SJ Grand Hotel Monterrey

Rooms are clean but the hotel is very disappointing for a Radisson. Pool desperately needs attention and no staff at the bar. Luckily a nice Mexican restaurant down the road. Will not be staying again.

El cuarto apestaba Aceite, después el clima no funcionaba y se descompuso el internet… el gimnasio no funcionaban los aparatos

The customer service was great. The condition of the property was not so great. The hotel smelled like sewage our entire stay. The jacuzzi did not work. One the elevators was out of order.

Nice hotel with a great rooftop pool view; clean nice bedroom but really noisy from the outsiders or next rooms. It had a great hole in the parking lot and my child got stuck in it getting some wounds. We also didnt' like it did not have an ice machine in the floors and when I asked room service to bring some ice to my room the told me I should have to go down to the bar and get it by myself

I did not like the property, poorly maintained, only one elevator works and it is very slow, the design of the building is very poor

La piscina estaba en mantenimiento y esto no fue advertido al momento de la reserva y el cobro.

Pues es la 2da vez que voy y la alberca no esta disponible, esta vez x un evento y me ofrecieron exgender el check out

La limpieza del hotel es buena, el tamaño de los cuartos es aceptable pero no cuenta con frigobar. En los reviews leí que la calefacción de la alberca no funcionaba pero pensamos que era solo esa ocasión, y no, efectivamente no prenden la calefacción de la alberca ni el jacuzzi, fuimos varias personas a recepción a solicitar que la prendieran porque si estaba muy fría el agua y nos dijeron que solo la prendían en invierno, les pedimos de favor que prendieran el jacuzzi y solo nos dijeron que mandarían a una persona a prenderlo y jamás lo hicieron, nos hospedamos en abril, hacía aire y estaba fresco el ambiente, opino que pueden considerar prenderla mínimo algunas horas al día para que no esté helada.

El rooftop requiere mantenimiento. El área de alberca no tiene manera de comunicarse al restaurante. Tarda mucho el servicio de comida. No tenían hielo para las bebidas. Pero en general es una excelente opción para ocio y negocios en la zona.

I like the location, but the parking lot is horrible, looks like abandoned, and also no air condition on the hallways on the hotel, other than that pretty good

La cama está súper cómoda solo que huele mucho a humedad desde que subes a los elevadores. Y la habitación huele a drenaje y humedad.

They need to change their towels. we found many towels with wholes and stains, also the floor carpet of the room had a lot of visible stains, and sticky areas. The pool area restrooms smell and they dirty men and women section.

Awful Experience - I stayed at the Radisson for four days, and it was a nightmare. The room had a constant sewage smell that made it unbearable. When I reported the issue, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, Expedia support was no help either, leaving me stuck in this terrible situation. For the price I paid, I expected basic cleanliness and responsive service, but this hotel failed on all fronts.

Parece que está en construcción y el elevador a la salida huele a drenaje

El hotel tenía un dolor medio feo que salía de los ductos de ventilación las alfombras se sentían como tierrosas y había cabellos en la cama cuando llegamos

La habitación en general bien huele a humedad y las dabanas de las camas estaban sucias. Pedí que se cambiaran y las cambiaron en ese momento.

Está muy bien muy cómodo y tranquilo solo muy chicos los cuartos pero tiene todo lo que necesitas

The staff is great, friendly, cordial, helpful. The food is great as well. Our room was not large but beds were comfortable, room was quiet. You need at least two keys to the room as one of the keys needs to be inserted in the room for power, otherwise the ac doesnt work while you are out and the rooms get hot during the day. Pool is great with great views of the mointains.

Fue el hotel más cercano que encontré a la clínica 34, tiene una ubicación privilegiada y céntrica, me gustó que tiene estacionamiento de fácil acceso y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La cama algo suave para mi gusto. Bonitas vistas.

La vista es muy hermosa

Habitaciones cómodas y modernas, sencillas pero sin aspecto de hotel viejo.

No había secadora de pelo, ni aunque fui a recepción, me dijeron que no había. No hay cortinas, solo persiana tipo malla. Lo cual no daba privacidad en la habitación, además de la luz molesta desde muy temprano en la mañana.

I called prior to check in to confirm that I could check in early and as told yes it would not be a problem. I get to the hotel and the receptionist is busy talking to someone (not a guest) and I wait patiently and ask about my check in. I was told I was not able to check in early and would have to wait despite already confirming early check in. I wait about 2 hours and I am finally able to check in At original time 3. I get settled in and first glance room looks ok. I inspect further and the room was dirty. I disinfect what I can with my wipes and proceed to unpack. I then go to the gym to find both of the treadmills are not functioning. I go back to my room and order Uber eats. My Uber eats was instructed to leave at lobby and I called down to see if I could have it brought up to me. I was told no because it wasn’t purchased with room service.. No,problem- I ask can she simply call me upon arrival. She says yes and I receive no call. Later in the night I accidentally dropped my tooth brush in the toilet so I go down stairs to ask if they had any. They said no. I asked about the shuttle service to go buy one… I was told they had no drivers available. The primary reason I chose the hotel was because of the 3 mile radius shuttle service. And it was not available so I used Uber for my stay which was extremely expensive and inconvenient being that this hotel advertised a shuttle and did not deliver. The following morning I inquire about breakfast because on Expedia - tbc

Tenia la reservacion desde hace 1 semana y cuando llego no habia habitaciones fisponibles. El checkinn es a las 3 y me dieron habitacion a las 6 de la tarde. No me hicieron ninguna compensación y en el check out super puntuales. Pesimo servicio de las empleadas que no guardan la postura hante los clientes.

Good location and Great staff

Buena atención, fácil y rápido el proceso de check in y check out, habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas.

1. Check in tomó demasiado tiempo, la recepción insistía en que no tenía ninguna reservación hecha, hasta que tuve que mostrarle la evidencia de pago hecha a expedía, nunca antes me había pasado. 2. La reservación que hice fue por 2 adultos y 2 años, y la reserva incluía desayuno el cual no respetaron ya que solo me dieron 1 desayuno para 2 adultos, por un solo día.

Worth every penny. A comfortable and convenient stay with a wonderful staff.

La recepcion estaba sucia, tenia un minibar lleno de vasos sucios, el baño olia mal, el personal no recibe a los huespedes con amabilidad, estan con mala cara todo el tiempo, el proceso de check-in esta fatal, tardan muchisimo, tienes que hacer fila larga para poder hacer tu check-in, decidi no hospedarme porque no queria tener malas experiencias en ni viaje por lo que solicitare un reembolso ya que ese hospedaje no es vip pero para nada, nada recomendado.

Good clean stay only down fall was too close to busy traffic street so difficult to get Uber because they didn’t know where to pick us up. Other than that clean and comfortable.

Hotel is in a good l location you can walking distance to the mall and it has free parking.

Bonitas las instalaciones, un poco lejos del centro como Macroplaza, etc. bonita vista, pero el primer día cerrada la alberca con la vista o nos informaron mal. El restaurante solo tenía horarios para ciertas comidas. En general bien.

The food at the hotel is wonderful, great location. The pool seems to be closed off every time I visit.

Todo bien, solo el servicio de alimentos y bebidas deja mucho que desear. Poca variedad, caro y de calidad media.

La comida del buffet tenía poco sabor

The place is clean and well maintained. The cook makes the best green juice and their Mexican breakfast is pretty good.

Personnel execrable et de mauvaise foi. Petit déjeuner à éviter, pas de buffet (sauf quand il y a du monde !!!!!) pas de choix et pas copieux et trop long. J'ai passé plus de 30 nuits et le service n'est pas régulier.

Nececitan tener mas variedad de desallunos

La habitación premium estaba muy pequeña y estaba sucia, no parece como en las fotos. La atención del staff a la hora del desayuno súper mala. Solo me dieron 1 boleto para desayunar y éramos dos. La comida de mi pareja nunca la hicieron se les olvidó.

No hot water for shower, no wash cloths provided. Room had a damp smell and was very small. Poor service and low quality of food in the restaurant area as well. Very overpriced for the location and service.

El desayuno incuido yienes que pedirlo no te dicen nada y despues te cobran extras porque no incluye todo la gente de la recepcion le falta ser mas amable
