This is a Motel attached to the back of the Marriot Hotel. Somewhat less fancy. Room is excellent! Parking lot costs 9$ and is patrolled by a Security Firm who wave when they drive by. Seems to be decent neighborhood. Staff very pleasant!

Things I liked: the bar, the buffet breakfast, the shower with sliding glass doors was nice. things I didn't like: Stains on underside of pillows like the person who cleaned just flipped them over, the bathroom door and room door were hard to close, there was no microwave in the room. We did not use the pool. There was some type of shared schedule between the next door hotel. Not sure where it was located

Great as usual but just suck you have to pay for parking and it’s not valet, covered parking, secured parking, etc. Like why do I have to pay to park my car outside my window. Most places include that in the price. Paying $10 to park every night of your stay?

There is no microwave available plus super small refrigerator . Breakfast is a joke there, I could have apple first morning but next 3 mornings not even apple available only few sugar low quality stuff. Plus they asking to charge $10 per night extra for parking lot which is not a normal asking while all another same range price hotels in that area not asking for extra charges for parking lot.

I stayed for two nights and paid premium rates to stay here. This place is going through some sort of renovation. Upon check in we were told the restaurant and bar were closed. The pictures online of the bar and restaurant are extremely misleading. The rooms were very nice and the hallways were very clean and new. The front desk staff was very kind. Netflix never worked in the room and I called down to the front desk and was told it would reset and work in a few minutes but it never did. The charge for parking is ridiculous. There is no reason to charge for parking in this area, a little bit of nickel and diming if you ask me. Also I’m pretty sure I paid extra for breakfast with my room and everybody and anyone was just grabbing breakfast not paying for it. No server was there charging people. A very strange set up.

The hotel staff was great. The hallways smelled like smoke. The locks on the door were odd. Not the key lock but the deadbolt had to be turned real hard to get to latch and then it kept slipping. Oh, and they charge you $9 to park in their parking lot that is filled with potholes. The room was clean and updated.

This is a very nice hotel. I would not stay here again though because I feel they are deceptive. I was asked to provide a credit card for "incidentals." I am always careful not to use any chargeable items / services. After I left, they billed my credit card additional money. I called the hotel and they said it was a parking fee. I told them no one said anything about a parking fee, it is not in any of the papers I signed, and there is no sign in the lot that says it cost money to park there. I called the hotel to complain, they said it is their policy and they could not do anything about it.. I would have been ok with the charge if they had made it clear when I checked in. I might have chosen to park on the street. I don't like them being sneaky about it.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. When we got to our room there was leftover food and trash still in there. As well as a dirty pillowcase. Perhaps an oversight from cleaning crew but the whole room didn’t feel clean. Bathroom door was also broken.

Lobby smelled fantastic, staff very friendly and helpful, hotel and room very clean, unique and interesting, pet friendly, lots of restaurants nearby, Marriott conference center across the parking lot. Will definitely seek out Delta for future trips!

If you're sensitive to the smell of bleach this hotel is not for you. However, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. A major Pro for me was that it's quiet. I didn't hear ANY interstate traffic and with the exception of people talking in the hallway as they passed our room, it was completely quiet. We weren't fans of the area around the hotel but, we also didn't feel like we were going to be mugged either. It's just run down and there aren't a lot of food choices other than fast food. The hotel is older but the rooms have been renovated and are modern.

One card key did not work, the other one would struggle to unlock door. Room was not very clean. Place looks okay from a distance but is rundown and ghetto looking. Beds not comfortable. Shower walls sticky, toilet had dried urine where the seat and toilet bowl connects. We really did not feel comfortable in it. Also, the concierge when we were checking out tried charging me more money for parking when the parking was included according to the check-in concierge. The price was outrageous, $314 per the night just because Taylor Swift was in the town. We couldn’t care less about it but we needed a room to stay the night and continue with our trip the next morning. Definitely does not deserve a 9 star rating, we give it a 6 star ranking.

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was very spacious and clean. Every comfort was provided. We had an issue of a clogged sink and was immediately issued a different room, a discount and free breakfast. Nothing to complain about there. Floor was very quiet, walls thick enough to not hear from the next room. Breakfast was amazing, with a large variety of foods. Checkout was as easy as checking in. Very pleasant hotel and would stay again if coming back to Indianapolis. Highly recommended. Nice area too, and close to highways. Stores and restaurants nearby!

Lock on door not working correctly,so you couldn't put bolt lock during bedtime. Kids running up and down skinny hallway with parents not saying anything. I'm sure if they were black Police would have been called.

The room was clean and comfortable, and that was what we where looking for. The hotel seems to be a older unit. The room was updated but the door and lock where not working properly. There was a gap around the door where you could see light coming throiugh. The door card had to be reprogramed each time we tried to use it. They also charge an additional $9.00 for parking which we where unaware of until we noticed it on our charge.

Great hidden gem! Clean! Decor absolutely different and took my breath away ( being located in Indianapolis!) beds & pillows comfortable. Bathroom beautiful with updated newer fixtures and beautiful sliding doors. They didn’t go the cheap route with their fixtures ! Large tv with streaming service. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

I’m still waiting to receive my incidental deposit and have been giving the run around about it takes 5-7 business days from one staff member, after day 7 another said oh it’s 7-10 & I still have yet to receive it. Then was charged $9 parking fee when the guest clerk never mentioned there was a parking fee. Please communicate thoroughly with your guest about any extra charges.

Neighborhood is terrible with few food options. This hotel is bizarre. Greek statues in the lobby and food area while every door in the place has been beaten and dented. No complaints about the room. At least the Marriott next door has security and food.

Not a great location I was under the impression when I booked that it was in downtown and it wasn't more like 8-9 miles away. Overall decent stay rooms were spacious and modern but the location was a bummer for me. No room service option and mediocre breakfast for the price point of $11.99 in my opinion.

The room was functional, but not great. our door didn't lock unless we slammed it, dogs on our floor were disruptive all night, and the "complimentary" breakfast ended at least 40 minutes before the stated time. The staff we interacted with were nice for the most part, but the experience overall leaves much to be desired.

The Bar flatbread pizza was excellent until I ate some paper that was stuck to the bottom of the pizza. I showed it to the bartender and she quickly took it and made me another pizza promising she would check it for paper on the bottom. The first 4 slices were paper free soil stopped checking. Unfortunately slices 5&6 had paper baked into the dough. It was delicious up until that point. She's didn't charge me for it but she should've checked it for paper. Please correct this from happening in the future.

The area on the property was shady and not like in the photos. While the rooms had been updated, there were still things that were randomly half-fixed or dingy looking. They advertise a buffet breakfast, but the food is very limited and not worth the $13 per person.
