Decent Stay with a Few Quirks The room was basic but functional—no frills, just the essentials. One pleasant surprise: the facility has removed all carpeting and replaced it with tile or laminate flooring, which felt cleaner and more modern. Big bonus there. Breakfast was minimal, just cold cereal. Not ideal if you're hoping for something hot to start the day. The hallway had a curious smell—couldn’t quite decide if it was off-putting or just unusual. Inside the room, the AC unit was a bit loud but kept things comfortable. Thankfully, outside noise was nonexistent, which made for a peaceful night. There’s no elevator, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Odd detail: no mattress protectors. We did a thorough check and found no critters, but it’s something worth noting. Also, no coffee maker in the room, which meant we hit the road earlier than planned. Coffee lovers, be warned! Overall, the stay was okay—not great, but quiet and clean enough for a short stop.

As a solo traveler, safety is always my main concern. I felt safe and secure in this hotel and I checked in very late in the evening. The entrance and parking lot area is very brightly lit and I did see some cameras so I felt my rental car would be safe. As far as the room, it was very spacious and for the most part clean. However, I did find a few german roaches in the bathroom which is what is causing the rating. It was an okay stay over all for just one night.

The lobby area was nice and clean staff was polite and courteous. To the room. Had a funky smell there were roaches, holes in the walls, The air conditioner was cey loud so loud could not leave it on.

When we arrived and checked the bed in the first room (Room 110), we found a bedbug on the pillow and informed the management about it, and we were transferred to a different room (Room 106). However, we noticed that the door to the bathtub/toilet had a high gap we could see. Other than that, the rest of the stay was fine.

Place was gross. The whole hotel smelled like smoke, the mini fridge smelled like death. There were plants growing out of our friends drains in their room. They automatically book you in a smoking room unless you comment that you want one that isn't. The rooms were freezing and the sheets and "comforter" were super thin. This place will do if your alternative is sleeping in your car, but to be honest I think your car might be more desirable in some cases.

This place was absolutely awful. We checked in at 2 PM and had another hotel booked by 2:30PM. Bed sheets were not clean, there was dry blood on the walls and you could tell it hadn’t been swept and mopped in a while. When I spoke with the staff they told me they had a strict no refund policy and refused to switch us rooms. After a quick decision (didn’t take much thought) we were practically forced to switch to a different hotel. I would not wish my worst enemy a single night at this place. Awful service and even worse living conditions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The clock in the Room was an hour behind time. The Door to the Room: The top lock on the door was broken The second lock on the door did not work MADE ME FEEL UNEASY. The Room above was VERY NOISY AT 3AM.

So it's not the Ritz... It's a no frills hotel, in a no frills area. I needed a cheap place that was close to the TRF Renn Faire. The room was very basic but a very comfortable bed. My only complaint I suppose is this appears to be a rough neighborhood. The hallway has a loud echo, and I could hear people yelling and walking around all night long.

I didn’t like the bed; it was hard and the spread was just a big piece of curtain it seems. Wouldn’t stay on the bed.

The room was clean and well kept. The staff were courteous. I was awakened numerous times between midnight and 4 a.m. by LOUD noises and people taking very loudly for long periods of time from the hallways, front area, and service area.

The property itself was very clean although the nighttime desk agent was very rude and hateful. I accidentally locked myself out of the room. She charged me a dollar to let me back in told me I wasn’t allowed to have guests or any company.

This place is simple, clean, and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good enough. The staff however was not very helpful or friendly. I was driving 12 hours to get there, and wouldn't be in until later in the night. They called me 3 times before I checked in, asking if I was still coming, to which I responded yes of course. One guy said it was an auto-collect situation so he was gonna charge my card no matter what. There was rarely anyone at the front desk when we passed it, and we always had to ring the bell. The other guests staying there were also very noisy all through the night.

Loved the price. Loved the room. I will continue to stay there. I am a musician who frequents that area. However, they will not get a higher rating from me until they replace that despicable woman at the front desk! ZERO customer service skills!

Well i was here working had my rv at a place that lost power accidentally reserved a smoking room cause needed a place asap the lady got real fn nasty when i asked her for non smoking shit i woulda paid the difference

Staff was so rude and room was disgusting

I was told that I would have maid service on Saturday but they never showed up. I called the office and they said that the maid would show up. I needed fresh towels. I am very disappointed that this happened.

The hotel is wonderful The only reason it got a medium on the comfort is because the bed was hard but other than that this is an exceptional hotel with an awesome little restaurant right on the side of it

One of the cleanestvplaces we've ever stayed. No carpeting, so always fresh and clean! ( lack of carpeting does mean lack of noise absorption) There a microwave, a fridge would have been nice. But, ice was available! Breakfast was basic, but we were in town visiting relatives, And it was perfect for our needs.

Property over all is nice and up to date. The free breakfast is less to be desired, slightly disappoint in that.

Was a smoke free room but room smells like an ashtray! Charges was not what was on app. Paid $177 when app charge was $156. They didn’t honor app price. Continental breakfast was not the greatest, nor diabetic friendly. Needed just a place for nights fue to near by travel. So just used room to sleep and go so that was why we stayed. But won’t again. Workers other than check in lady were nice and polite.
