till hamnen som skymdes av berg precis invid stranden. Det tog endast ca 3 min totalt från hotellrummet ned till stranden. Trevlig personal som serverade frukosten och tog emot oss i receptionen. Wifi sträckte sig från hotellet ned till stranden. I själva rummet var det dock lite "privacy". Var endast en dörr till själva toaletten och ingen dörr till själva badrummet som var "öppen" för alla som gick in/ut ur hotellrummet. Så om man inte är där med sin partner så får man tänka på att hålla sig undan när den andra använder duschen eller badrumsbänken så den får det någorlunda privat för sig. Dörren till toaletten kunde inte heller stängas helt och var en frostad glasdörr. Kunde gärna ha varit bredare utbud av restauranger som serverade spansk mat i området. Det fanns några stycken som var riktigt bra. Men i övrigt var det många som serverade pasta, pizza, hamburgare, kebab etc (så passar bra för barnfamiljer om man har lite kräsna barn). Annars tar en Uber/Taxi endast 10 min till Palma där restaurangutbudet var betydligt bredare. Fanns även en vacker promenadsträcka från hotellet till Palma som tog ca 45-60 min att gå. Till flygplatsen var det endast ca 15 min färd med taxi/Uber.

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön direkt am Strand. Abends draußen am Strand zu sitzen morgens mit Meeresrauschen aufzuwachen, einfach herrlich! Das Zimmer war groß und der Ausblick vom Balkon unschlagbar. Die Einrichtung war, nun ja, ein Bett, Schrank Schreibtisch und ein Stuhl, fertig. Dafür hatte man eben viel Platz. Leider war der Geruch mehr als unangenehm. Es stank nach Kanal. Ich war im 5. Stock und somit konnte ich Tag und Nacht die Balkontür auflassen, damit wurde es erträglicher. Eine Renovierung wäre auch nötig, leider leider ist alles ziemlich abgewohnt und notdürftig repariert, oder auch einfach so gelassen. Ich habe aber gesehen, dass auf unteren Etagen Renovierungsarbeiten im Gange waren, das lässt hoffen. Die Umgebung ist so lala, aber mit dem Auto kommt man in kürzester Zeit überall hin. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich und immer gut gelaunt.

Rummen är väldigt slitna. Golv som är extremt slitna, korridormattor som är sunkiga, badrums dörren gick inte att stänga. Fick även byta rum, då det första ledde rakt ut mot en extremt bullrig gata och där ventilationsgallret var helt demolerat och stora hål i. Kändes som kackelackorna skulle kliva fram när som helst ur hålen i gallret. Ett stort minus att det inte finns vattenkokakare på rummet. Rummets duschvägg i badrummet är urdåligt då allt vatten kommer ut i badrummet och man måste ligga och torka upp allt varje gång man duschar. Att detta hotell är 4 stjärnigt är mig faktiskt en gåta, det borde vara 2 stjärnor max. Den kvinnliga personalen i Receptionen kunde vara mer serviceminded och mer tillmötegående, utöver att de var otrevliga så kändes man totalt övervakad av dem när man gick förbi... Frukosten får ett stortt plus då den var fantastiskt.

The hotel itself was OK, despite the view from the veranda was straight into a wall 4-5 meters away. We booked a room with double bed. Upon check in we were informed that the hotel only has single beds. Obviously misleading info from Hotels.com.

Had a room with a view in the 7th floor, however had 2 single beds put together with 2 separate duvets, no double bed available for a traveling couple. Also no coffee/tea station in the room which was disappointing, not what’s expected for a ‘4 star’ rated hotel. The pool was nice and direct access to the beach was a big plus.

We stayed for a few days as a couple and overall had a good time. The best part was the location – the hotel is right by the beach, and the view from the balcony was beautiful, perfect for having a drink or playing cards in the evening. Rummen är väldigt slitna. Golv som är extremt slitna, korridormattor som är sunkiga, badrums dörren gick inte att stänga. Fick även byta rum, då det första ledde rakt ut mot en extremt bullrig gata och där ventilationsgallret var helt demolerat och stora hål i. Kändes som kackelackorna skulle kliva fram när som helst ur hålen i gallret. Ett stort minus att det inte finns vattenkokakare på rummet. Rummets duschvägg i badrummet är urdåligt då allt vatten kommer ut i badrummet och man måste ligga och torka upp allt varje gång man duschar. Att detta hotell är 4 stjärnigt är mig faktiskt en gåta, det borde vara 2 stjärnor max. The hotel is rundown. It could be nice with a little effort. The fridge was broken the AC blew constantly and loudly and never made the room cool. We ordered a salad from room service but never got a fork. Two calls down and 45 minutes later, the salad was wilted and we went out instead. Everything was in poor condition and not cared for. The toilet leaked all over the floor. All that being said, the beach directly in front of the hotel is fabulous. The location had lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Quick and cheap cab ride into the city. Location can’t be beat. Everything else was poor and dilapidated. Pity. The beach

Bra barnfritt hotell vid fina stranden Cala Major. Perfekt att ligga på solbadar vid poolen, sen direkt ner på stranden o havet. Mkt bra trevlig o serviceminded personal. Stor och bra frukostbuffé. Mkt rent överallt, men man ser att rummen börjar behöva renovering, ex golv o lister. Enkelt o snabbt med taxi(15 euro) eller buss (2 euro) in till Palma.

This hotel is expensive for what you get. Should be no more than £100 per night. The main positives are the location, the beds are comfortable and overall the hotel is prettty clean. However, there are a lot of negatives. The first thing we noted when arriving in the room was that the smoke detector was taped up so was no use whatsoever. When we brought this up with the reception staff as a safety concern we were just told that this is how we have them and to just leave it. The rooms shower also had tile missing from the wall and the shower gel dispenser was also broken. The wardrobe was extremely small and could only fit a couple of items in, luckily we were only there for 3 nights but any longer and we would of struggled. Breakfast was included but was nothing special... it was a buffet style but most of the items were incorrectly labelled and had no allergy information either. Everyday we had to go and ask reception for coffee and milk for the room which was supposed to be replaced each day but was missed. This was no problem however when we would go and ask the receptionist was extremely rude and on one occasion even expected us to pay for the coffee even though it was supposed to be included. If i was to book again i would either book the hotel next door (nixe palace) as it looked alot better and the customers we spoke to had great things to say about it or we would stay at the hotel hospes maricel which is down the road. Do not pay more than £100 a night here

Very nice hotel "on the beach" nice rooms - I guess all with more or less view to the sea, as we ordered, but we also got a room at top floor as we asked for, so good service here. Very good breakfast (we only had breakfast) The City is very "turisted" with many small bars, and fast foods places, but bus 04 goes every 15 minutes into Palma, so easy to go there were good shops and restaurant are, so all in all a very good week in "Be Live Adults Marivent" - we will for sure bee back :)

Vi bokade rum högst upp i byggnaden med havsutsikt. Det var en fantastisk utsikt, rymlig balkong och rent rum. Utsikten över havet kompletterades perfekt av diverse segelbåtar som låg för ankar i bukten eller som seglade in/ut till hamnen som skymdes av berg precis invid stranden. Det tog endast ca 3 min totalt från hotellrummet ned till stranden. Trevlig personal som serverade frukosten och tog emot oss i receptionen. Wifi sträckte sig från hotellet ned till stranden. I själva rummet var det dock lite "privacy". Var endast en dörr till själva toaletten och ingen dörr till själva badrummet som var "öppen" för alla som gick in/ut ur hotellrummet. Så om man inte är där med sin partner så får man tänka på att hålla sig undan när den andra använder duschen eller badrumsbänken så den får det någorlunda privat för sig. Dörren till toaletten kunde inte heller stängas helt och var en frostad glasdörr. Kunde gärna ha varit bredare utbud av restauranger som serverade spansk mat i området. Det fanns några stycken som var riktigt bra. Men i övrigt var det många som serverade pasta, pizza, hamburgare, kebab etc (så passar bra för barnfamiljer om man har lite kräsna barn). Annars tar en Uber/Taxi endast 10 min till Palma där restaurangutbudet var betydligt bredare. Fanns även en vacker promenadsträcka från hotellet till Palma som tog ca 45-60 min att gå. Till flygplatsen var det endast ca 15 min färd med taxi/Uber.

It is one of the few hotel in this area that has its own access to the beach in front line, super quiet and comfortable area near pool with DJ midday jam, outstanding breakfast ( like on the best all inclusive resorts) with ability to dine outside with a sea view. Our room has direct sea view where I can take breathtaking views on sunset and sunrise.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I arrived at around 3:00 AM, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I only spoke English, communication was never an issue, and everyone went out of their way to assist me. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area offers stunning views, and there was always a bartender available at the pool bar ready to serve drinks. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and an incredible ocean view that made every morning special. Being located directly on the beach was unbeatable. The views were breathtaking, and I loved my partial sea view room. From the balcony, I could enjoy the ocean during the day and then take in the city lights and mountains illuminated at night. The staff was also extremely helpful in arranging taxis whenever needed. We visited the spa for a couples massage, which was fantastic, and afterward enjoyed the beautiful hot tub overlooking the ocean—an unforgettable experience. Overall, this was an incredible stay that exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, beautiful views, and a relaxing beachfront getaway.
