We loved the location, the view is perfect, loved the comfort of the bed, the roominess, kitchen was adequate,l and washer dryer was great, shower had great pressure and air con and fridge worked well once adjusted. Unfortunately the foyer at reception and all of downstairs was being renovated and air con wasn't working making it a muggy sweat pit in the stifling heat, and the pool/spa was overly chlorinated giving me a rash to P of my body (I took photos.) Made my night unbearable as no chemists were open that evening to purchase antihistamines. Otherwise we both enjoyed our stay

Great location but unsure if it was just our room or the entire complex, but our room was extremely sparsely furnished, the air con was hot cold hot cold, the patio door wouldn’t unlock, the bedroom ceiling light was broken and the pillows were dreadful. The pool area was unsightly which was a real shame because it had a great view. Very average. I won’t be back.

Only 1 lift working for 30+ floors and spent most of our time waiting for lifts. Skirting’s in reception not fitted after years due to flood damage, Limited parking and this costs extra. Water damage to bathroom needs fixing, shower is very narrow. Pool, sauna and spa have limited opening hours. Balcony was a nice touch. Apartment was clean. Inconvenient to drop key to reception when leaving as can’t exit car park without fob key and there is no parking in city around property.

We had a 4 night stay. Very comfortable and good size apartment. The apartment wasn't serviced during our stay, but not enough teabags, dishwasher powder or liquid was left for us at the start of our stay, we were continually asking reception for more. Very nice pool, sauna/spa but no pool towels provided, guests had to use their bathroom towels. Luckily I had a cleaner with a trolley in the lift and managed to get fresh towels.

Overall the location is very good and with a great view. The apartment that I was allocated was not very clean at all. Stains on the carpets that were not very appealing, stains on the bathroom floor that appeared to be dried blood. I only stayed for two nights on a stopover trip so no complaint at the time. Recommend the location but the apartments themselves are dated and in need of some care and attention. Check in was easy and smooth so overall a 3 *.

Oaks Casino Towers has seen better days. Spent one night at 1 bedroom apartment. Apartment smelled like mould, all furniture and appliances were run down, remotes had no battery, tvs were not working, questionable cleanness. Does not worth the rate, too expensive for what it is. Next time we will find a better room for a better price. Can’t forget all the homeless living at the hotel’s door steps….the lobby only can be open by key or receptionist. Save your money and find something better in the CBD.

The room was wonderfully decked out with a kitchen and laundry facilities. I was hoping for a river view off the balcony especially being my birthday. The city view was quite an ugly sight if I’m honest, looking down onto the tops of buildings. The big down side was when I went into the kitchen the next morning. The floor was wet! I nearly had a dreadful fall as I didn’t notice it nor was I looking for a wet floor. It was more than just damp or condensation. The reception got onto my concern very quickly, sending a maintenance person. She was very bemused, thought the cause was from the fridge. I had not used the dishwasher, dryer or washing machine. She organised for housecleaning to dry the floor. I had more than one visit from the staff to address the issue as it kept happening. This took into my holiday time and relaxation time. I felt some recompense could’ve been made as it was a total inconvenience to me and the room was not up to scratch. Everyone was obliging and polite though.

Disappointed in room for being 4 1/2 star Room was very noisy. With all sirens, traffic etc being heard all night disrupting our sleep. Air Conditioning was difficult to control. Bed wasn’t made 1 day due to my nightie being left on the bed. I’ve never had that problem before anywhere else I’ve stayed.

While the location was convenient, the apartment was drab and only partially clean. We couldn’t open the sliding door or use the balcony as our view of the neighbouring building’s air conditioning units were too loud. I would not recommend staying here.

This apartment block was great, the apartment was modern and spacious with a large balcony with great views. Check in was easy and reception was always manned and they were always helpful when needed. The block was very central for everything we required in the city and I wouldn’t hesitate booking here again.

Absolute terrible stay. Staff rude and incompetent. Was rang 4 times by the hotel as our flight was delayed to make sure we were still checking in, once we finally get there we we stand in the lobby over an hour as apparently our booking couldn’t be found. How did you have my contact details to ring then. Absolutely useless service , over priced junk room. Never again.

Fantastic room - plenty of space in our 1 brm apartment and excellent facilities like washer/dryer. Great location, 5 min walk to shops or down to the river and cross the bridge to Southbank. Excellent pool, though the water was a little cold for our liking - even on a hot day!

One of the best locations in Brisbane - stunning views of the Wheel and south Brisbane! Easy to get to the Queen St mall. That is why we stayed here,. Be reminded that the property is nearing 20 years old! Most these apartments could do with some improvements ( better furnishings etc). That being said, very spacious inside. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good secure property - swipe to get in and also in the lift. The major let down in the smell of oil in the atmosphere coming from the Japanese BBQ restaurant next door when you enter the lobby, definitely ruins the first impression. Stay here for the superb location, walking distance to almost everything in the city and across the city.

Nice and central to the casino and south park entertainment areas.Very close to 24hr pancake manor. All employees are very courteous. I didn't like the parking on level 6 as the concrete stop blocks don't stop the car before you hit the galvanised rails they are to far back. So be aware!

The motel were having some water issues so there were noisy machines being used, however in the room the noise was barely audible. Very handy position for restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public and private transportation.
