Great location and lovely room. The public areas were noisy, unkept, outdated - and just didn’t flow. Finding a quiet spot for a drink was difficult but then when we found it the sofas were old, shabby and deep - and tables were so far away that you had to get up to reach them. The hotel pool was nice but the changing room floor was filthy and needed a towel to stand on as well as one to dry! Breakfast was so noisy and an assault on the senses. The music was perhaps loud to drown out the noise of the guests, but overall nothing felt relaxing. Staff were nice but not enough to make worth a return visit.

All staff were very helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Adapted meals to suit me and my young granddaughter. The swimming pool and adjacent outdoor play area was much appreciated. The whole hotel was clean and well presented - wish more hotels could be as good. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again next year.
