I was warmly greeted by the host before being shown to my room and the amenities. The room was very spacious, with an ensuite. There was a TV, tea/coffee facilities and a large free standing fan. The bed was comfortable with a great view over the rear garden. Everything was very clean. The ensuite was clean, spacious and functional. There was ample free off road parking at the property. Breakfast was good, with the option of full English with tea/coffee and toast. The host was extremely pleasant and genuinely wanted to offer the best experience for his guests. Highly recommended, would happily return next time I'm in the area.

Well looked after at breakfast but the property is tired. Reception isn't open very long but detailed information about key collection is left. Convenient quiet location for the train at Claygate to get to Wimbledon for the tennis. Lovely view into the large garden and lovely to hear a wide variety of birds too.

Lovely lodging at a convenient location, just a quick walk from a terrific upscale pub. My only feedback is that the listing mentioned air conditioning, which I was greatly looking forward to, only to find that there's a fan in the room. Better than nothing, but not the full story. That said, the rest of the stay was terrific and the gentleman in charge is very kind.
