Hotel good but booked on Hotels.com as said there was a gym. Staff told me it's an hour away by foot - so a two hour round trip. That's on hotels.com rather than the hotel.

Great hotel with a winderful breakfast amd bar. They have elevators, which is uncommon in the UK. And climate control in the rooms. Although it has on site parking, thete is not enough to accommodate the whole hotel, so if you get back late, there may not be parking available which is a major inconvenience. But the staff was super kind and responsive.

Hotel was in a great location. Free parking is a bonus. We were there for a Fawlty Towers function, unfortunately some of the bar staff did not seem to know what they were doing. A proper wine list would be a great help and a good supply, as they ran out part way through the night.

Very impressed with the room apart from the shower sealants needed renewing, mouldy sealant never looks clean. Room, bed, linen and general cleanliness was good. The breakfast was well presented, with a varied selection of the usual breakfast foods and well cooked. A noticeably high level of hygiene and cleanliness.

Very handy for both station and town centre, a few mins walk of each. Quiet and comfortable room with very soft bed. Breakfast was good apart from those nasty watery scrambled eggs (powdered?). Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a slight but noticeable unpleasant smell (sewage?) around the reception/lifts area.

This was a stop-off for us on our way to visit our Grandson in Suffolk. The hotel was very clean including our double room. Our only criticism was that we were told at checkin that breakfast was served up to 11am. We went down at 10:15 only to be told that they stopped at 10:00 but that they could provide pastries which wasn't what we wanted or paid for. That being said, the Duty Manager was very good and arranged a refund straight away. Great location for access to the City !

Room had a musty odur. One towel had a whole in it and another was stained. We found an old biscuit under the chair. Very disappointed with the hotel. It has really gone down hill and not worth of the Raddison name.

Stay was fine apart from the broken bed, the leg fell off in the middle of the night cause us both to have an awful nights sleep. When we mentioned it to reception he said oh was it room 330? Why would they put us in a room with a bed they knew was broken?

Excellent location and surprisingly quiet despite being next to busy A road and also the main train station. Clearly the soundproofing works. Staff were very attentive, polite, helpful and smart. In terms of the room it was comfortable. Bed was very large, facilities excellent. But no wardrobe - it was really just a clothes rack. That said, I'd stay here again and recommend others do.

Nice place but if your in the front there is quite some noise from the adjacent road. Apparently after asking I was told that the rooms are not serviced every day even though I was stopping a few nights. This means full bins, no milk or coffee and no clean towels. You can order from reception but even when they bring towels ect bins were not emptied.

Stay was good other that the air conditioning was not working so had no heat. They gave me an oil filled radiator and said it would get fixed. 5 days later and still not fixed

Stephanie on reception is very rude and dismissive. Refused to help with my noise problems - room was so noisy, bin men kept waking me up at 545am. Basically told me to get over it and there’s nothing she can do (even though there were other rooms we could have moved to or could have offered compensation in many different forms). I even asked 4 times for a quiet room and kept being given noisy rooms. Bathrooms are also not cleaned - pink bacteria on shower head and rest of shower is either covered in black mould or rust. Shower floor is also really unsteady - feels like you’re going to fall straight through the floor. Rooms only give you 2 towels and have to ask multiple times for fresh towels to be delivered.

First of all we have to mention the front of house staff James, who gave us a very friendly welcome to the hotel yesterday afternoon you can see how much pride he truly takes his job were sure that he is very aware that we have a choice of which hotel we pick and he makes sure that you want to return. A real asset for your hotel. Secondly we have to mention Graham who has fantastic and could not have done more to help me as I am disabled ie opening doors for me and making sure that I had a comfortable place to sit ie moving chairs for my mobility scooter. And also the waitress Brenda who was very helpful and very attentive to our needs all in all we were very impressed overall. The only negative I myself was that the staff had to go out of their way to open the doors for me to get to the toilet as they were 2 of them, maybe automatically opening doors to an fro to the toilet. But apart from that we will definitely be returning in the future.

When I got there there was no one at the front desk. Waited for a few minutes before anyone came. Check in was slow. They waited until exactly 3 to check me in. Unlikely that I'll stay at a Radisson again (between this and the York Hotel) I wasn't impressed... Especially for the cost

Great value as I was meeting family in town centre and its right there! Great welcome, efficient friendly check-in and very pleasant room, quiet and spacious. Breakfast was excellent food qulaity and presentation.

Very much appreciated the gluten free section of the breakfast buffet, so often at hotels I have to hunt and ask for gluten-free toast, this time I walked in and immediately saw there was a whole spread with a dedicated toaster. Made me feel really welcome, thank you

The only comment that I would like to add is that the meal ordered on my arrival night took a long while to arrive and then I was disappointed. It wasn't good start. However, having said that your staff and facilities were very good, if/when I'm in Peterborough again I will stay here again. Thank you for the vist Pete
