First time at this hotel and will stay again in the future. We had a Studio Room. Cooking facilities. QUIET room on level 7. Very clean and no complaints with the room. Staff Friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk from the Virgin Domestic Terminal or you can catch bus 350 from the Qantas Domestic Terminal. 10 minute walk to Mascot Train Station and Restaurants. There is also a Woolworths.

Shocked at the most expensive parking of $40 per night and none available. No warning pre-booking that we’d need to do carpark hopping. We stay in hotels every week in Syd but was nearly double parking rate. Staff were lovely though.

The small kitchen was perfect and made the stay really easy, the laundry was great for us as we were able to clean the clothes be for we left . The staff were super helpful and the rooms were very clean

Convenient to airports. Able to book and pay for shuttle to airport. 1 bedroom apartment was a good size and extra bed fitted in lounge with plenty of room. We were told daily service . Unfortunately does not include weekends. However we were provided with towels but we did not buy additional tea and coffee as we thought it would be replenished. Mascot train station and food options about 10-14 minute easy walk. A hotel restaurant next door. Pricey but very nice.

Really pleased with this apartment. We arrived on an early flight and didn’t expect to be able to check in straight away but they said we could. Good valve for money and very near the domestic airport. Friendly reception staff.

The room and entire hotel was spotlessly clean and check in was fast and efficient. The guy on the front desk when I checked in was friendly and welcoming, and acknowledged me with a nod and smile every time I walked in or out. The location is close to the airport and the domestic terminal is within walking distance if you're not carrying luggage. The shuttle to the domestic and international terminal is cheap ($10) and easy to organise in advance at reception. Being an airport hotel, there's not a lot in the area but there are food options nearby. McDonald's, KFC and Krispy Creme are less than a ten minute walk away. The furnishings in the room looked a bit cheap and worn but for one night that's fine and, as I said, it was very clean. My room was a studio apartment and was the size of an average hotel room with a kitchenette at the entrance. The kitchenette was fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, microwave, stove, toaster and kettle. Tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, shampoo and conditioner were also provided. The mattress of the queen bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together, so it had a big crack down the middle. I thought the price I paid for the room was very reasonable and I'd happily stay here again if I were able to get it at a similar good price.

My apartment of choice for business and leisure travel when visiting Sydney. Currently the lobby area undergoing renovations which did mean a few steps to carry luggage up. We were placed on a higher floor away from the noise. Staff always super helpful. Shuttle bus available for a few to the airport. Uber or walk and train into the city. Mascot Main Street at other end of the road with great selection of places to eat.

I more than likely won't return. The hotel has 8 on-site restaurants listed, but upon arrival I found out all 8 of those are more than a half a mile away from the property. The staff ignored to do not disturb sign on the door multiple times throughout my stay. The carpets in the hallways are covered in stains, though they said that they're in the middle of renovations so in the future that may change. It's listed as having soundproof rooms but I could hear just about every noise in the hallway and from outside, I was on the 8th floor and I could hear dogs barking on the ground and from outside, I was on the 8th floor and I could hear dogs barking on street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I had an average experience, I think next time I'll just stick with going to the Branksome though, it's in the same area and price range and had much better amenities and facilities. This hotel doesn't seem much like a luxury hotel, it's more like an old apartment building in the process of becoming a hotel. I had much higher expectations from the listing

Extremely disappointed as housekeeping needs to improve so much Dirty cushions on the bed, sofa extremely worn out and sinks when you seat on it, second and third day no milk, no coffee,no tea towels provided and worse of all....our room was Not served at all on second day which meant bed was not made, no clean towels, garbage bins were not empty, dirty cushions were not replaced after asking twice The one bedroom apartment on floor 1 needs a good clean up and update... Lots of bags with garbage and dirty linen on the floor along hallway as cleaners services other rooms all day long... NOT a very nice look and a trip HAZARD... SO DISAPPOINTED

The room wasn't great. The chairs at the table had stains on them, the bathroom had hair in it and smelt like stale water (wet dog). Bed was uncomfortable and check in didn't feel like it was worth anyone's time. Wouldn't recommend

The studio was very small, it was smaller than some motel rooms. With two large work station desks in the room, the table and chairs was squashed in down the side of the bed almost impossible to use even if you wanted to. Barely room to get two medium sized suitcases in the studio. The road noise was consistent throughout the night,tooting cars screeching brakes etc and of course the planes!

Very friendly team. No room service after first night was disappointing (dnd was off the door by 11am), and the window didn’t seal resulting in lots of external noise entering the room. Bed was comfortable and black out blind very effective.

Disappointing Experience Overall Our stay was quite underwhelming. Upon arrival, the reception staff was rude and unhelpful. Despite calling ahead to reserve a parking spot, we were informed on arrival that no reservation had been made. This left us searching for parking late at night, which was frustrating after a long journey To make matters worse, our room keys didn’t work, and we had to return to reception to have them fixed. There was no sense of welcome or hospitality on the first day. However, the reception staff on the second day was somewhat helpful, which is appreciated. The room itself was quite small and did not meet our expectations.

Stayed here for 1 night before a morning flight. Check in was quick, room was clean and quiet. Close to the domestic airport. They arranged airport transfers to the international terminal in the morning which was helpful. Easy to walk or catch the local bus 1 stop from the domestic terminal. I would stay again if i needed to be near the airport.
