I don't write many reviews, we have stayed in hotels non stop for 4 months and this is my 2nd review. I only write them if it is unusually good or bad. This was a great hotel. Yes, it's in a pub, but it felt more like a B &B. Comfortable and quiet and spacious.

Stayed 4 or 5 times before. Simple but warm and clean, nice people and a good breakfast. Much better value than the local towns

In a fairly quiet location overlooking fields at the back. Family owned and run. Food excellent as well. Will definitely be back

Very pleasant 1 night stay. No complaints about anything. Hope to return in summer to enjoy the garden. Very popular with the locals by the look of it. It would be my choice of place to meet friends and family if I were local. Loved the roaring real fire when we arrived on a cold wet day.
