Elena and Demetri were phenomenal! They went above and beyond to ensure our holiday in Greece was perfect. We will absolutely return with friends. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Added bonus is the hotel airport shuttle which also offers scheduled tours of the island.

Absolutely beautiful property with top notch amenities ( gym, spa, restaurant, pool). Much attention to detail. Were welcomed by staff when we arrived prior to official check in time with cold drink & refreshing spa towels. Once our room was ready we were sent a complimentary bottle of wine and delicious snacks. We had our own patio with furniture and lovely herb plants all around. Breakfast buffet was first rate and dining room was well staffed. The main dining room had a beautiful view and food. The hotel is located right in the center of town with stunning views and lots of walkable streets filled with shops, eateries, bars and ocean views. On 2 evenings there was a public stage set up with entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

When our family choose to book Aressana SPA, we expected to have a pleasant and a very good customer experience. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. We rented a car and drove to hotel using the hotel address on Maps. The hotel is in a non-driving zone. That’s fine, but nobody told us that the hotel offered zero support for a family arriving and/or staying with a rented car. No parking lot. No valet. Their solution was “park at a supermarket parking lot nearby”. Well, I thought there would have some spots available for the hotel at the supermarket parking lot. But no. It’s just a lot for everyone. Terrible experience. One night, it took us 90 minutes to find a spot. Even worst was the hotel manager. On Saturday evening I asked to speak to him/her. The manager wasn’t there. That’s fine. I told the staff that I would leave on Tuesday morning and would like to have him/her call me or look for me. Well, the manager did not. That’s not what you expect from a SPA hotel. Again, going to a SPA hotel you would expect much more as a customer experience than the one our family had. So, if you plan to drive in Santorini, don’t stay at Aressana SPA. It was, by far, the worst hotel in our entire trip, and the most expensive.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The last time was in 2020 during covid. Once again we had an amazing stay. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the transfer service from the airport to the hotel and also when we left to go to the ferry port. It was lovely getting collected in the hotel vehicle. Upon arrival in our room we received a bottle of rose and a large dish of fruit and cheese. This was a lovely touch. There was also a tray containing lots of little treats, including biscuits, cakes, oozo, a toiletry bag containing mini toiletries. There was bottled water in the fridge which was replaced daily. Our room was lovely and spacious. It was spotlessly clean. It was a triple room with a courtyard outside - room 52. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. We also had a walk in wardrobe. I would have liked more shelf space to store our belongings (suncream, etc). The pool area is beautiful. Although there are not a huge number of sunbeds we got a bed easily every day. The drinks and food served at the pool were lovely. The hotel is located on the main road in the centre of Fira but it is exceptionally quiet. It takes 20 seconds to see the sunset views. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Santorini is just beautiful and so is this hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel , the rooms were very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool was really nice and the food at the pool bar was excellent too. The hotel staff was very nice, respectful. I would definitely go back there next year !

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was top notch. All the shopping and places to eat are a block away, just close enough but quiet at hotel. The complimentary breakfast each day was very good. We had their driver pick us up from Ferry and drop us off 4 days later at the airport. No hassles, everything was easy. My wife got a massage too and we enjoyed sitting on our private patio with hot tub and beautiful views!

Beautiful pool, clean common areas, polite and welcoming staff. The breakfast was delightful with plenty of tasty selections. The hotel is conveniently located in town so everything is walkable to shops and restaurants. It’s also 1 block away from the bus stations for easy local transportation to Santo Wines or other nearby cities.

This hotel is in the perfect spot!! Everything is in walking distance and the place is spotless!! Staff was very helpful and set up our airport transfers for us which was wonderful. Our room had a beautiful view where we watched the sun rise on our last morning. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Lots of options!!! I feel like we really got lucky with this place!!

This is a wonderful property located in the heart of Fira. We had a great and clean room. This is a family owned hotel and it is shown by the staff. Everyone is very friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. 100% recommend. It was a great stay.

The property and our room was wonderful. Our VIP upgrade wasn’t available but they gave us a welcome plate and a bottle of wine to our room. The service and staff were all excellent. Good location walking to all restaurants and shops of Fira.

I reserved a one bedroom suite upgrade with a courtyard view. But I only received a large room open no privacy the same as a regular room just a little bigger . I informed the property how disappointed I was I did not received what was described.

We stayed at Aressana in 2 suits. Each had 2 rooms. There were 5 suits along a small but beautiful pool just shared between the 5 suites. The hotel is very clean and elegant in every way. It does not feel like a hotel at all. The rooms are at various levels. I think each had a nice sitting area outside the room. The staff was very helpful. The breakfasts had many choices and of high quality. The hotel is right next to the center of Fira and the crater cliff, but not on the cliff. This turns out to be a plus since vans can come right up to the hotel. In other cliff side locations, it seemed like people had to carry their bags down many steps. We very much enjoyed all aspects for Aressana Suites and SPA

My wife got a massage too and we enjoyed sitting on our private patio with hot tub and beautiful views!

From the moment we walked in after pushing our luggage up the big hill we were welcomed with friendly and hospitable staff. Our room was beautiful and we absolutely loved the bottle of wine and fruit we were delivered. The drinks and cool towels were awesome touch. When our family choose to book Aressana SPA, we expected to have a pleasant and a very good customer experience. Unfortunately, that is not what happened. We rented a car and drove to hotel using the hotel address on Maps. The hotel is in a non-driving zone. That’s fine, but nobody told us that the hotel offered zero support for a family arriving and/or staying with a rented car. No parking lot. No valet. Their solution was “park at a supermarket parking lot nearby”. Well, I thought there would have some spots available for the hotel at the supermarket parking lot. But no. It’s just a lot for everyone. Terrible experience. One night, it took us 90 minutes to find a spot. Even worst was the hotel manager. On Saturday evening I asked to speak to him/her. The manager wasn’t there. That’s fine. I told the staff that I would leave on Tuesday morning and would like to have him/her call me or look for me. Well, the manager did not. That’s not what you expect from a SPA hotel. Again, going to a SPA hotel you would expect much more as a customer experience than the one our family had. So, if you plan to drive in Santorini, don’t stay at Aressana SPA. It was, by far, the worst hotel in our entire trip, and the most expensive.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The last time was in 2020 during covid. Once again we had an amazing stay. The staff are all so friendly and attentive. We took advantage of the transfer service from the airport to the hotel and also when we left to go to the ferry port. It was lovely getting collected in the hotel vehicle. Upon arrival in our room we received a bottle of rose and a large dish of fruit and cheese. This was a lovely touch. There was also a tray containing lots of little treats, including biscuits, cakes, oozo, a toiletry bag containing mini toiletries. There was bottled water in the fridge which was replaced daily. Our room was lovely and spacious. It was spotlessly clean. It was a triple room with a courtyard outside - room 52. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower. We also had a walk in wardrobe. I would have liked more shelf space to store our belongings (suncream, etc). The pool area is beautiful. Although there are not a huge number of sunbeds we got a bed easily every day. The drinks and food served at the pool were lovely. The hotel is located on the main road in the centre of Fira but it is exceptionally quiet. It takes 20 seconds to see the sunset views. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Santorini is just beautiful and so is this hotel.

I had a few very frustrating experiences to an otherwise nice stay. There were no instructions about arrival or parking, and after two calls to the property, it was still unclear that there was no parking and we couldn’t even drive the car to the hotel front door because the street was blocked. My family and I waited in the 100 degree weather for 15 mins trying to figure out how to get us and our bags to the hotel. The person I talked to on the phone gave very unclear instructions and didn’t really get it. Then, my brother booked a very expensive massage and his therapist was on her phone with one hand while massaging him with her other hand- he finally looked and saw that what she was doing and left the massage. When he discussed with the manager, she said she told her she was just controlling the room lights- no real apology. Not great service on either account.

Staff at the hotel are so helpful and friendly from check in to departure there was nothing they could not help with. all the lovely ladies Elena/ Eleni and Soffia on Reception .. greeted everyday with a smile and a chat. This hotel is in the perfect spot!! Everything is in walking distance and the place is spotless!! Staff was very helpful and set up our airport transfers for us which was wonderful. Our room had a beautiful view where we watched the sun rise on our last morning. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Lots of options!!! I feel like we really got lucky with this place!!

Absolutely beautiful property with top notch amenities ( gym, spa, restaurant, pool). Much attention to detail. Were welcomed by staff when we arrived prior to official check in time with cold drink & refreshing spa towels. Once our room was ready we were sent a complimentary bottle of wine and delicious snacks. We had our own patio with furniture and lovely herb plants all around. Breakfast buffet was first rate and dining room was well staffed. The main dining room had a beautiful view and food. The hotel is located right in the center of town with stunning views and lots of walkable streets filled with shops, eateries, bars and ocean views. On 2 evenings there was a public stage set up with entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Elena was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. She made our stay much better than we had expected. Dimitrus was also very informative and helpful. Had we known before we would have hired him as our tour guide. Do ask for him if you visit Fira. The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was ok, should add more variety.

Beautiful boutique hotel , the rooms were very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing. The swimming pool was really nice and the food at the pool bar was excellent too. The hotel staff was very nice, respectful. I would definitely go back there next year !

I booked a Reiki massage, but unfortunately what I received did not really correspond to a Reiki treatment, which was quite disappointing. Our room was also affected by constant noise from the air-conditioning system, both during the day and at night, which made it difficult to fully relax. The gym is very small and has very limited equipment, but still works for a basic workout. Finally, we were unfortunately unable to use the swimming pool because there are no handrails to help people enter and exit the water safely. Overall happy with the experience.
