Pros: Modern and stylish, not expensive, spotlessly clean, dog friendly, staff were the friendliest we have come across on our travels and were great with our dog, you can take your dog in part of the restaurant, food was nice and not overpriced, plenty of space to take the dog for a walk, quiet area. The whole hotel was very clean. It looked lovely decorated for Christmas at the time. Cons: I genuinely can't think of any. We loved it here.

Really like this property and have stayed here multiple times now. Like the feel of the hotel, the staff and also the area. I usually choose this over closer options to where i am going the following day as i know it pretty well and exactly what i am going to get. Have previously reviewed through other sites and still remains a 10/10 for me. Eddie is always a great help and good to catch up with him, he remembered my son's milk allergy on sight. Always a comfortable, spacious and enjoyable stay. We did have a little more time this visit too so took advantage of the fitness room which was great. The weather wat particularly warm this time too and could have done with some air conditioning, but it want a huge issue. Great breakfast and other food / drink options and plenty of parking available too. Will definitely be back... again!!

The hotel was easy to find, ample parking, very helpful reception. The room was a good size and had all the amenities needed. The only thing that let it down was a dirty mattress protector. We accidentally pulled the sheet off the bed and the mattress protector underneath had blood and other stains on. The sheets and duvet were clean so although this wasn’t very nice the bed was comfy and we had a good stay in general.

Basic room at an average price . Bathroom could have been cleaner , tap needed contstant running as popup plug didnt work properly in the small sink . A fridge would have been good but not a problem as very little time was spent in the room . Most importantly bed was clean and comfortable but needs more pillows . Hotel was lovely and quiet with decent parking and decent views from the room . Quite close to good amenities. Ideal for a cheapish weekend away

Clean room and bathroom was super tidy. It was flawless. Decent space and standard layout. Was dog friendly. Shower was nice and powerful. One of the bedside small lights didn’t work. Maybe needed a bulb changing. Nice to have some coffee with the kettle in the room.

We spent 3 nights at the Ibis. The location is great for exploring Manchester and Chester. The room was clean and tidy, my only criticism was the room was a little dark despite having a large window. The bathroom toiletries smelt lovely. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection.

The hotel is a good basic hotel, few frills but competent. We were surprised that breakfast on the first day was high quality but the second day fell back to lower standard for no apparent reason. Nothing wrong with it just not as good. The hotel does not have air conditioning so as the weather was very hot you have to leave the window open to cool the room. Unfortunately the kitchen extractor vent must have been below our room because the constant smell of fried food was very strong to an unpleasant level. This is a major flaw in hot weather.

Hotel good Overall lighting in room poor and no socket near mirror fof hairdryer. Bed not made very well was there 2 nights room not serviced after 1st night room needs a comfy chair wheeled chair on wooden floor not safe for peopl with mobility probs breakfast was not very hot

The staff/ team were some of the friendliest most attentive I’ve experienced in a local hotel. Eddie, checked me in, he was a really nice professional person - friendly and efficient. The chef at breakfast was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble - he can sure cook good eggs too. Thank you

Great stay, everything we needed. Guy on reception / bar was brilliant and a credit to the hotel. Very friendly and efficient and helped sort out my son with his milk allergy and available foods. Bedroom very comfortable and food and drinks were great. Lovely bar area, very airy and pleasant. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Lots of parking and good value all round.

Rooms are good quality for the price and the laptop bed desk is useful. Walk in rather than step in shower is good. Avoid the restaurant unless you are ok with paying £20 for £3 worth of Aldi qualtity food. If you leave your room make sure you ask reception to reprogram your room key card before you go back as otherwise it will not work.

Stayed here before and after train trip from Crewe. Hotel is a brisk 12 min walk from station. Keep in mind that it is located on a business park and there do not seem to be any shops, pubs or restaurants nearby. Everything with my stay was satisfactory and as expected.

Stayed here several times with our dogs. Staff always friendly and helpful. Very disappointed this time to find out they don't offer a full menu on a Friday night! Only their 24/7 menu. Ended up having to order a takeaway. If had know they don't do meals on a Friday would have stayed elsewhere.
