The room was small but nice. I would have liked a laundry area in the hotel. Also did not like how the hang out spot for guests was in front of the hotel where we had to enter and exit. Employees also were standing outside near entrance smoking. Not a good look.

Our stay was great! Stayed 2 nights and traveled with our 70lb dog. common areas were neat and clean; our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was just right; nice little variety of both hot & cold items differed each day. Staff was super friendly, polite and helpful! No crazy bells & whistles at this hotel, but it's in a convenient location and has everything you need for a perfect little stay if you're in the area. :)

We were there for 2 nights. The tv did not work correctly, we learned there was no room cleaning the 2nd day we were there so came back to unmade bed and all of the dirty towels in the bathroom. Had to call for clean towels. Fire alarm went off at 5am so that was not pleasant which was a false alarm. We never have had an issue like this with other hotels.

The carpet in my room had numerous stains and needs to be replaced. There was a rather large dead cockroach in the same place for 4 days (by the ice machine) so clearly no cleaning in the common area. Very disappointing accommodations for a Hampton Inn.

While the facilities looked fine at first, within 10 minutes of our stay, we found two live roaches in our room. Hotel staff was accommodating / issues a refund for our stay (we went to another hotel in the area), though. The lobby area looked fine but had a slight smell and the individual rooms definitely needed upgrades. Our carpet had stains, the shower had shower mat stains that looked permanent, and the bathroom floors were a bit sticky. While these issues were noticeable, we were fine until we spotted two very large roaches in the room. Overall, the hotel would benefit from a few upgrades and pest control. However, props to the staff for being kind/understanding during it.

They told us they do not clean the room every day, they clean it every other day and the entire time we were there they never cleaned our room and twice I had to ask the front desk for clean linens. Did not look like there was much security at the front desk, anyone could’ve walked in at any time. And the so-called breakfast not a variety.

Grabbed quick breakfast from downstairs before we left and was good. They even provided us “on the road snacks” when we checked out. Recommend this for anyone! Only downside is our room was close to the road, and could hear traffic going by.

I got double charged and when I called to get work out getting my money back the front desk clerk argued with me until I offered to send back statements to his boss. I reserved a king suite which was dirty when I arrived. It also did not have sheets, pillows, or blankets for the pull out bed. The next day the kitchen ran out of breakfast. This was not a good stay and Hilton has not honored the satisfaction guarantee that they advertise.

I loved the room that this Hotel offers. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion that actually doesnt itch the skin. They also have wonderful beds that are memory foam including pillows. The breakfast was great too. Honestly 10/10 rating we will definitely be coming back here next year or sooner lol.

Disappointed in breakfast. Fruit selection limited just not what I wanted. Room temp was set at 68 when we got there so it was uncomfortably warm. The personnel were great and overall good. I will stay again
