Lovely clean hotel with excellent facilities. The pool bar and restaurant was a lovely place to hang out for the day and we could use it all day before flying out at 9pm.

The Majestic Hotel is a beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The pool area is large with plenty of sitting . Our room was very spacious with a Hugh balcony where we could see the sunset every evening . The bathroom was very clean and a good size . We had breakfast included in our room booking and it was amazing!!! The staff there were incredible . The hotel manager made a point to greet every guest and she was very accommodating to our needs .Thank you E!!!! David from the Rock🇨🇦🇨🇦

We stayed for 5 nights. Staffs are very friendly . They show lots of care to children gave my six years old son free ice cream and toy. They remember his name too. They handled our luggage’s without asking and staff are not keen on tips always smiling ! There are two swimming pools by the pool side restaurant. The pool sizes are great in Fira ! A few inflatables are provided in the pool for guest ! We spend a lot of time in the pools and restaurant as well as the playroom ! Our room is facing to the east which is the quieter side with a nice view ! Breakfasts are nice love their Greek yogurt. Sunset lounge is great for watching sunset in a relaxed way. Only 10 mins to walk to Fira town centre so we can enjoy the sunset every evening at the caldera ! Will definitely come back !

Great hotel just outside the busy town of Fira. Excellent pool, friendly and helpful staff, modern gym, and lovely rooms. Perfect for some time relaxing when we weren't out exploring the island. Easily walkable to Fira town where there are loads of shops and restaurants

Staff were absolutely fabulous and attentive. So welcoming and they knew who you were which made it a very personal experience. They surprised me with a cake on my birthday. The hotel is clean and the views are amazing. A wide choice of hot and cold dishes for breakfast. Location is walking distance of Fira. We had a car and parking could be a problem at times. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Cet hôtel est incroyable. La mer était située des 2 côtés de notre chambre avec une vue extraordinaire sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil. La piscine est belle et propre, les chaises longues sont confortables, le personnel est incroyablement gentil. La nourriture est bonne, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Je recommande!

The rooms are clean but it definitely not 5 star. The ahoqers anee old but there is a jacuzzi tub. The TV didnt work and they never fixed it.

Friendliest staff ever, lovely and quiet in October, immaculately clean, great breakfast, complimentary bottle of fizz with our Expedia booking and less than 10 minutes walk to Fira. We booked a Caldera view … didn’t realise that also overlooked the road so if we stay again I’ll book a non-Caldera view. No hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thanks for a great holiday.

Superb location just 10 minutes walk to centre/ bus station. Caldera view from room 213 and sunset (west facing) BUT busy and noisy rd outside Rooms over pool side quieter but Aegean a distance with no sunset still spectacular Hard working staff would do anything for you and quality of food in hotel was as good if not better than elsewhere.

Nice hotel but they didn’t explain how to operate the air conditioner on the 2nd floor and I had to ask for the mattress on the pull out couch to be switched because it was way too soft and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Very disappointed to learn on our last day that we can oils have ordered breakfasts à La carts instead of buffet and apparently this was an option we could have chosen every day because breakfast was included. Instead I never ate at all because I dislike buffet style breakfasts.

Absolutely brilliant stay. Had the suite for our honeymoon - plenty of space, massive room and overlooking the sea and sunset. All the staff were absolutely lovely and went out of the way organising car hire, dinner recommendations and also tried to help with a bus timetable in Crete lol. My wife had a 25 min complimentary facial which she said was as brilliant just wasnt long enough and was already falling asleep. From reception, pool bar and breakfast everyone was excellent. Nikos our lifeguard also kept us safe for the four days we were there so another positive. Walking distance into Fira for dinner so perfectly located. Hammered 2 brothers for a few cocktails and a bit of a party, would recommend. Overall a very excellent experience and would be happy to return.

Great spot . Very helpful staff . Annest was very helpful and attentive . Volcano view is road side , ground floor might be a bit noisy if you’re a light sleeper . I slept really well second level volcano side . Property is one of the better ones on the island. Would stay again

This was a great great stay. I would recommend to anyone. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful hotel. I was slightly disappointed with the room view bc it was on a busy road but in Santorini this is how must hotels are so it’s not the fault of the hotel. Overall great stay. Made my trip

Great option, 10 minutes from town with views of sunset and sunrise. The service staff was amazing, Amin and his bar tender at night and Dora and her colleague in the morning had smiles and no request was not tended to very quickly. I really appreciated my stay and believe you will too!

All the staff were absolutely lovely and went out of the way organising car hire, dinner recommendations and also tried to help with a bus timetable in Crete lol. My wife had a 25 min complimentary facial which she said was as brilliant just wasnt long enough and was already falling asleep. From reception, pool bar and breakfast everyone was excellent. Nikos our lifeguard also kept us safe for the four days we were there so another positive. Walking distance into Fira for dinner so perfectly located. Hammered 2 brothers for a few cocktails and a bit of a party, would recommend. Overall a very excellent experience and would be happy to return.

Great hotel just outside the busy town of Fira. Excellent pool, friendly and helpful staff, modern gym, and lovely rooms. Perfect for some time relaxing when we weren't out exploring the island. Easily walkable to Fira town where there are loads of shops and restaurants

Caldera view from room 213 and sunset (west facing) BUT busy and noisy rd outside Rooms over pool side quieter but Aegean a distance with no sunset still spectacular Hard working staff would do anything for you and quality of food in hotel was as good if not better than elsewhere.

Great option to base yourself to conveniently walk to Fira and onwards. Really good property and room and facilities as well as breakfast. If you want to spend many hours gazing at the caldera, suggest stay in firostefani or Oia, but if you plan to spend more time seeing the island, as we did, this is fantastic quality and value.

The Majestic Hotel is a beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff who are always friendly and welcoming. The pool area is large with plenty of sitting . Our room was very spacious with a Hugh balcony where we could see the sunset every evening . The bathroom was very clean and a good size . We had breakfast included in our room booking and it was amazing!!! The staff there were incredible . The hotel manager made a point to greet every guest and she was very accommodating to our needs .Thank you E!!!! David from the Rock🇨🇦🇨🇦

Nice hotel but they didn’t explain how to operate the air conditioner on the 2nd floor and I had to ask for the mattress on the pull out couch to be switched because it was way too soft and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Very disappointed to learn on our last day that we can oils have ordered breakfasts à La carts instead of buffet and apparently this was an option we could have chosen every day because breakfast was included. Instead I never ate at all because I dislike buffet style breakfasts.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the attentive staff. Great location near to Fira which was a 10 min walk along a decent lit path. Views from the hotel on both sides of the island were stunning.
