Comfort Inn & Suites Johnstown - Richland Town Center

Check-in was very quick and very friendly. We had a nice room and the hotel was quit. The breakfast was adequate at best.

Great breakfast, clean room

The breakfast was good. Food was fresh and a nice selection. I got unlucky enough to have a bad room. I feel like my situation was isolated so don't let my experience stop you from staying here. My biggest complaint was the way the young man at the desk handled it. Issues arise and that is to be expected. My TV didn't work, phone didn't work, and sink didn't drain. I went down to breakfast and reported the issues to the young man at the front desk, and he simply said, "I'll notify maintenance". I went back to the room and played on my cell phone until it was time for me to leave (3 hours after breakfast). I spoke to the Lady Manager on duty on my way to my car, and told her that I sat in my room for 3 hours and Maintenance still hadn't been there. Turns out, the young man didn't do a thing! The Manager was very nice, apologized for the inconvenience and would take care of the issues with the room. It is because of the way she handled the situation that I gave the 4 stars and not 3 stars.

I woke up late and didn't get breakfast the first day breakfast was good the second day it was not as good and i miss having breakfast on the third day the hot tub stop working on the first day but they fix it the next day

A modern hotel. Rooms are clean, facilities in great shape and the staff is helpful. An excellent choice for those visiting Johnstown.
