Elevator was broken, we were not informed of this. Given the amount of items we had for a gathering, it took several trips up/down 3 flights of stairs. Since Elevator had been broken for more than a week prior to our arrival, it would have been helpful to have a phone call or email notifying us it was broken. Also, they have large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body was in the bathtub (rather than individual travel size), however, 2 of the three were totally empty.

Staff was amazing! Not a lot of parking for larger vehicles. Was disappointed in the pool area; way too many unsupervised drinking adults with kids running everywhere. Many people were using the wet floor cone to allow people from the parking lot to come swim. I would appreciate a more secure area

Staff and breakfast were amazing. With that said- we booked this hotel because of the pool for the kids. The water was SO cold that the kids didn’t even was to swim. The hot tub wasn’t working. So what we thought would be an amazing fun weekend for the kids, it was terrible because of not being able to use the pool.

My daughter Loved the pool! The rooms are spacious and the layout of my room made it feel very comfortable. They have a nice hot breakfast with more than your average choices. The only dislike is the small parking lot available in front of the building. However there is ample parking on the side of the building

We stayed 1 night. The room was fine, the pool was fine but the area was small, gym area was also small but had great choices, hot tub was out of commission, room toilet didn’t flush well. Overall it was fair, however I was not pleasantly surprised when I seen an additional charge a couple days after check out. It was a small charge but I will be calling to figure out what the charge was for.

Not enough parking. Pool was overcrowded with unsupervised children. In particular a group of preteen boys were wrestling in the small children's pool. The rooms were very nice if a little dusty in the corners. Had plenty of tables for in for in room dining.

For the two nights we were there, the elevator was broken, so we had to use the stairs. The stairs were not vacuumed and had the same food, fuzz, and crumbs the whole stay. Our kids loved the little slide in the pool area, but again, the same gum and candy wrappers, along with pieces of food, sat next to the hottub both nights we were in there. We loved our spacious room, the variety of breakfast options, and the front desk staff.

This has been the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in the area on visits to the mayo even the air felt clean and not stuffy or any odd smells. Seth at the check In counter was the absolute best. For real give that guy a raise.

Hotel itself is looking rundown. Room cosmetically wise needs help…. I am a firm believer in checking for bed bugs at ANY hotel… this bed looked……. Okay…. However, trace amounts of weird matter in mattress cracks… couldn’t find any bed bug poop so decided not to complain. However, rash/bites appeared on my wrist then2nd night…. Hoping it wasn’t bed bugs…. Ugh. Kids had a blast in the pool! However, I don’t think we will stay here again

Amazing suite, tons of room, loved the vaulted ceiling. It made the rooms feel huge! great amenities in the room. Everything you would need to make a meal, great ice maker that worked incredibly fast! helpful, responsive staff at the front desk. The breakfast wasn't my favorite, but it was free hot and ready each day. Price was decent, especially given the size and quality of the room. It was clean and we loved it! We will definitely be back!

Really want to give 3.5 stars. We chose this hotel because of the pool area, but there were only 1 bed and couch rooms available. This meant my son had to sleep on a pull out bed. If you remember the one from your grandmas house back in the 80s, now imagine it flatter and lumpier and dirtier and you can picture this one. It was seriously terrible. (The queen bed was substantially better, but still a little saggy). My son spent 1 sleepless night on what came to be referred to as the hobo bed before we went to Target and bought an air mattress to put on top of it for the next 3 nights. The pool was indeed great fun for the grandkids, but the room was pretty dismal and dated (not all the lights worked, rusted toilet plumbing, etc). The breakfast was pretty good. The usual cereal, bagels, and waffles, etc., plus eggs and meat every morning. If you stay here, go shopping first and factor the cost of a matttress into your stay.

The room was spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, but the mattress on the sofa bed is awful. My granddaughter had a hard time sleeping on it as it hurt her back. Pool area is amazing, and the breakfast is pretty much what most hotels serve now. All in all we loved our stay there.

Property is older, musty rooms, just not the quality I expect from a Marriott. I use a Marriott card so I stay in Marriott's almost exclusively and this property just didn't cut it. I was originally on the second floor but the hallway smelled so bad I asked to move to the third. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are just older, don't smell great. The AC units don't even have a thermostat they look like 20 years old. I booked this property bc it was on sale on Expedia. Even at that discounted rate I was very disappointed given there are so many hotels that would have been nicer for around the same price. I will not be back at this hotel.

I picked this facility because of the pool. The pool area was clean and easy to access. It was always made tidy for the next day. We had a very nice suite, and everything was very functional. However, I took a picture of the door of our suite leading to the hallway you could see into our suite because the door was not on the frame correctly so if left a big gap between the door and the frame. In some areas, the door was a quarter of an inch off. You could see the discrepancy when the room was dark, and the hall light flooded the room. It was enough of a gap for someone standing in the hall to look into the room. That creeped me out - we just used sticky notes to cover the gaps at night. Staff was excellent and responsive.

Loved the kitchen, was able to cook meals without eating out every meal. They provided all cooking and eating utensils, as well as dishwasher. It was like a self prepared apartment. Two televisioni, separate living area from sleeping area. Comfortable and big enough for 4 people with pull out couch and king size bed. Hot breakfast daily. I didn't like that wasn't a safe in the room for valuables

The property is in the perfect spot for the businesses I need to stop at while I am in Rochester. This is the only place that I know of that has a kitchen, and the price is generally lower than the other places in the area.

In Rochester for a grandkids birthday party. I mainly chose this hotel because of the kid friendly pool, which they loved. The room was clean and comfortable, but in need of an update. Breakfast was about average for most chains. The location was set off of the busy roads, so it was fairly quiet. Location to shopping/dining was good. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. We went on a little family staycation as we only live about an hour away. Trying to shake off the cabin fever but on a budget. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. We loved the kitchenette and full size fridge. The whole family loved the pool area. We only stayed one night but check out wasn't into noon so we had plenty of time for the continental breakfast, a few more hours in the pool and some relaxing time before check out. The staff was absolutely wonderful! They were so pleasant and helped us with anything we needed. We can't wait to stay again!

Comfortable, clean, great staff. VERY welcoming of our dog. I was disappointed in the garbage cans available in the room. I was glad I brought my own garbage bags. Super disappointed in the breakfast ...was very grossed out by the sausage patties and eggs. I always like to stay at a hotel that offers breakfast and this was disgusting. The sausage patties and eggs... awful. I should have taken a picture. It was like they were boiled and then microwaved. Overall great location, nice rooms, good pool area, but seriously lacking for breakfast.

Property is outdated and needs repair and renovation. Room layout was strange. Just a random area of nothing in one corner. Couldve had another couch, chairs, etc. Pool was ok, but out of towels and kind of dirty. Breakfast was laughable. Waffle station was out of order. Some nasty turkey bacon was heated up without separating, eggs were watery, not many choices. Wont stay again.
