Quaint hotel on a quiet side of Charles Bridge and walking distance to most places of interest. Rooms were clean, breakfast options decent (nothing in all of Europe I have traveled compares to breakfast spreads in Asia 😊), and very helpful and cheerful staff. I’ll opt to stay there again when I’m back next time in Prague. Parking spots are few and we were lucky to get public parking space in front of the hotel. But otherwise it’s a hassle to find parking spots nearby. The staff is very helpful and will look for options but still it’s a challenge.

Magic staff, so friendly. Room lovely and air conditioned. Very central and also handy for transport (underground Aline - Malatranska and trams). Just ask at reception and in an hour you can have a spa (not cheap though and no essential oils, if I were being picky).

I didn't realize the spa cost extra money, so I was bummed about that. The breakfast was lovely and they provided me soy milk the second day they realized a guest was lactose. That was thoughtful. The location was great! The staff was friendly. The building made me think of the past in an elegant way.

Hur kan detta ha så många stjärnor? Tvålen fanns i sminkborttagningsflaska de använde som refill för flytande tvål. Ingen minibar. Inget vatten på rummet, Parkering 3 kilometer bort. Mit dem Bus vom Flughafen 59 an die Endstation und von da mit der Metro bis z ur Station Malostranska. Wenn man die Strassenbahn an der Haltestelle vor sich hat nach rechts, die erste Strasse rechts. Dann steht man vor dem Hotel und wird herzlich mit einem Glas Sekt empfangen. Die Zimmer entsprechen den Bildern und sind sauber. Mit Badewanne und Kühlschrank zur Selbernutzung. Wasserkocher und Gratiskaffee, alles da was man will. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ansprechend und abwechslungsreich. Es gab von Allem immer genügend. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mit dem Lift kommt man ins 1 UG, wo sich eine Sauna und ein Dampfbad sowie ein Whirlpool befindet. Für die Nutzung muss extra bezahlt werden, für mein Befinden etwas zu viel. Von Hotel aus erreicht mal alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss.

Super super nice hotel, great location and fantastic rooms. Would definitely recommend. The only thing to keep in mind, sometimes in the mornings the water can be a little cold. I'm guessing too many people showering at the same time kinda thing. We also booked the wellness area which is priced at €50, don't think it's worth that cost at all. The hot tub was cold, and €50 euros for an hour session isn't enough time to thoroughly enjoy and relax.

Sink blocked two days in a row. Wasn’t repaired until the final day. Room door left unlocked when ‘cleaning’. Sheets were not changed either. When reporting to staff they acknowledged the problem but failed to provide any goodwill. Really poor and disappointed.

The hotel is a jewel: it was very clean, the staff was friendly and the location is perfect, waking distance to the city castle and cathedral, the Charles IV bridge, the piers and the astronomical clock; you can get to any pf those sites within 15 minutes walk.

The hotel is in a quiet place and the welcoming was very good the man at the reception was very gentle. The room has it own OLD luxury but they should do a good cleaning as the cleaning lady was just changing the towels and tidying up the bed but never cleaning the sink and the tables and as the decor was old there were bugs and spiders coming out of the curtains. Apart from thay the breakfast was good. But also when we were doing the checking out the bellboy-the gentleman- watched me lifting my heavy luggage down the stairs and never chose to help, but he was really helpful when we did the check-in :) I couldn't help thinking that we were leaving and the courtesy&nice behaviour also comes to an end :) anyway they should also do something about the blond lady at the reception as she answered me in such a scolding manner when I wanted more details about the taxi to the airport she was rude :/

The facilities are good, the staff is friendly and we got a welcome drink, which was a really nice touch. The location is amazing and on a quiet street. The bed was also super comfortable. The showers may be too cold during the ‘rush hours’ in the morning.

This hotel was conveniently located just a 10 min walk from all the main points of interest for a tourist. Our room actually overlooked the palace! Our only complaint was the deadbolt lock was broken and the air conditioning was extremely finicky.

Great location, walking distance to Prague Castle and Charles Bridge to go into Old Town. Wallenstein Place (free tour on Sat) and gardens close by. Has a view of Prague Castle from room but as trolley cars run along this road, it can be heard through the night.

A wonderful hotel with a very nice breakfast buffet, 5 minutes away from the Metro Malostranska (on foot), and a shirt walk to the castle up on the hill. Also, a few wonderful restaurants are a 10 minute walk away (that will provide awesome food and will not break your wallet). Thanks to all the staff, from the front desk to the kitchen!

stayed one night. no meaningful English communication half the time. Used translator on google. So if everything is smooth, great, otherwise, imagine it. In my case, did not get much help since no manager on site during weekends. Again, if everything is smooth, it is ok; or find a big hotel.

Reception at the front desk FANTASTIC. Every time I went there was to ask or requeat something: VERY EXPEDITE and Courtoisie attention. Imposaible to ask a better service. The same evaluation for the cleaning room staff at the floor. Absolutely kind. And they all perfect English-speaking. It is so nice to travel in this kind pf luxury, small hotels.

Such a great stay! The front desk staff was very sweet and gave us a champagne gift when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the decor was cute, and it was nice that check out time was noon, so we got to seep in. Would absolutely stay here again when I am in Prague again!

Be very careful booking this hotel. I booked a room with two beds 8 months before my stay and when I arrived was told there was none available and I only have one bed. I mean to be fair they only had 8 months to work out what rooms are available. And they said it’s absolutely fine as the one bed is big! Literally had to book another room in another hotel and was outright refused any refund. Far from a five star hotel this. Don’t expect any help from the reception staff either!!

Hotellet ligger på gångavstånd till det mesta samtidigt som det ligger i ett lugnt område. Det är riktigt smidigt att åka kollektivtrafik till och från flygplatsen då man bara behöver gå en kort sträcka. Dessutom är kollektivtrafiken otroligt prisvärd. Personalen var mycket trevlig!

Amazing hotel. Great service, breakfast, room quality, within a walking distance to most of the major attractions, and proximity to the subway and tram lines. Despite being in the city center, the street is super quiet at night. The hotel is not on a cheap side but definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was too simple, they were reluctant to to fill the empty dishes regularly. The room service was not good either, When we asked to turn the heater (it was Spring), the employees did their best just to persuade us that the temperature was OK, and the heater was not needed!

Positiv: sehr gute Lage für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Prag, sehr tolle und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin am ersten Abend, sehr netter Page, zur Begrüßung ein Sekt und auf dem Zimmer nochmals eine ganze Flasche Sekt bekommen. Gepäck wurde vom Pagen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Qualitativ hochwertige Handtücher. Neutral: Stilvolle, aber zum Teil stark heruntergekommene Zimmer (bspw Duschkopf, das Wasser hat einen kaum erreicht). Negativ: Frühstücksbuffet!!! Das Geld kann man sich wirklich sparen und besser auswärts essen gehen. Die Lebensmittel lagen fast alle wohl über Nacht/mehrere Tage in der Vitrine - sie waren definitiv nicht frisch aufgeschnitten/serviert (zb Käse, Wurst, Gurkenscheiben, Eierspeis). Warme Lebensmittel wie Speck, Spiegeleier, Grillgemüse lagen zwar in Wärmevitrinen, aber diese waren leider nicht eingeschalten - dies geschah erst auf unsere Rückfrage. Allgemein ist hier anzumerken, dass das Buffet des Frühstücks in einer Art Zelt/Wintergarten aufgebaut war - es war wahnsinnig kalt und die Heizstrahler haben leider meistens nicht alle funktioniert - es war leider sehr kalt. Da die Tür zum Frühstücksraum auch offen war, war es auch in dem Raum eher kalt und unangenehm. Positiv hervorzuheben war die Servicekraft beim Frühstück vom Montag (Marianna). Sie hat uns rasch mit Kaffee versorgt und das Buffet schnell wieder aufgefüllt und war sehr freundlich. Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück an den Tagen zuvor war leider sehr überfordert und hilflos.

Alt var supert, bortsett fra frokosten. Det luktet svidd i frokostsalen. Kaffe var lunken. Men det var rundstykker , speilegg og eggerøre som var godt. Veldig hjelpsomme ansatte og perfekt beliggenhet.Vi kommer tilbake
