Parking and check-in were fine. Pool, fitness center, breakfast were all ok, no complaints. My problem was that the room smelled like sewage! Terrible smell. Room quite dated. TV Remote didn't work. Plug in tub not working. Seems like a very old room in need of refurbishing.

Fitness center is a joke. The weight equipment isn't attached to the weights, the leg bar fell off when i touched it. Treadmill went .5mph and button was missing so you couldn't increase speed. No fan in there either. Pool was closed for maintenance. Luckily a Planet Fitness up the street.

Nice place. Pool was “closed” for maintenance every evening and open during the day when everybody is out doing something but other than that it’s a pretty good place to stay. I’ll be staying again the next time I’m in Louisville.

The only reasons I couldn’t give a five star review are because of the elevator being out of service and because of the strong chemical smell on our floor and in our room. The chemical smell seemed to be from cleaning chemicals but the smell was overwhelming. The elevator being out of service was an issue because our room was on the top floor and we had a decent amount of luggage to carry.

The elevator got stuck several times. The pool was closed due to chemical imbalance as far as we knew. Not enough staff to handle guest service and manage the front desk and check in. The drawer handles fell of of the only 2drawers we had. There was no mirror in the room except for the bathroom.

They advertise a heated indoor pool, but I don't believe the heater or filter was on at all during our stay. Also, the bathroom in the room was stinky when we first arrived.

This hotel was average, not very clean. The halls smelled musty. It could use a little remodel and a deep clean. The staff was excellent, vey friendly and helpful. We could not get very much hot water to our room, seems the room is located too far from the boiler or hot water heater. The hotel was conveniently located for us.

Spacious room with fridge and microwave. There was an empty whip cream in fridge as well as a couple milk bottles. Under beds there was an empty pringles can, key card and food, and a sock. Other than that it was ok

Definitely low-end hotel. The "max 4 people" limit for the pool and elevator was weird?? Ive never heard of it but my biggest complaint is the room, bathroom specifically. There's black mold all over the ceiling. The bathroom door and main door stuck real bad. There was something all over the headboards, rooms were not well cleaned between stays. Theres only one way in and one way out of the hotel, its alright if you need somewhere to sleep but wouldnt recommend.

Checked in at about 10pm after a long international flight. Took a few minutes to get assistance. They were unable to use my phone number (international) in their system. Had to try two IDs to get the system to accept it. I was unaware of the need for a credit card hold of $200 (probably my fault for not reading the small print). Not sure why that couldn't have been done when I booked the room. Couldnt just use the card on file. Took 20 minutes to get checked in. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was a little too soft and only 2 pillows available. The TV did not work. The fridge was good and the air conditioning was good. The room was nice and cool when we got in but the air was probably running all day to cool an empty room cause it was a late check in. Shower wasn't great and the decor was outdated. The toilet didn't fully flush. Had a good night's sleep but some investment is needed in the property. Breakfast was really good. Hot, fresh and clean. Prob wouldn't stay again and would look for a different hotel nearby hoping the facilities were a bit better.

The room was clean, but the bathroom needed some repair and fixing. There is no lining on the shower curtain, so the water drips on the floor. The faucet is not properly attached to the sink, so it is hard to handle it. There is a gash on the vinyl shower wall, so water is getting behind the vinyl door.

Comfort Inn suites was a good stay. Out of the six employees I spoke with three of them were very friendly. The other three had no personality treated me more like a transaction than a guest. The elevator kept having issues at one point I got stuck on the elevator had to call for help, but no one answered, and then all of a sudden the elevator just, went all the way up and then all the way back down to the first floor. Our room floor was wet when we walked in not sure why. The bathroom toilet ran all the time. The handle was broken and caused the toilet to drain often. Beds were very uncomfortable! We did not sleep well at the comfort inn. The breakfast that was served was Really good the lady that was in the kitchen was very nice even though she didn’t speak very much English she was attentive to us, took care of All of our needs while keeping all foods refreshed and hot. Terry was in the kitchen at night and the bartender. She was very nice. The food was delicious and it was very affordable. Overall it was a good stay only due to the three employees that kept us fed, cleaned our room, and served up some bomb drinks!

our room needed some updating. Carpet was stained and shower tile was cracked, but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. Check in and out was good and staff was friendly and hotel lobby was nice. just think that some room up dates needed.

The gentleman at check-in was very kind. For my wait, he upgraded me to a bigger suite. The pool was a hit with my son. Overall it was a great experience. I would come back!

I arrived an hour and forty five minutes early and tried to check in. The parking lot was empty and most of the cleaning staff was down near the front desk not cleaning. The front desk clerk would not let me check in. I even asked to pay for early check in and she would not let me check in then either. She stated I could hang out for a couple hours after I just drove from South Carolina. I was very tired and shared that with her and she still made me wait til 3. There weren’t anyone hardly at the hotel and it was a very large hotel so why did I have to wait when it was several rooms that could have been assigned?

No housekeeping provided for our entire 5 day stay, even after specifically requesting it after day 3. Had to go to front desk for towels and toilet paper on more than one occasion. Carpet under beds was filthy, had from appearances never been vacuumed. Bathroom was clean however needing maintenance as door was rusty, tiles cracked and stained. Toilet did not flush unless you held down the handle for extended period of time.

Not sure of the area, i was very happy to find out it was in a decent area and close to downtown activities. I was surprised and delighted that my room was a free upgrade given by the company. I will search for more Comfort Inn locations in my future travels.

Breakfast was just not good at all. The 2nd day they didn't have any forks, milk or eggs....so you could have dry cereal with some water and a green apple. They were also out of waffle mix, so no waffles either day!!

Our stay was okay. The breakfast was decent but they had no syrup for waffles another guest said they hadnt had any for several days. 2nd day of stay they had waffle maker out of order. Our shower was horrible, water drained very slow, and tub was full of dirty water before finished. We asked for garbage to be removed and towels changed, but they did neither. I will stay again but only because it was convenient
