New Inn

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt like we had come home. Everyone at New Inn was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We had originally booked just one night, but within minutes of arriving we knew we wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately, there were no rooms available at first. Then, just a couple of minutes later, one of the staff came back with a huge smile and told us there had been a cancellation, so we could stay after all! We simply moved to a different room, and everything worked out perfectly. The weather was very hot during our stay, and we were kindly lent a fan, which made a huge difference. We slept really well. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everything was spotless. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic menu and loved that we could order exactly what we wanted each morning. The crispy bacon, perfectly cooked fried eggs, and delicious scrambled eggs were all excellent. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and the staff went above We also had dinner here every evening, and the food was outstanding. A special thank you to the chef for the lasagne – without doubt one of the best we have ever tasted. We would recommend it to everyone! The New Inn is a place we will happily recommend to everyone we know. Combined with the charming and peaceful village, it made for a truly memorable stay. We genuinely hope to return one day.

Lovely staff but the rooms Need updating

A very comfortable overnight stop. Good food , comfy bed, great breakfast and dog friendly . Give it try .

Room was cozy and peaceful. Had food at the pub every night and it was delicious!
