Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenwood Mall by IHG

Ice machine did not work on my floor. Request for lower level room when I made the reservation. Stated they never receive the request. I even phone ahead to further stated my request .

Clean and easy to access!

It was a good trip. The service was good. The rooms were clean. I didn't realize that they serviced the rooms every third day of your stay. We were still able to get extra towels and wash cloths from the front desk. It was conveniently located with restaurants and retail stores in the area. There was plenty of parking.

I wanted love this hotel but, sadly, there were a lot of misses on their part. The bathroom was dirty & the cosmetic work on the sheet rock looked terrible. EVERY SINGLE lounge chair by the pool was broken so that you couldn't sit in any of them. One of the elevators was broken & after asking a few workers. Its slways being worked on & people have even gotten stuck in it. Lastly, we were charged on 2 different cards for our room & instead of refunding us she wanted to argue that we had booked 2 room....THAT DIDN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE....& actedlike it's our problem to figure out.

What I liked the most about the property was that it was in a good location all around for shopping and restaurants. Stores were in very close proximity of the hotel. Parking was not a problem at all! I really enjoyed that part! It was easy to leave the hotel and come back and find a parking space. Friendly staff and clean facilities. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Holiday Inn Suites at the mall in Greenwood, SC. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. There was plenty of parking available, which made arrival easy and convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch each morning. I enjoyed the turkey sausage, biscuits, and egg white omelet. While the pancake/waffle maker was unfortunately out of order during my visit, the overall selection was still satisfying. All in all, my stay was great, and I would definitely return. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service.

I assume they were doing construction. My daughter and I spent the night before our tour at Lander. We could barely make our way down the hallway because of people cleaning and doing construction. Check in was 3 and it was well after when we arrived. Our room door was propped open when we arrived and a worker nodded and told us we were done to go in. There were no bags in the trash cans just hanging over the outside which made me notice how gross the actual trash cans were since I had to touch them. Our toilet seat was left up with stray pubic hairs on it. The chair in the corner and random white substance and other gross stains on it. When I mentioned that the room was dirty at the front desk and I didn’t think it had been cleaned before we went in they told me it had been and that they don’t put bags in the trash cans and always leave it for the guest to do. This wasn’t a cheap room for the night and I chose it based on great reviews and name recognition. I’m very disappointed and feel like I very much overpaid and had our mother daughter experience dampened because of this.

Check in was simple and quick. Room was spotless. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants, with more than one way to access it.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. WOW what a big difference!!! My check in with Michele was Great! She was very pleasant and show Excellent Customer Service. She had a line and she made sure to spoke to everyone waiting. The room was a different story. After we checked in we left the hotel to get something to eat. We returned late so we didn't notice that the room wasn't cleaned as HGI standards. My bathroom floor look like it hadn't been cleaned in a few weeks. There was visible hair on the floor of the bathroom that didn't belong to me nor my wife. The rod that the dirty bath mat was placed on was broken. The shelf or should I say the smaller bench in the shower was falling off the wall. The body wash was almost gone. The rug had visible stains and also looked like it was hot or miss with the vacuum. The desk chair had a half eaten cookie on the side of the handle. While washing my hands a water bug came out the drain. We had the not ready yet sign up but your staff banged on the door and never announced who they were. They left the trash can in front of our door once we came out. They knocked before check out time and never said excuse me for knocking. With this being said I think I would stay somewhere else because for the amount of Money we paid this Hotel wasn't worth the price. I believe I could have gotten a better room at the Motel 6!

Comfortable and fairly quiet room. Breakfast was good with a variety of food items. Staff was friendly! The room could have used a little bit more attention to cleanliness. trash bag liners were not installed, simply left inside buckets. The shower had hair all over.

After telling the staff about my dirty bathroom, the guy offered to change my room. Well, that bathroom wasnt clean either. House keeping doesn't seem to very thorough. But they will interupt your sleep to make sure youve checked out on time, although my "do not disturb" sign was on the door. Did I mention the large road that met me at the door of my first, after checking in??? I was very disappointed.. especially since the cost was $170. The week before, I stayed at Comfort Imn for half the price and much better service.

Breakfast was adequate, several options and the area was very clean. The juice machine was not working so they had juice containers in the refrigerator. Would not hesitate to return.

The room that i stay have a problem with the door so basically the lock didn’t work. You can just push in to the room. After i know that i tell frontdesk in morning about that he ask my romm number. So when i come back at the night my door still didn’t fix. Another morning I went to talk ti the same frontdesk again this time he can't remember my room number so i ask him to go to the room and check it himself tuen out that the door is not lock the same

Clean quiet! A little expensive but beds were super comfy!

I didn’t have any issues with the property, it was very clean, just the noise that was coming from a room above my room. I had to contact the front desk several times about the noise for the two nights I was there. Didn’t get much sleep.

The room was extremely comfortable and everyone was pleasant. Will visit this location again!!

Keen was great. I stayed in room 211 and there was an issue with the blinds the nighttime one kept falling down

It was a huge bang when it came on every 45 minutes to an hour and then it would run so loud for 10 minutes. Stayed in this hotel years ago and it was a much better experience. It seems like they are not keeping up with it. Needless to say, we got no sleep. The breakfast was super yummy and the staff were nice.

The type of room reserved was not the type given. When this was question, we were told that was all they had left. Nothing was mentioned prior to us taking our luggage upstairs to the room. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and received a room with 1 king bed and a couch. Unacceptable!!

I didn’t think it was a big enough deal to knock off any stars, but it was a little annoying that our room wasn’t ready at check-in time. We only had to wait about 20 minutes, but still, if you say 4:00 check in, then you expect to be able to check in at 4:00.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service

We decided to stay because of a good experience at the Hi in Aiken. The hotel staff was less than friendly , breakfast was disappointing to say the least. They replaced towels but didn’t clean the room and the price was not as agreed. I will never stay there again and will not use another HI unless it’s the one in Aiken.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Maya the manager and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Took excellent care of our 5 family members visiting. Will use this hotel again.

Had an issue with rooms at check in but Quin worked to fix the issue as best possible. Asked for connected rooms at reservation and callled later to confirm- but rooms were not connected…

I was in town for business and accommodations are very important to me. The hotel was clean inside and outside. My room was amazing! I can’t express how impressed I was with staff as well, they were professional/knowledgeable/ and friendly!

It was an amazing experience! Assistant manager Maya was amazing and I would come back anytime. She was attentive and friendly with a beautiful smile.

The gentleman that helped me was very helpful, not so happy with the way my niece and brother were treated night before. But overall everything was fine.

Good location. Hotel in great shape

We are in town to watch our sons football game. We have stayed at this property several times over the past three years. It is clean and the staff is friendly. I just think that the prices are extremely high based on the location.

Horrible breakfast looks like all Holiday Express has change to a very bad breakfast. Last time I book in these hotels.
