Upon arrival the men’s bathroom had no toilet wand no paper towels. The elevator was out of service. Next morning, no decaf coffee. Wanted to charge $12 for parking, which was removed after requesting. Not your typical, Fairfield.

They added $12 per night as a “parking” fee. The parking was uncovered and adjacent to the building. There was no place else to park. I have never been charged for standard parking around a mid-range motel. Last stay at a Marriott property without reading ALL of the fine print in Expedia.

Property was very nice and clean. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Typical hotel breakfast but they did have hot choices-bacon, eggs, waffles, biscuits and grave. It was good. My only complaint was that I booked this room specifically because of the pool. I wanted to go swimming but the pool was closed due to a broken pump. It would be nice if there was someway to contact customers beforehand. The pool had been shut down for a week. A little notification would have been nice. Overall, very nice place-i would stay again.

I stayed there previously and really liked it. This time, the pool and hot top were closed, even though they looked fine for use. They charged a $10 per night parking fee that I think should have been mentioned at check in, because it was not previously charged. The first morning, we woke up to a fire alarm and we had to quickly exit our room because someone had burnt a bagel. The area around us was quite noisy. There was a neighbor somewhere nearby who yelled until late into the night.

Everything was great with the room—the beds, the bathroom amenities, all in good condition. The only major area for improvement I’d point out is the pool area. When we went to use it, it wasn’t clean and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Once we were finally able to get in, the water was way too cold to enjoy, even though the outside temperature was between 80 and 90 degrees.

Pool and hot tub out of service. Breakfast was pretty sad, 2 of the 4 juice was out. Biscuits and gravy every morning. Coffee was good. We had 4 cockroaches in our room. They did give us a new room but gross. I was also offered Marriot points to make up for no pool and cockroaches, that was like pulling teeth to get 10,000 points the equivalent of $40. The price of the hotel was high when looking at the state of the hotel. Very disappointed will not stay here again

I didn’t like that our room obviously previously had animals in it , it had a funny smell like wet dog, my son saw 3 bugs in the room & our room next door had a barking dog. My skin was itchy after sleeping there.

First room they put me in had fresh diarrhea on the carpet. Unknown if it was from an animal or a human. Went back to the front desk and they changed my room to the one next door. It was all scratchd up and all the furniture had been chewed on and it smelled like animals and the AC couldn't be controlled.

We had a good stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Roswell. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that the room facing the main roadway was noisy due to the emergency vehicles and vehicles with loud exhaust and bass driving up and down the main strip.

Didn’t appreciate having to pay $10 per day for parking. I can understand parking charges at the Westin St. Francis in downtown San Francisco, but for a Fairfield Inn in Roswell, N.M.? That's ridiculous. Room was fine/adequate but showing some use/age. Wallpaper is peeling in a couple of locations which indicates a lack of attention to detail and lack of maintenance. Breakfast was mediocre, at best, although my compliments on the large fluffy waffles. Those are a hit.

The room was very warm. The temperature stayed at 76. reported it to the staff and she said there was nothing she could do. We asked to move rooms and she said that wasn't an option.

Newly built/renovated property, walkable to downtown and restaurants makes this an ideal location. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, too! We were woken by first a train, then a helicopter (Military Academy right down the road), then cows moo’ing in the night. Maybe ask to stay in their quietest area to fully enjoy your stay.

The staff was welcoming she was amazing and gave us information regarding dining at walking distance of our stay. The place is absolute clean and the beds are comfortable to rest in. The only downfall is they charge for parking idk why the charge there is no security for the vehicles not is a gated parking lot
