The view from the balcony was amazing, directly looking at the lake, room was plenty spacious and the balcony had plenty of room as well. There is a tunnel from the spa area that goes under the road and brings you out by the sun beds that are as close to the lake as you could get. The pool at the back was perfect (be prepared to wear a little blue swimming cap) and was never too busy when we stayed (late June)

Good hotel, lot's of conferences on throughout the day which is a bit odd for a hotel where you have to walk through the main lobby to get to the pool. Only bar open is also in this area and rarely manned, difficult to get service as hotel is short staffed. Location is further from Desanzano that would be ideal, probably around a 40 mins walk, bus is very good and only a few mins. Local bars and restaurants round the hotel all lovely. Pool of lovely and very clean, although wearing swim caps provided is mandatory. Pool bar not open or hasn't been used in a long time, you have to go down to main bar which is less than ideal. Reception staff are very nice, however I unable to pre-book taxis to train station etc which is very unfortunate. Breakfast is ok not great, options of hot or cold but not very many options and additional items like omlettes come at an extra charge. Depending on staff working at breakfast you may or may not get a coffee. The area of the lake this hotel is on has warnings not to swim due to birds in the lake and possible disease.

Spacious room facing the lake with an amazing view from the large balcony, top spot! Excellent dining experience at the Ristorante Caravaggio. Definitely will come back to this place with more time to enjoy the spa.

Room was very clean and spacious but needed updating. Key entry was temperamental. Staff were excellent, Especially at reception. Toilet near reception was filthy. Pool area poorly maintained. Water was dirty. Is supposed to be open in June. Breakfast was good.
