It was not very clean. Rooms or other areas. Pool was cloudy.

I was really trying to hold off on this review but I feel it’s important to go ahead and post it. We stay at lots of hotels (staycations) and rely heavily on reviews when making decisions. I knew pretty early we made a mistake with this one but had already made the reservation. As soon as we arrived I could tell this wasn’t the quality of the hotels we normally stay at. Despite this I was open to making the best of it. They charge a $100 deposit for incidentals, higher than most hotels in the area, THEN, they won’t even allow you to charge to your room. Their overpriced snacks must be paid for with card or cash. The printer in the business center wouldn’t work and no one cares enough to take time to fix it. Before I could get extra towels for our morning shower, the housekeeping staff made us put our dirty towels on the floor in the hall. Despite the cost, it gave family owned motel. Very disappointing! Then today I discover they are still holding the incidentals charge on my card. I call and after answering a bunch of questions, he informs me it takes 3-5 days to fall off. 😡 For a credit card? Not okay! Overall, save yourself the trouble. The breakfast attendant was kind, helpful, professional and pleasant and the breakfast was great. Sadly though, the bad outweighed the bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The pool area looked very nice, although we did not use it this trip. There is no hot tub. The parking lot is a bit tight for larger vehicles and was a little dark. The area is very close to shopping, dining, the interstate, a Walmart and grocery stores. The room was clean and spacious. The fire alarm went off around 10 pm for a few minutes, but appeared to be a false alarm. We were not able to stay for breakfast before we needed to leave.

Place looked somewhat updated. Elevator didn’t work once. Overall a place to stay if need, though wouldn’t recommend for a long term

It was fine for the price. I needed to use the gym and found the treadmill rusted, in poor condition, and slanted at an angle to the mirror so it was awkward to run on. The floor looked like there was a film, possibly from the pool chlorine? There were no towels in the gym and the water machine gave hot/warm water instead of cold. The room we stayed in did not cool off well, we had to keep lowering the temp. Again, it was fine, just not very comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful with our requests. The room was decently clean enough, no complaints there.

Check in was quick and they had the keys ready to go. Hotel was not full, so parking was plentiful. Close to Liberty “Triangle” area, so lots of shopping and eating options. Easy access to I-35 and 291. Quick jaunt to downtown KC area. Sub freezing temps when we stayed, but hotel was warm. Snow removal wasn’t the best for a private property, could have used more snow melt. Breakfast was the same all four days, eggs and sausage, biscuits and gravy, but it was refilled often. Room needed maybe another chair/recliner in sitting area.

Pool was closed for maintenance with what appeared to be a hazardous chemical four quadrant sign on the doors. Wondered if that was a safe area to be in. No mention that the pool was closed when we booked the stay.

Lovely property. The staff never stopped amazing me, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Parking is easy and there are many options for food or shopping in the area. Plus, the pool is a blast!

Terrible place. The place was dirty, there were holes in the sheets and in the shower curtains, the bed sheets had stains under them, the water pressure and hot water were non-existent.

Dog urine and feces all over the room. Dirty sheets and bedding. Horrible customer service. Disgusted by the condition of the room. Worse than any motel 6 I have ever been to. Don’t ever stay here

Gross. At first glance the room seemed okay. After running air conditioner for an hour our linens were covered in black debris. We told the front desk and they gave us a new cover. By morning it was covered again. Not to mention the hair in the sheets. Gross.

The hotel had quite a bit of mold. Once we got to our room we noticed mold on the lamp shapes, some on one of the bed spreads, the bathroom had white a bit, along with the fridge. There was A LOT of mold on the AC unit and surrounding window. When addressed we were treated poorly and they tried refusing a refund. We did not stay as the hotel was not safe for us along with anyone else due to the mold and moisture conditions. The staff were very rude and seemed to not know how to professionally handle the situation. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in over the past several years. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot with excellent pressure. The location was great for an overnight stop - close to the highway (but not noisy) and several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was attentive and efficient. Would definitely stay again.

We've stayed 3 times here and are very comfortable with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

Moldy shower, rooms need wit on walls and paint. Smell.

Our room was not clean, it was a very terrible experience for my fiancée. We were in town for 2 nights, the online pictures were fine, so I booked it. Well, our room wasn’t even attempted to be cleaned prior to arrival. Feet stuck to the floors throughout the hotel, hadn’t been vacuumed(hallways) and the room was even worse. Luckily we booked a room downtown at a Hampton. I am suppose to be getting a refund for these two nights but have yet to see it, that’s the only reason I’m I’m not leaving a very bad review on every site I can find on the internet.

When we checked in the rooms were filthy and literally had empty corona bottles and toothpicks on the floor. We were able to switch rooms and the second room was nasty as well. The entire hotel smelled terrible and was overpriced for what we got. I do not recommend.

Bed and linens were very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean.

It’s fine - a/c isn’t very good

While the hotel lobby and halls were clean, it needs a lot of maintenance work done. The stairwells were in rough shape, scuffs, etc. The room itself needed new flooring, felt wavy, unstable and made clunking noises.

The overall look of the property was good. Very nice entrance. Very good size room, but it presented as average. The bedding and the carpet was dated. I think maybe my room was not rented out for a while. I had the last room on the second floor at the back of the property. I don't know how the other rooms might have looked. It seemed clean enough except for some areas around the bathroom faucet and under the rim of the sink. It was quiet and I felt safe enough. It was definitely better than where I stayed a day before wich was why I switched. It was also twice the money. It was ok,

No hot water in the morning

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in over the past several years. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot with excellent pressure. Room was clean but bathroom faucet is loose. The ceiling had water damage stains

I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities and was happy that the bathroom seemed very clean and sanitary (no visible mold or mildew). The walls were thin, and it was very easy to hear the nocturnal habits of my next-door neighbors. A popular animated movie was on TV so I played that one...very loudly. I couldn't tell if the neighbor was telling their partner or me to shush. The pillow selection on the king-sized bed was nice; I had a choice of super soft to not-so-soft. I chose the 'Goldilocks' version of the pillow. The curtains were probably the only thing I'd like to change. The room I was in faced a back/vacant lot that had very bright lights. The blackout curtains did not black out the sides of the window, but that could have been my oversight. All room amenities worked well, although I couldn't successfully connect to WIFI. It may have been because I couldn't concentrate between the shushing, movie, and next-door neighbor noise.

Hot water was not working in the room the was booked when attempting to take a shower in the morning.

I felt unsafe when one girl staying there telling me about human trafficking. While I was in my room, Man unlocked my door with a room key. The front staff stated they gave the man the wrong key by accident. I did not get sleep due to the stress. The manager stated he was going to credit me $50.00 due to the situation. I still have not seen a credit.

We checked in about 8:30 pm after a long day of travel and were very tired. At check in, I gave the front desk attendant my credit card and license. I told him we had a dog with us. He took the cards and clicked away on the computer for about 10 minutes - I don't know what he was doing. He finally gave us our room keys. We went to our room and went straight to bed. He called us an hour later, at 9:45pm telling us we needed to come back with our credit card because he didn't charge us for our dog. We were already in bed and had to get out of bed to bring him the card, which we had already supplied at check in. Everything else about the hotel was fine, it was just really dumb that we were called so late to come back to the front desk to pay for our dog. It could have waited until morning.

Just an average hotel. Nothing fancy. The reason it didn’t get a better review is that we stayed there a week ago and the hotel still has a $100 incidentals hold on my card. I think 7 days is plenty of time to see we didn’t trash the room and return the money.

No staff at front desk for check in, once they acknowledged us, they were polite

hotel is old but they have fully refurbished the inside. very nice. the staff had an uncaring attitude. during checkin, desk person allowed me to forget she had my drivers license! no calls to the room to say “hello front desk your drivers license is down here, SIX hours later when i needed it and call the front desk thier poor attitude n service was “ oh its down here” … when i physically retrieved my license the lady excuse was “ oh we thought you where at work?”

Convenient location next to the interstate.

It was just an overnight stay while passing thru. Close to interstate and reasonable price and safe area for a single female. Close to all sorts of restaurants and shopping if I would have needed all that too!

It was easy access.

We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. We travel back and forth from Arizona to Wisconsin and vice versa. We will definitely stay here during our travels.

Close to downtown and worlds of fun. Convenient to highways

This is a great hotel. It is clean, and modern. Very friendly staff. Nice sidewalks to walk around the area. Seems very safe. Excellent breakfast. Truly all you could want when traveling on a long road trip.

Convenient to all the places I needed to go.

Very quiet and soundproof rooms. Helpful reception. Basic cooked breakfast, not enough variety, sausage and eggs only. Biggest moan is lack of regular bedroom housekeeping. I know hotels have cut back here, but trash needs emptying and wet towels at the very least daily. However, Comfort Suites are very good value compared to local competition, so I guess you can't have it all ways.

The room was large, clean and had plenty of towels, pillows, etc. the included breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of options including eggs, waffles, yogurt, breads and cereal. Nice tidy gym and pool area. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Basic chain hotel. Room was clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was provided including scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, assorted pastries, fruit, cereal, juice, etc.

Hotel needs professional cleaning service. Appearance grungy at best. Showing it's age. Could use a remodel. Hotel lists breakfast but no hot food available during my visit at 7am.

We stayed 4 nights. They supplied daily gresh towels and emptied trash. Breakfast was great. They kept it well stocked

Exactly what you’d expect. Breakfast was better than average

They let us check in early. We were in town for granddaughters dance comps and in between dances we were able to check in. also My husband said the gravy for breakfast was the best he's ever had a hotel!
