The one lady we had greeted me yesterday. Was so friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. You can tell shes a people person. And im sure alot of guest had commented on how sweet of a lady she was. She is black and wears glasses. She made me feel so welcome and is so very kind. I will be stsying again. The pool was closed which was a bummer. And I didnt get my military discount booking through expedia. But overall a comfy bed,clean room,and helpful staff. This place is a quiet and nice relaxing stay.

Stopped overnight during travels. Hotel is great for a quick one night, not the cleanest but not terribly dirty. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and parking was nice and easy.

Very clean rooms. No carpet because it’s dog friendly. Few areas of grass to walk your dog. A poop bag station is provided in two areas. Chain restaurant dining but nothing high end. Not walkable. Gym was small but nice..treadmills and weights. Pool area and fire pit area are nice. Staff was great.

Our stay at the hotel was very good. The only issue we had was we did not have any housekeeping. The first day we put the sign out to not have housekeeping but removed the sign on the second day. The evening of the second day they did stop to see if se needed anything and we were able to get clean towels.

Everything great… for most part… we did check in early which caused us to change rooms… believe we may have had pet friendly room as it did have pet smell… ask at front desk and was told it may have been pet friendly… BUT we did check in early… also it is difficult to change rooms when booking thru Expedia

The facility was very peaceful at night. You could sleep without hearing anyone else and we were on first floor. Our room was across from the laundry facility. The hallway smelled like fresh linen but when you walked in our room there was a musty moldy smell. Other than that the outside atmosphere was beautiful, has a nice view of the mountains. The breakfast area was robust seating area with decent spread.

Easy to find; very quiet in spite of being full and clean. Was only able to get two queen beds instead of one king andd both beds made noises whenever you sat on them or rolled over. Almost sounded like slats in foundations were damaged. Other than that, I would recommend staying here.

Best hotel in Johnstown. Staff was so nice and friendly from the front desk to the people that cleaned the rooms. They all made sure our stay was the best ever. Hotel is great location and a great price. Room was so sound proof. Didn't really hear anything once inside the room for the evening. The rooms are so clean and fresh. Loved the full size body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Comes in handy if you forget to bring your own. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Will definitely book here again when I come to town.

I guess the only thing I didn't like was that my room was across from the conference room and the loud talking from people using it felt like they were right inside my room. Too close to guest rooms in my opinion. Of course, I was given the same room for both of my visits two months apart. I should have asked for a different room because my experience with noise was the same both times.

The location and property was excellent. Updated, clean, convenient! The only issue was when I asked the front desk whether they had a room available, the individual immediately said no without checking. I went to my car and pulled up expedia and the hotel website and both indicated rooms were available, which i was able to book online. Would have been nice if the front desk checked the system before responding.

My stay was great from night one to night five. Clean room, superb daily room service. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic, welcoming and accommodating. That is until the final morning as I checked out. I had a two hour drive back to Pittsburgh to fly home and asked for a bottle of water for the drive. Every night leading up to this the front desk had provided me with two bottles of water each night at no additional charge. This time the lady at the front desk told me that she would charge me $1.00 for a bottle and that they weren’t complimentary following my check-in on the first evening. I let her know that every bottle since the first night had been complimentary but she didn’t care. Instead of providing a high quality of service for my last interaction, she jaded my entire stay with them over $1.00. Silly interaction with an individual that hat clearly had no sense of customer service and salesmanship.

Not like most Hamptons. No cookies which was a bummer. Breakfast was really limited. We reserved a kitchenette and they dont have them. They only have cupbords which i do not know why, a mini frig and a microwave. Also a little coffee maker which made no sense because there is 24 hour coffee. The staff was great and the pool area was nice.
