Ideal for one night stay. Staff friendly, useful gym, clean comfortable room. Free parking and tasty buffet breakfast (with decent coffee!) Finally able to walk to PNE football ground from hotel, which was the purpose of my visit. Good value!

Lovely hotel, staff were excellent when checking in, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, only thing that would’ve been a good edition was a wider selection of fruit. Parking is a definite benefit over other hotels in the area. The close proximity to the university and city centre were also a massive benefit.

As always the hotel is a must if staying in Preston, you don’t have to pay for parking , unlike premier inn

The hotel was stunning, but i was very disappointed with the lack of parking avaliable. This was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. I had booked 4 rooms for myself and 3 friends that had travelled 3hrs, to be told that 3 of the 4 rooms were ready but mine wasn't and to come back in around an hour, when i did they said it still wasnt ready and i had been moved to the main building. I asked why as the while purpose was that we were all together. She then checked and guess what my original room was available. A complete waste of time and with the parking situation left a foul taste in my mouth. For £300 a night i expect more and my room was clean and tidy, but very tired. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and was something like you'd get in a premier inn.

We arrived quite late due to an accident on the motorway, & there was no space in the carpark. However the staff on shift were extremely helpful and kind & saved a space for us as one of the reception team had just finished her shift. The only negative aspect was that the room was very hot during the night & I couldn't figure out how to make it cooler at 1.45 am and it meant I didn't sleep very well.

Plenty of car parking spaces. We were met at reception by an extremely friendly and helpful member of staff. Our room had just been refurbished. The cleanliness was 5* and were very picky about cleanliness. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless.

Nice hotel in a good location. Pleasant and helpful staff. Room was OK although I'm not sure it had been cleaned properly before my visit as I found signs that suggested it hadn't been vacuumed correctly. I did intend mentioning this at reception but got distracted unfortunately and forgot.

The hotel was in a quiet area and the staff were lovely and friendly. The room was ok, we only went back to sleep so not much time spent in it. The shower head in the bathroom needed some attention (limescale) and there was also a hold in the sheet. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, especially for those who may be vegan. Very little choice when we arrived about an hour after breakfast started, we chose to eat elsewhere. The other thing which brought the rating down was they had a seating area at the end of the corridor on our floor but it was full of dead flies, spiders and spider webs.

Excellent location for visiting the uni with parking on site. Staff were very friendly. On par with Premier Inn but slightly more pricey and not so much choice for breakfast. Rooms and corridors could do with a deep clean of the carpet as was quite dusty and musty smelling. We had a good nights sleep and would return as the location was excellent .

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in it and the location was very convenient to everything that was needed. The staff were friendly and courteous, the cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel was kept in very good order. We shall definitely return on our next visit.

Staff great, room was large, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Could have done with a walk in shower instead of bath shower but the shower itself was awesome. The usb port by the bed would have been great if you could use it without the light on! The free WiFi was good in the lobby but woefully slow in the room. Couldn’t watch a YouTube video without buffering!

Overall stay was good but shower in bathroom has been a problem for all previous stays (room 602). The speed is very low and shower points to just near the wall and can't be adjusted. Also, the main sockets in rooms are only near the office desk and not near the beds, which makes it inconvenient to ask for extension cables during every stay with long wire hanging across the room.

Found this to be a nice hotel. It was clean, tidy, quiet and warm. However, there was a broken, unusable shower which should have been noticed in cleaning prior to our arrival. This wasn't discovered until 6.30am so we had to go without - not handy.

The hotel is in a great location very modern and rooms are very nice. Unfortunately we were given a room that was over an outside vent which was extremely noisy and we didn’t get much sleep ( it was like sleeping with a Hoover on all night). When we were checking out we advised the receptionist but she was not interested in the fact we had complained.

Went to a nearby wedding , dropped the bags off early and even checked in , in advance. The lady on reception was fab, kind and very helpful. Brill stay, great room and very comfy bed . Thanks very much.

I stay at the Legacy Preston International Hotel regularly when visiting my son who is at uni. I stayed for one night this time and was made to feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The staff are always friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is conveniently situated near to the University and town. Once again, a thoroughly enjoyable stay, thank you Legacy.

We arrived at the hotel and found parking which is a bonus as the car park is small, we checked in quickly and was given a room on the first floor. The room was clean and a good size with the added bonus of a fan, ironing board and iron in the room. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the centre of preston. The all you can eat buffet breakfast was amazing as usual, with cereals, toast, pastries, hot breakfast choices, yoghurt and fruit. Will definitely be back.

Great hotel, only 10 minutes walking from the train station but don’t follow the directions from the hotels.com link! There’ll send you the wrong way, although there is a big sign to show you the right way. Lovely reception from the lady checking us in. Would definitely stay there again.

Room was really clean, very warm, bar over priced Breakfast was a let down staff were not very friendly they also did not refill the food often enough waited over 15 minutes for the scrambled egg to come out but gave up in the end and just went to McDonald’s

Great for an overnight stay, no sockets by the beds. Rooms were quite warm so needed windows open. Breakfast was ok, some of the food was cold but there were 2 coach parties in before us so maybe explains that. Good location for a night out

The hotel was easy to find and the room was warm and comfortable. The reception staff, barman and breakfast staff were all pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of items to choose from.
