The room didn’t look like the pictures online. Musty smell. It is clean & bathroom is newer update which I liked. Advertise a pool but it’s not open even tho it’s 90 degrees outside?! Office staff very nice.

I have stayed at this location exclusively every time I come home, and usually it is a very excellent place to stay. This trip, however, it was not so good. The ice machine was out of order, you had to go to the front desk every time you wanted ice. it’s just not really sanitary, to me, considering we’re still struggling with so many illnesses…and very inconvenient for guest and employees. Breakfast was subpar, sadly. Usually it’s really good. The AC/heater unit the buttons are worn off and I had a heckuva time trying to find out how to get the heat on. The clerk did say it was their down season, so maybe that was it.

The room was very clean. We were stopping through on our travel and needed good sleep. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The check in person didn’t seem too enthused but she gave us our information needed and went on our way. The parking lot needs more spaces and the “park at your own risk” signs were bothersome but it was fine.

A great dog-friendly spot in Roswell. We had a beautiful king room with a high ceiling. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Lobby and rooms were updated and nice. Room appeared very clean. Would have been really happy with stay but the roaches in the tub, bathroom floor and under sink was unacceptable. Desk staff was not concerned at all about it when we let them know.

The room was very out dated. It had a funky smell. Some towels were stained. The tub was a little dirty. The door did not seal properly. You could see light come in and a breeze. The breakfast was good in the AM. You get what you pay for.

I have stayed here several times over the years, every time I come home. I love this property, the rooms are so quiet. You would think you’re the only one staying there. The property is extremely well lit, and the staff is always present. I have also never seen a room cleaner. Honestly, that is the number one reason I stay here. The rooms are super clean.

Pet policy is not published in entirety. It says in fine print &15/pet. But there is a sign at the front desk stating if all pets are not paid for a $100 dollar fee will be added to your credit card. When I ask the front desk person about this she became very defensive, and somewhat angry. So I let it go, other than to ask if several people ask about this sign. She replied "yes". So I think it was a sore spot. I was very uncomfortable with the exchange. The room was clean, but dated, TV did not work, and the WiFi did not work. Parking is very cramped. Probably would not stay here again.

Easy check in, all 3 front desk employees we have had contact with have been super nice and friendly. Convenient free breakfast, set up nicely. If we ever came back through Roswell would stay here again! Thank ya'll! :)

Check-in was slow and painful, even though I had received a link and provided all my info on-line. We arrived at about 12:30 and were told that even if the room was ready, there would be a $20 early check-in fee. Since we didn't have pets along I requested a non-pet-friendly room. We came back about three It took 10 minutes to check-in and we were in a room that smelled strongly of pet urine. Just not a good experience, overall.

We were given a room with one bed when I asked for a room with 2 . After calling to ask front desk to switch us to a room for 2 they said it would cost a 10$ upgrade charge then turned around and said they wouldn't bcuz we had already went in to the room and they didn't have housekeepers to clean it. We were in there about 30 sec before calling the front desk . I then asked to pay for a separate room and they said that they would charge 250 deposit I said that was fine then they went on to tell me I wasn't allowed to have visitors or be in and out of the hotel, and if they noticed anything SKETCHY they would kick us out ? It was my sons birthday and my brother who had came from out of town and his friend were gunna stay with me and my kids there ? I was never rude I never got attitude wasn't disrespectful and I agreed to all the charges for the separate room and they smoothly called the police and made us leave and KEPT MY MONEY!!! There Are cameras in the lobby but yet NO ONE bothered to look at them to see who really did and said what! I feel like I was discriminated against and this isn't over . I have reported this establishment to the criminal justice system and am waiting to hear back . Worst hotel I've ever went to .

This is a very old Best Western property. Nothing, really, was new or outstanding. Except for the evening clerk who checked us in. She accommodated us extremely well. The hotel is conveniently located in Roswell. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This place is an older motel with the doors facing parking lot and outside access. It is older but clean. Our room was decent and most important it was clean. It showed wear, caulk around tub etc, could be better, but it isn't a new building. I was actually surprised it was kept up as good as it is. The breakfast was typical eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, oatmeal, rolls, donuts etc. which were good and plentiful. the area around was good and we felt safe there. There are also restaurants right next door and across the street.

Our stay here was awesome! Super clean hotel with very friendly staff and our room looked just like the pictures. I was a little nervous about booking here because of the reviews mentioning remodeling but this wasn’t a problem at all. They are remodeling their dining room but they made adjustments and were still able to provide a hot breakfast, which really shows their level of care! I will definitely be coming back here.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only negative is that they stop having breakfast at 9:00 am on Saturday and we came in about 8:40 am, as most places are open until 9:30 am, and they were taking away the items when we were still there.
