The hotel/amenities look as pictured, it was comfortable. The neighborhood really is super quiet. Their restaurant is fantastic.

The hotel was in a great location, however breakfast was very disappointing, lovely staff and lovely decor, but there is no buffet and you order off a very limited plastic menu with small portions. It would also be great to have some coffee making facilities in the room. Also we were very surprised that there was no bar at the hotel.

Hotel muy bien situado, Personal excelente, siempre disponible y correcto. Habitaciones tranquilas, bien equipadas pero con unos lavabos cuyo diseño lo hace imposible de usar. Patio y bar muy agradables.

Really nice little hotel with good design, great location out of the busy areas but close enough to walk to, and great breakfast (if you want breakfast, get it here—options are relatively slim in Madrid). The restaurant staff were wonderful.

Great area -- booked for that reason, but small room and outdated room left a lot to be desired (or extreme wear-and-tear; i.e. shower shelf falling down and exposed significant amounts of glue holding it up -- anything you placed slid off). If looking for a walkable area with a more fun/hip vibe and relatively quiet, book here. Don't expect anything super modern or updated; good for a few days if you are mostly out and about.

Ubicación y servicio por parte del personal excelente, limpieza ok pero en cuanto a estado del hotel, las habitaciones especialmente, necesitan pintura y la ducha necesita mantenimiento ya que se ven que tienen muchos años.

Overall the hotel was average, wasn’t very clean including used coke cans in the mini bar and room smaller and dated then the pictures. For close to 600€ for two nights I would have expected a real 4 star, this was 3 at best. The staff were very friendly however but didn’t make up for the state of the room, old and ragged is what I would describe it. I checked out a day early with no credit after staying for less than 20 hours. Look elsewhere not so great.

La ubicacion es excelente, estas en medio de todo en una calle tranquila y segura. El cuarto amplio, interior entonces algo oscuro, la presión de la regadera muy bien,'dificil regular temperatura. Pequeños detalles de limpieza, nqda grave.

Gran hotel! Gran ubicación! Un poco de mantenimiento a las habitaciones no le haría daño, paredes rayadas o manchadas, detallitos así podrían hacer del lugar visiblemente mucho mejor

Excellent location with lots of fine restaurants and cafes to enjoy. Kind staff. Nevertheless the hotel is not well maintained. We got a room with a permanent water pipe noise. Floors and walls pretty worn out and not so clean. The location saves the overall experience

Bathrooms need update. Showers are pretty old and I had problem with hot water.

Other than the fact that we were given twin beds and the hair dryer wasn’t working, it was a LOVELY hotel, right in the place where you want to be in Madrid. Staff was very nice and they serve the best croissants I’ve had in my life.

Todo muy bien, muy buena ubicación. Cuarto amplio, el único inconveniente es que no hay cajones para poner tus cosas, ni en el baño ni el cuarto. Tuve que dejar mis cosas en las maletas. El desayuno muy rico en el restaurante. Y lo que se me hizo mal es que te cobren 50 euros noche para ponerte un catre para mi hija.

Really pretty stylish sexy hotel BUT beware of the pokey standard rooms. They are so small that one switch of the AC means you’ll be blown on all night (which causes dry mouth and dehydration even on the lightest timed setting). Also the hotel appears to have a problem with hot water regulation. You can go from a Luke warm shower to a boiling kettle temperature without notice. It seems like the higher floor you are going on the worse it is. To be fair they acknowledged the issue and rectified it after bringing it up.

Increíble ubicación! Tranquila, muy cerca de salamanca, mas sin embargo nunca vontestan en ese hotel, la chica que atiende algo despistada, y el desayuno un Lugar bonito pero demasiado basico el producto.

El personal tiene una muy buena actitud de servicio, el hotel está super ubicado y tiene muy buena relación costo beneficio.

One of the genuinely pleasant stays I have had through years of extensive travels across the world both for work and leisure. The room was immaculately clean and had perhaps one of the most comfortable ambience I have experienced in a hotel. As much as I enjoyed Madrid, I also didn’t hesitate to stay in whenever I could. It was a good respite from the August heat and had a home-like feel, thanks to the modern design that pays homage to Madrid’s own architectural heritage and the building’s own character and history. While the quality of the breakfast could be improved flavour-wise, it was decent enough and more affordable than comparable joints in the area. That said, the hotel is perfectly and centrally located, within a few blocks from Calle Serrano in Salamanca on one side and Las Salesas and Chueca on the other. It’s wedged between vibrant areas of excellent dining, shopping and coffee options. Yet, the hotel area itself is serene, clean and practically crowd-free. There is access to several metro lines as there are three metro stations within easy walking distance. If you’re thinking of taking the metro to/from the airport, the hotel can be accessed by transferring at Nuevos Ministerios from where the hotel is a stop or two away on another metro line. Lastly, the stay would not have been as pleasant without the magnificent service offered by its staff, all of whom were perpetually professional, warm and helpful.

Great place in a great centric location

Being here for business, I have spent 2 nights in this hotel and my stay was excellent: very silent location, near metro station and convenient to the airport. Rooms are fine, clean and well organized.

Hotel pequeño, coqueto y bien situado en Chamberí. Muy recomendable!

Love this hotel in Madrid, near Salamanca and in such beautiful location. Hotel is very well located and room was super nice. Restaurant is a good option to have a main meal there. I will recommend this location if you need to walk the nearby neighborhood.

The rooms were spacious, breakfast was made with quality ingredients , although would appreciate more variety.The location was convenient for the metro and sight seeing. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel decor is beautiful.

Todo excelente en términos generales. El cuarto en muy buen estado. Únicamente señalaría que la cama tenía una división en medio (eran 2 camas pegadas). Fuera de ello todo funcionaba a la perfección. El personal del restaurante muy amable.

Hotel molto carino e in una location tranquilla, ma anche piuttosto vicino al centro e a diverse stazioni della metro. La stanza è spaziosa, il bagno molto grande e c'è tutto quello che serve. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e attento. La colazione è alla carta, ma molto buona. Consigliato!
