Newer modern hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. Airport shuttle is 5 euro per person, but parking is free. Really convenient last night stop before returning your rental car in the morning. But kind of in the middle of no where. Nothing seemed walkable.

Hotel cleanliness, quality, etc fine. Point out: don’t count on shuttle. Claim is every 15 minutes. We came in just past 5 and when calling were told the next would be at 6pm unless we wanted a personalized arrival window. Family waiting with us similarly had to wait 50 minutes for shuttle to arrive. Next morning we’re told shuttle runs at 4:30am. When we arrived at 4:30 it was full so we had to get taxi.

We booked a 4 bed room, which is too small ( double bed and double sofa the one next to the other). Big bathroom. A bit smelly room, as if someone has been smoking. Bad air conditioning, it was hot during the night. Nice buffet dinner. The common areas are nice, although the pool is much smaller than the one shown on the photos. Big parking, well located near the airport.

Upgraded to Executive Room which had all the amenities expected. However the USB next to bed not working. I booked this hotel for the pool but in early September already closed even though the temperature outside was between 27-30 degrees. Take the hotel shuttle and save yourself a lot of money. But it only operates up to 10am and after 6pm.

we didn't expect much from an airport hotel and we were right. it's pretty clean but the sink in the bathroom had mold around it. they also only gave us one robe and one pair of slippers even though it was two of us. when we went to the front desk to ask for another robe and slippers, they were only able to give us slippers and said they had no more robes (??) internet was very weak and barely worked. TV only had about 10 channels and all were in Italian except CNN, considering they host international guests we expected at least couple of channels in English to watch a movie or two before bed. Breakfast was not included either. Overall the stay was ok since we really only were there to sleep.

When we first arrived, the room assigned to us had mold in the bathroom in the shower and sink area. There were ants in the tub, broken vanity light and scuffs in the walls. The building exterior needs maintenance. Other than that, the staff was pleasant.

There is a shuttle service from/to malpensa airport for only 5 euro each way, 10 mins from hotel to the airport, there is also a restaurant at the hotel which is pretty decent. I had a superior room double bed which is clean, bathroom is clean though but the floor carpet need to be deep clean as it shows really dirty and some stains. Overall, great stay for 1 night.

this is a good hotel with shuttle service from airport for 5 euros per person, teh hotel is comfortable but the issue on my stay the fire alarm got broken in the middle of the night , so besides scary everybody’s , they couldn’t fixe ir for 3 hrs. was impossible to sleet

I stayed at Novotel Milan Malpensa and honestly, it was a pretty awful experience. The reception staff at check-in was unbelievably rude—condescending and dismissive. I reported that the AC wasn’t working in my room, and after waiting over two hours with no action, I went back down to ask for a room change. The guy lied straight to my face saying the hotel was “fully booked” and that I had no choice but to stay in that hot room. Only after arguing and stating I had asthma, did he magically find me another room. Totally unacceptable attitude and zero empathy. The rooms themselves? Old, tired, and far from truly clean—definitely didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The whole place felt more like a 2-star operation with a fancy name slapped on. The only saving grace was the restaurant: the staff were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The food was great and breakfast was also solid. If it wasn’t for them, this would’ve been a 1-star review. Bottom line: I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If you’re expecting a proper Novotel-standard experience, prepare to be disappointed.

Service at check-in was indifferent, restaurant delivered raw hamburger (priced at EUR 25), and caprese salad instead of Caesar salad as ordered. Room on first stay was in order and serviceable, room on second stay was not clean and AC did not work. Only stayed here a second time because close to airport.

Very bad service at the front desk. Rude, lack of empathy, and unwillingness to help. Pool was closed without any information to us before hand, when we explained that this was the main reason we booked the hotel they just shrugged and said, “not my problem. This is out of our hands”. Even though this is their own pool and the pool was closed due to “maintenance”. No other compensation was ever offered. Extremely poor service.

This is a perfectly serviceable hotel for easy access to or from Malpensa airport. It was quite hot while we were there for a single night, and the AC was barely a cool breath, but I was thankful they had it at all, since it is not the standard in Europe. Unfortunately you have to pay €5 per person to transport to or from the airport, as opposed to a complimentary shuttle which is usually the case in the states. I will say the staff were super friendly and very responsive to our needs.

Novotel is a little farther from the airport than we expected however, the hotel offers a shuttle for five euro per person. Hotel is clean. Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere so it is a perfect overnight stay pre or post travel but not much more.

We only stayed for a few hours , because was too far from Milan , unfortunatelly we only found out when we arrived , our fault should have google it properly . Area was very quiet at time of the year .There is a lot of hotels around that area Hotel is beautifull inside , very clean , staff very nice and friendly .

Het eten bij het lopend buffet was allemaal koud. Voor 24 euro, mag je toch wel warm eten verwachten. In ieder geval hetgeen dat warm hoort te zijn... We hebben wel heerlijk geslapen. Vriendelijkheid personeel was wisselend.
