Clean room, easy check in, and pool was warm and clean but the hot tub was out of service. Breakfast looked like a typical free hotel breakfast but they charged $17/adult. We opted to go to one of the nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly. We left a bag in our room and they emailed within half an hour of leaving letting us know. We were able to quickly pick it up before going on our way.

This was an excellent experience. The gentlemen at the front desk were friendly, professional, attentive, and informative. Check in was quick and easy, the room was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the availability of Starbucks products was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again.

We came for 1 night and 3 days later we are still here because we love it so much!!! This we are world-travelled and this hotel is fabulous! Tullan at the reception is awesome: he makes you feel valued and resolves any issue diligently and with great care and humour. Everyone here is terrific, from the reception staff to the cleaning ladies. The pool and hot tub are great and the room is spacious, super comfortable and well designed. The standards of cleanlessness are excellent. It will be hard to leave but we will be back soon!! The city is thriving and has a fantastic history and display of old industrial steel mill structures and the restaurants are great—we are from Paris and NewYork—and we greatly enjoyed our dining experience at The Edge

Pros: front desk staff was very friendly; room was clean Cons: heating system in room was very loud, had to keep it off; other heating systems could be heard loudly all night from other rooms; hot tub was cold, front desk staff did adjust temp however until it heated the hot tub couldn’t be used during stay which was one of the main amenities that led to decision to stay at this location; pool and bathroom towels were very small

We discovered this gem when we were in the area for a college event. Rooms are comfy and love the hot tub next to relaxing windows with a pretty view of the landscaping (we were there in winter and it was snowy). I like the bar with food and Starbucks available late. That was an amenity we very much appreciated!

Unfortunately the stay wasn't great. The room was deeply dusty and resulted in itching all night. The toilet had a consistent leak, the shower head had mold and the room had a mildew smell. Housekeeping woke us up everyday because of how loud they were when cleaning the neighboring rooms. The front desk staff were so friendly and the lobby was beautiful so we were expecting an exceptional stay, but that wasn't the case.

I was charged for market place items I did not purchase. I'm still waiting for manager call back. Room 105 smells of old smoke and musty, like water damage had happened previously. The bathroom floor and shower space look moldy, could not enter without keeping shoes on. Faucet leaks. The floors are thin and the people upstairs were like a troop of elephants. We are bonvoy members, it does not meet bonvoy standards we have experienced before. I did book through a third party app as a last minute stop on a long road trip. Third party app felt like it meant third class room. Perhaps better rooms exist in the building, it was not my experience. Because of traffic, I was to arrive at 12:22 and during a courtesy call I made to explain my late arrival, because of their party booking, they explained the reservation would be lost with no refund, so it could be given to the rush of people that would be flowing in at midnight. I was told I had to call Expedia and have them contact the hotel to shift the reservation, they did and Tim, was good in allowing a 2am arrival. That was the positive piece. They did eventually accommodate a late arrival but it was an unnecessary set of hoops to get there. The direct number to the hotel takes you to an automated system that was challenging to get to the actual person to explain the courtesy call purpose. Would not recommend.

Room was generally fine. But if you actually took the time to look around you’d notice it was quite dusty on the countertops and desk. The bathroom floor was also quite dirty and one of the towel hooks was coming off the wall. There was trash underneath the bed, but worst of all was the kind bed that felt uncomfortable and wobbly. Time for a mattress upgrade. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lobby was nice.

I chose the Courtyard because of the pool and hot tub. My wife and I were having a weekend getaway, and we both love relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We had never stayed at this Courtyard, but have had good experiences in the past so we gave it a try. Both the pool and hot tub turned out to be fantastic! The pool was nice and warm, almost like bathwater, which feels so good after being out on a chilly Winter day. The hot tub was also very nice, hot, but not too hot for comfort, with one jet that hit my back perfectly. We spent almost two hours between the pool and hot tub on both days. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and check in was a breeze. The lobby was very nice, with comfortable chairs and a nice fireplace. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had both a fridge and microwave. The bed was a king, and was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit heavy and hard on the neck. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and will probably stay here again in the future.

Our second time staying at the marriot courtyard. The room was bigger and quiet being at the end of the hallway. The staff was amazing. I loved having Starbucks in the main lobby. The bed was very comfy and it had the best black out shades I have ever had

The guy that checked me in Samad, I might be spelling his name wrong. He wrote it down for me, but I gave the key holder back and forgot that he wrote his name on it, but he was very professional very pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. Also Tom he made sure I had a great room with a balcony for my anniversary and he was very professional and very nice I would definitely be going back again. I really enjoy the hotel. Everyone is very nice there and I definitely recommend this place to anyone

I spend two nights here due to a family emergency and I was not disappointed. This location is walking distance to the St. Luke's hospital. The staff was great. The room was good. The bathroom was a bit dingy but overall fine.

Older Courtyard. Not what we are used to. Towels were the smallest, thinest that I have ever had at a hotel. There is no coffee available for guest. Because there is a Starbucks in the Lobby, hotel guest get nothing.

I was quite disappointed with the breakfast - I had pre booked it and the choices were so limited, there was only white break - about 10 slices, no oatmeal, no cereal limited offering of juice. No bagel... for 16.95, there was really no choices, in addition, the staff were just not helpful.

Overall my stay was very nice! The place was nicely decorated. We were met with a very welcoming staff. My only drawback with the hotel buffet breakfast. The buffet selection was very minimal. Would have been ok if it were complimentary. ) The other issue was the bathroom tub stoppage in room 411. The water was extremely slow. Overall I would return.

This is a great spot to stay! All of the staff were very nice. It had the perfect amount of amenities for my long weekend stay. The Bistro was awesome! I do have to say the check in and check out time is a plus.

No complimentary breakfast or coffee. I was familiar with this but several unhappy customers with kids in the morning. I believe courtyard caters to business travelers with corporate credit cards so just know before staying that the food and drinks are expensive!
