First room we were given smelled, carpet was wet. AC was turned off on mains. When we turned it on it started dripping water onto the already wet carpet hence the smell in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful and moved us to a different room. Second room hadn't been cleaned yet, so we got moved again to a third room which was good.

When checked into my room there was no power. I returned to the front desk and staff advised an electrician had been during the day & it should be OK. I then left for my night out and on return still no power. I could not make coffee, charge my phone or watch tv. Staff cheched the power and said it was OK. Still nothing. Staff then decided the problem was the electric kettle, still nothin. 1AM staff found me another room after earlier stating they were booked outproblem was t

Extremely over priced for such a below average hotel. They jacked up the price because there was a concert on.
