Can't believe they have a pool that doesn't receive sun, water is cold all day long, no elevator on a 4 floor s building, the worst part for me was that WiFi didn't reach my room, very por signal, aside from It the building Is quite old, and maintenance doesn't seem to be the priority

Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Me orientaron a la perfeccion. Estacionamiento muy reducido, pocos cajones para estacionar. Tuve que dejar mi vehiculo en la calle. Puerta de la habitacion no embona bien, tienes que jalar muy fuerte para cerrar la pierta, lo mismo otros huespedes...genera ruido excesivo Al cerrar las puertas...imaginarse cuando tu vecino de habitacion lllega a las 2 am....

La mejor estancia los empleados duper amables siempre ayudando, me toco la habitación 816 y muy bien solo que no hay elevador y es pesado subir y bajar 3 veces al dia jajajaja pero si volveria con ellos.

El hotel está cómodo, el personal es muy amable. El hotel está en remodelación, el acceso a la playa no está muy cómodo, seguro esto va a cambiar una vez que termine. En general bueno y cómodo en relación al precio.

Esta bastante deteriorada, no ponen atencion en cuestiones basicas. La alberca es lo mejor del hotel, la temperatura templada y muy rica. Pero las habitaciones ya estan muy viejas. Antes tenias accseso al mar por varios puntos ya no, tienes que rodear, antes te podias sentar a ver el atardecer, ya robaron ese espacio con el restaurante.

Esta bastante deteriorada, no ponen atencion en cuestiones basicas. La alberca es lo mejor del hotel, la temperatura templada y muy rica. Pero las habitaciones ya estan muy viejas. Wasn’t very clean. Lots of maintenance work happening while we were there, so it was quite noisy. Tried to use the in-room safe, but it was literally GLUED to a shelf and came right off!! Room itself was tiny and not very clean.

Se ve lindo en sus redes, pero nada que ver con lo que te encuentras personalmente, ya deberían actualizar sus imágenes, la habitación estándar que nos tocó parecía una cajita, con una cama y 30 cm de cada lado de ella para moverte, tiene pisos sueltos que suenan mientras vas pisando, muchísimo ruido por las mañanas, como si estuvieran arreglando algo, el restaurante buenísimo, la hamburguesa de camarón una delicia, el mar bien, la arena algo sucia, las albercas muy bien a excepción de que me corté dos dedos de un pie gracias a una coladera en el fondo de la alberca qué tiene filo, es muy peligrosa, y la cereza del pastel es que voy a recepción a buscar un botiquín para desinfectar y curar mis heridas y no tienen nada más que alcohol, ni gasas, ni algodón, ni bandidas, NADA 😡.

The hotel was beautifully located next to the beach. My room was huge with an ocean view. My bed was a little hard, but I slept well. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly. They were patient with my broken Spanish and spoke English. The restaurant was good. The pool was relaxing. I highly recommend!

Well the pictures are not true to the rooms. Rooms were clean. Our wifi didn't work and each day had to be reset. Couldn't get Netflix since it was an old tv. The food is below average and certainly not worth the price. The cafe two blocks down, to the left on the same side, is amazing. Real coffee. Think everyone else serves instant and passes it off as brewed. The restaurant 2 blocks to the right and across the street, next to the gym, IS the place to eat for all the afternoon/evening meals.The pool with the bridge was freezing and dirty. Basically a big bird bath. The small pool near the bridge pool was green and freezing. The pool near the beach entrance was clean and perfect temp. The staff was great! Caroline and Mila were great help daily. They speak English well. They helped with events happening around town and gave good advice when we asked about other places to eat. Irasema also did a superb job at trying to resolve our wifi/internet connection. George was among the great staff and figured out our tv was not a smart tv, so you can basically only watch what is listed, in Spanish only. Manzanillo is not a destination for anyone who loves to swim in the ocean. The beaches are so badly littered. there is garbage everywhere. Puffer fish are constantly being washed ashore dead. Thats a red flag for health safety. Lovely Locals here, but not a place I would ever visit again.

While the property has modern, clean design lines this does not make up from deteriorating infrastructure eg toilet in bathroom was unreliable, water pressure very low making the shower ineffective. Internet was very poor except in the restaurant area. When taking first visit to a city internet is needed to study google map, find recommendations for restaurants etc.

Rooms were acceptable, dated rooms but clean, hot water was lukewarm the first 2 days. Pool towel service was subpar, paid a deposit for towels for a family friend f 4 only to find out a single towel was available. Towel service was late the following day past noon. Restaurant was ok, not much food variety and the fish was not fresh.

I would have given a better rating if the wifi had worked in the rooms. Had to go sit outside the lobby to get a signal and then it was sketchy. Saw lots of guests with the same issue.

El hotel en una zona cercana a la más transitada el hotel bien pero viejo, si no fuera por la master suite. La habitación regular es extremadamente pequeña, las instalaciones del hotel sin llegar a descuidadas ya denotan que es un hotel viejo en olores y el estado de las instalaciones.

Me otorgaron un cuarto que no tenía vista al mar cuando en la reservación si lo incluía y mencionaron que la razón se debía a Expedía me habia asignado dicha habitación, tuve que pagar un up grade para obtener otra habitación.

Cuando nos dieron la habitacion teniamos una TV que no tenia senal y me dijeron cuando llame a recepcion que estaban arreglando cableado del la compania de cable y estaban arreglando eso,salimos ala playa y por la noche que llegamos ala habitacion volvi a llamar y me dijeron lo mismo que solo internet servia y baje para comentarlerles que en otros cuartos se veia la TV y me dijeron que solo you tube y nexflix agarra y le dije que al menos que vieramos esas programaciones,por lo cual la recepcionista se dio cuenta que la TV que teniamos era muy vieja y ni eso se podia ver por lo cual llamo con alguien para poder agarrar otra television de otra habitacion y llevarla a nuestra habitacion Andrea le doy review por que hizo todo para que estuvieramos bien en nuestra estadia lo que las del turno de la tarde cuando llegamos no hicieron nada. Y tambien al llegar a mi hermana la hicieron esperar 30min por su habitacion y despues le dicen que tardarian 15 min mas por lo cual mi hermana les dijo mis hijos tienen mucho calor aqui afuera en donde nos tienen en la sala de espera dame alguna que tengas disponible lo cual le dieron una habitacion super chica. Mala experiencia tuvimos desgraciadamente.

Cuando nos dieron la habitacion teniamos una TV que no tenia senal y me dijeron cuando llame a recepcion que estaban arreglando cableado del la compania de cable y estaban arreglando eso,salimos ala playa y por la noche que llegamos ala habitacion volvi a llamar y me dijeron lo mismo que solo internet servia y baje para comentarlerles que en otros cuartos se veia la TV y me dijeron que solo you tube y nexflix agarra y le dije que al menos que vieramos esas programaciones,por lo cual la recepcionista se dio cuenta que la TV que teniamos era muy vieja y ni eso se podia ver por lo cual llamo con alguien para poder agarrar otra television de otra habitacion y llevarla a nuestra habitacion Andrea le doy review por que hizo todo para que estuvieramos bien en nuestra estadia lo que las del turno de la tarde cuando llegamos no hicieron nada. Y tambien al llegar a mi hermana la hicieron esperar 30min por su habitacion y despues le dicen que tardarian 15 min mas por lo cual mi hermana les dijo mis hijos tienen mucho calor aqui afuera en donde nos tienen en la sala de espera dame alguna que tengas disponible lo cual le dieron una habitacion super chica. Mala experiencia tuvimos desgraciadamente.

Primeramente el trato del personal es muy bueno, te hacen sentir en casa, inclusive el personal de limpieza es muy amable, la única obsevación que también el personal de limpieza esté uniformado porque al principio no sabes quien te puede auxiliar en algo. Fuera de lo anterior, nuestra experiencia fué muy agradable. El hotel se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila para el que quiera tomarse unas vacaciones de relax.

This is not the first time we stay here. The experience had been great until this last time around. This time, they didnt respect my reservation, if you reserve a king size bed online you get the smallest room and bed available. They never cleaned my sons room, he stayed 5 days. I extended the days we stayed they only respected pricing on my sons room not mine I paid about $600. I never received adjustment on my room and was told I would be notified when a king bed would be available. My husband and I slept in a full-size bed. The same thing was about to happen to my son but we pushed for him to be changed. The mattresses are really hard and the pillows are not the best. The concierge that I was working with to figure out how much I owed the night before clearly has no clue or understanding of what she is doing. The GM is the worst, she is inhumane. They are experiencing the worst heatwave, we checked out at 5:30 am it was probably about 90 degrees with 100% humidity outside, when I got to the front desk the doors where open, it was super hot in there and the concierge only had a small fan. I asked why he doest have the AC on and he said, My GM doesnt allow me to turn on the AC during this shift, we can turn it on until 8 a.m. but from 11 pm to 7 am they are not allowed. The one really good thing about the hotel is the little restaurant downstairs it has no affiliation to the hotel but the food and staff are the best.

Lovely location. Grounds were very clean. Lovely outdoor restaurant that overlooked the ocean. Unfortunately construction renovations hampered the view of the ocean from the pool. Manager was very accommodating and succeeded in in taking care of our needs.

The hotel was beautifully located next to the beach. My room was huge with an ocean view. My bed was a little hard, but I slept well. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly. They were patient with my broken Spanish and spoke English. The restaurant was good. The pool was relaxing. I highly recommend!

Well the pictures are not true to the rooms. Rooms were clean. Our wifi didn't work and each day had to be reset. Couldn't get Netflix since it was an old tv. The food is below average and certainly not worth the price. The cafe two blocks down, to the left on the same side, is amazing. Real coffee. Think everyone else serves instant and passes it off as brewed. The restaurant 2 blocks to the right and across the street, next to the gym, IS the place to eat for all the afternoon/evening meals.The pool with the bridge was freezing and dirty. Basically a big bird bath. The small pool near the bridge pool was green and freezing. The pool near the beach entrance was clean and perfect temp. The staff was great! Caroline and Mila were great help daily. They speak English well. They helped with events happening around town and gave good advice when we asked about other places to eat. Irasema also did a superb job at trying to resolve our wifi/internet connection. George was among the great staff and figured out our tv was not a smart tv, so you can basically only watch what is listed, in Spanish only. Manzanillo is not a destination for anyone who loves to swim in the ocean. The beaches are so badly littered. there is garbage everywhere. Puffer fish are constantly being washed ashore dead. Thats a red flag for health safety. Lovely Locals here, but not a place I would ever visit again.

Rooms were acceptable, dated rooms but clean, hot water was lukewarm the first 2 days. Pool towel service was subpar, paid a deposit for towels for a family friend f 4 only to find out a single towel was available. Towel service was late the following day past noon. Restaurant was ok, not much food variety and the fish was not fresh.

El personal de recepción es muy amable, el desayuno buffet esta muy rico y acorde al precio. El personal de cocina y meseros excelente. Solo falta capacitación para quien prepara las bebidas starbucks ( vasos rotos y bebidas sin sabor) y reforzar la limpieza de la alberca ( la orilla de toda la alberca esta muy sucia, se ve negra)

La estancia en general bien, lo que si puedo destacar es el ceviche que sirven en el restaurante pues de los mejores que he comido, en su punto de acidez y buena porción y el precio adecuado, lo que si me gustaría que pusieran atención es en la habitación pues el baño no servía la cadena y había que quitarle la tapa para poder bajarle, otra cosa que me gustaría que mejoraran es en las reglas del hotel pues no había mucho silencio a pesar que pasaba de las 12 de la noche y se oían voces en el pasillo y gente fumando en área de no fumar aparte mis vecinos traían un bebé que no dormía y no dejaba dormir, por lo demás todo bien además hay lugares donde comer a los alrededores si no quieren algo del restaurante, el malecón está como a 15 minutos en coche y de noche se ve genial

Wasn’t very clean. Lots of maintenance work happening while we were there, so it was quite noisy. Tried to use the in-room safe, but it was literally GLUED to a shelf and came right off!! Room itself was tiny and not very clean.
