Lovey stay at Harepath B&B, Lovely comfortable, clean rooms. Staff friendly, breakfast was plentiful, cooked breakfast option everyday cooked fresh not buffet style. Yogurts, cereal, toast and fruit also on offer. Kids loved the pool couldn’t wait to come back every evening to use it which we had to ourselves most evenings. They also enjoyed the games room when we had time. The boys loved feeding the sheep especially Bob.

Craig was an amazing, friendly and informative host. Rooms as basic as stated in other reviews but excellent breakfast and value for money. Great location for us, a car makes it easier to get about. Pool looked inviting but didn't get time to use it. Plenty of parking too. We didn't see Kerry but her breakfasts were delicious. Thanks for a lovely stay.

It was a late booking but I am pleased I selected this hotel. The B&B has a nice view of the surrounding area and sea, it is quiet, the breakfast is good. The added bonus is the access to a swimming pool (for us it was after 5pm) and play room with ping-pong and pool table which is great if you have kids to entertain. The room was spacious, comfortable and plenty of space for 3 people. I would definitely go back and Craig was very friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent. Kerry and Craig are exceptional hosts. Fantastic value, indoor pool amazing, full breakfast included. Pool table, table tennis, beautiful gardens and sea views. Will definitely be returning. Easy to get to numerous beaches, truly an amazing place to stay. Thanks to Craig and Kerry we had an a super holiday.

We stayed as a family of 4 for 2 nights and were very well surprised by the service we received. The B&B is very big, with a good sized swimming pool and games room. Craig is very friendly, welcoming and a great host! A very clear lover of football, which my partner certainly appreciated!! We are going to book to stay again at a later date and have recommended to family and friends to stay. Thank you for a lovely stay and hope to see you again in the future ☺️

The room was ensuite and well equipped and we found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. We had the full English breakfast and were delighted with the high quality of the bacon etc. The swimming pool was heated and was available from early morning to late evening. The host -Craig - was always very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there again whenever visiting that area of Devon.

Excellent B&B, clean, great location, tons of parking, scrumptious breakfast and Craig is a superb host. The decor is dated but to me that’s totally irrelevant. My bed was so comfy, spacious room and quiet with loads of storage. I really can’t fault peace haven and will DEFINITELY stay again

Excellent in every respect, welcoming, spotlessly clean and comfortable. You will not feel out of place as a solo traveller as you can in some hotels. Plenty of breakfast selection, and cooked breakfasts looked very good. Having to stick to a special diet for medical reasons, owner was quite happy to cook my own protein porridge which I had taken with me. Superb location.

If you are looking for luxury, immaculate decor and modern surroundings this is not the place for you. It has a few rough edges and could really do with an update and redecoration. If, however, you are looking for large rooms, a sea view, indoor pool, fantastic breakfast and friendly host all at a reasonable price, give it a try.

Absolutely unique old school b&b on the outskirts of seaton. Need a car but lovely grounds and parking. Definitely old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for 5* this Ian it for you but comfy clean b&b with great hosts.

Craig snd Kerry made us very welcome and excellent communications prior to arrival. Easy parking, beautifull views, and a clean, and well stocked accommodation (tea, coffee, biscuits etc) Great location with a handy list of local pubs for an evening meal (we chose The Ship). All in all, a fabulous stay and would definitely use again if in this area. Thank you for a lovely breakfast and good conversation. Cheers!

The host, Craig, was great! He was very welcoming and gave my kids extra toast for breakfast so they could feed the sheep he has on the property. Be sure to ask about Bob’s breakfast, you won’t regret it.

This was an excellent property for a quiet few days break. The manager is very friendly and knowledgable of the area . Nothing is too much trouble for him. His guests are important to him and he goes out of his way to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend a stay here.

An excellent and beautiful place to stay, from the hosts Craig and Kerry who provide a wonderful breakfast a lounge to relax in, the luxury of an indoor pool, beautiful views, great walks, peace and quiet, with easy access to beautiful beaches. Peacehaven (Harepath Holidays) is a fantastic place to stay, it’s like having a second home as the hosts make you feel so welcome. Truly I highly recommend, I’ve already booked for next year. It was a late booking but I am pleased I selected this hotel. The B&B has a nice view of the surrounding area and sea, it is quiet, the breakfast is good. The added bonus is the access to a swimming pool (for us it was after 5pm) and play room with ping-pong and pool table which is great if you have kids to entertain. The room was spacious, comfortable and plenty of space for 3 people. I would definitely go back and Craig was very friendly which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Had a lovely stay. Craig the owner and his wife are great. Stunning view from the property and easy to get to. The property is quite dated but is very charming and absolutely spotless! Would Definitely visit again.

Incredible stay, great hub location for visiting local areas such as Lyme Regis, Seaton and Beer. Exemplary customer service from Craig. One of the loveliest hosts who went above & beyond to ensure the guests were given everything they could wish for.

Absolutely unique old school b&b on the outskirts of seaton. Need a car but lovely grounds and parking. Definitely old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for 5* this Ian it for you but comfy clean b&b with great hosts.

Lovey stay at Harepath B&B, Lovely comfortable, clean rooms. Staff friendly, breakfast was plentiful, cooked breakfast option everyday cooked fresh not buffet style. Yogurts, cereal, toast and fruit also on offer. Kids loved the pool couldn’t wait to come back every evening to use it which we had to ourselves most evenings. They also enjoyed the games room when we had time. The boys loved feeding the sheep especially Bob.

Excellent B&B, clean, great location, tons of parking, scrumptious breakfast and Craig is a superb host. The decor is dated but to me that’s totally irrelevant. My bed was so comfy, spacious room and quiet with loads of storage. I really can’t fault peace haven and will DEFINITELY stay again

Craig was an amazing, friendly and informative host. Rooms as basic as stated in other reviews but excellent breakfast and value for money. Great location for us, a car makes it easier to get about. Pool looked inviting but didn't get time to use it. Plenty of parking too. We didn't see Kerry but her breakfasts were delicious. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We loved this property as the bedrooms were a good size , Craig our host was fantastic. Always on the ball and available if needed for enquiries about the local area if he could help . Onsite pool which we did-not use but if we visited again we would . Breakfasts to die for .

The property is a little dated, but clean and tidy. The host is very politely and takes care of any issues. Check-in is flexible and a late arrival not an issue. Breakfast is nicely prepared and tasty.

Excellent in every respect, welcoming, spotlessly clean and comfortable. You will not feel out of place as a solo traveller as you can in some hotels. Plenty of breakfast selection, and cooked breakfasts looked very good. Having to stick to a special diet for medical reasons, owner was quite happy to cook my own protein porridge which I had taken with me. Superb location.

The room was ensuite and well equipped and we found the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. We had the full English breakfast and were delighted with the high quality of the bacon etc. The swimming pool was heated and was available from early morning to late evening. The host -Craig - was always very friendly and helpful. We plan to stay there again whenever visiting that area of Devon.

Everything was great from the welcome on a daily basis to my comfortable room. The breakfasts were really good. It's a super spot ideally placed for many local beaches, coves, walks etc. Highly recommend, thankyou.
