Be careful when booking this hotel - if you don’t book the very best rooms you will be put in rooms to the rear of the hotel. Some do have full sea views but you are basically next to the airport on the main flight path and it is incredibly noisy - you are not warned about this. Sun beds are incredibly limited wit little space to sit near the pool the hotel is too big for the social space available.

Die Nähe zu Palma ist mit dem Rad super. Die Leihräder vom Hotel sind günstig aber in schlechtem Zustand... Schade! Das Essen könnte etwas mehr spanisch sein, es fehlt an Täglichem Iberico Schinken und spanischem Manchego Käse! Das Frühstück ist super und es gibt eine große Auswahl an frischem Obst! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Der Fluglärm könnte störend sein.

The location of this hotel is perfection. Set in a beautiful quiet bay, and right next to the gorgeous coastline promenade walk to Palma, but a short walk to a lovely selection of restaurants. I had a room with a Bali bed which was great for afternoon naps and reading my book. The upstairs deck was nice and quiet and never a problem to get a sunbed. The whole hotel has a high standard of cleanliness. My room was spacious, hairdryer brilliant and shower nice and powerful and hot. The small fridge in the room was good for keeping bottled water cold. Only constructive feedback was a lack of small touches you get in other hotels - water replenished each day or robes. The pool closed at 6pm which seemed quite early. There was also no room service. I loved my stay and will be back in the near future, thank you for a great stay!

In 5* hotel inPalma they were charging 40€ for the day.. Not sure why our cards didn’t work for the rooftop terrace. But as we were there just for the day and a half-it didn’t bother us. Definitely recommend this hotel

The pool only opened at 10am, which felt a bit late for September. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel is perfect for a quick weekend break as it’s so close to the airport. You can see and hear planes, but we expected this, so it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was fine overall, although the cappuccino didn’t really taste like one. A highlight was the great walk and cycle path right outside the hotel that leads all the way to Palma. We also hired bikes directly through the hotel, thanks to their partnership with a nearby cycle centre. Bike hire 8euros per day.

We had a fabulous stay, very clean and lovely room. We had an issue checking in as the computers were not working however the chap on duty was very apologetic. Air conditioning could have been colder but we were unable to change the settings. Meals and drinks very reasonably priced and good quality. The only real issue we had was with the lifeguard, we left our beds to have some lunch in your restaurant and he threw our bags and towels off the beds. When I challenged him he said we had been gone an hour, the couple next to us said he threw them off when we had been gone only 10 minutes, he was extremely rude to me and my husband. We adhered to the not putting your towels on the subbed until 10am when other were putting them out at 07.30. Apart from this we had a great stay.

Spacious room that was right at the front of the hotel with a good size balcony and great sea views. It was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast.

sehr gute Lage, direkt am Meer, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, das Hotel wirkt sehr modern und neu renoviert, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden täglich gereinigt, das Essen (Buffet) ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich, man kann sich super am Pool und in der Hotelanlage erholen, es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

The hotel was lovely, the staff both friendly and professional. The restaurant was excellent, breakfast first class and the best dinner I have eaten in any Spanish hotel at a very reasonable price. The room was spacious with a good view and the bed was very comfortable. The balcony was a bonus but the doors out to it were fiddly and not at all sound proof which was a major drawback as the hotel is just beyond the airport and the constant take offs from 6 am to 10 pm are intrusive and not conducive to a leisurely morning wake up. If the rooms were soundproofed with new doors the hotel would be perfect

Lovely hotel within a 10 minute drive of Palma Airport. The room was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea from our balcony. Great choices of food for breakfast. The bar was also nice with a good view of the sea. Staff were friendly and facilities were great - lovely pool with plenty of loungers. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Das Hotel hat mir extrem gut gefallen! Die Lage ist super. Man ist in ein paar Minuten vom Flughafen dort. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gutes Frühstück, tolle Ausstattung - einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind, man hört die Nachbarn und die Türen knallen automatisch zu, sodass man nachts davon wach wird. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv wieder buchen!

BEWARE - Noisy and hot rooms. Stayed in January. Weather was in the mid-sixties. Our room was 76 degrees F when we got there. HVAC unit would only blow hot air. Front desk told us there was no AC - only heat. They insisted we were the only guests to ever have this problem. Airplanes were loud flying over the hotel. Couldn't use the HVAC fan to drown out the noise. Thin walls meant you could also hear people in the rooms around you. Never again!!

Super Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub. Zentrale Lage. Man kann direkt beim Hotel Fahrräder leihen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen ist sehr lecker, Obst und Gemüse immer frisch. Lediglich sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber absolut zu verkraften. :)

Hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to local area which offered many different dining options. Check-in was east and straight forward. Concept of adults only is great and a must for anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing break.

I had an amazing week at this hotel. Booked a club room and I would have to say that it was totally worth it! The bali bed on my terrace was an absolute touch. Hotel was clean, service was excellent and big shout out to David on reception who was awesome. Highly recommended to anyone

Ordere the room two months to early. 5 minutes after the payment i called and spoke with the hotel. Even after Hotels tried to help me they didnt want to help. Wanted to order two more doble rooms but happy that i didnt. Dont want to leave money in a hotel with so poor custumer service.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y tranquilo, con una ubicación excelente. El desayuno y la cena son variados y deliciosos. Pero lamentablemente tuve una mala experiencia con algunas trabajadoras del restaurante, especialmente una llamada „Ines“, que fueron groseras y mostraron actitudes racistas. Aparte de eso, todo estuvo excelente y recomiendo el hotel.

Really nice, quiet and well equipped hotel in a perfect location. If you’re into swimming in the sea vs pool like us, it will take you about 15 mins walk to get to a nice sandy beach (Palma beach) but I appreciate the walk so it didn’t bother us. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

It’s a bit far from the central Palma area. However, it is quiet, relaxed and you can walk to the beach. Has a great pool and nice restaurant. Amazing bar nearby. Bus stop is a bit of a walk but not too bad.

Great hotel looked like newly renovated..so excellent facilities..we had a 3 night break here.half board .. great food... very easy by bus 35 to get to Palma..only a 7 minute walk.. would highly recommend a stay..

The restaurants on property were excellent. The staff were always freindly and helpful. The one and only complaint was the glass shower door leaked to the outside floor. We had to lay towels on the floor to absorb the water after every shower.

Food was good and most of the staff was very friendly although some of the waitstaff acted like they were being bothered when asking for a drink or food. Here are some suggestions: -Nighttime entertainment was SO much better when it was actually held outside. -Bottled water should be re-stocked in the room every day, shouldn\'t have to pay nearly $3 for a bottled water. -More English channels on the TV would have been nice. -Cleaning staff was in our room WAY too many times even when the "Do NOT Disturb" sign was clearly posted. -When requesting room service, staff should be letting people know about the 15 Euro extra charge.

Super hotel…modern stylish..fabulous views from balcony and pool which was beautifully laid out. Great service. Food was pretty awful…if you enjoy your food this is not the hotel for you or stay and eat out. Breakfast was particularly grim. Music in the restaurant was torturous and on a loop.

Both and good and not so good. Starting with less good : Problems with staff knowledge regarding payment at the reception. took a long time and was complicated. The hotel is advertised as non-smoking, which is basically what all hotels do today. But this hotel has taken the ban to its limit. That is, there is no place whatsoever to sit in the entire hotel area and have a drink and a cigarette, another guest also informed me that they were forbidden to smoke on the room's own balcony. Foolishness during holiday celebrations is the last thing you want to experience. Can understand the intention, but change this, make a smoker's corner where smokers can have a drink and a cigarette, this will surely increase the hotel's popularity. Very good ! Best breakfast I've had at a tourist hotel in Europe, we also tried dinner which was also good so the restaurant gets 5 stars. Very good beds, and good shower with plenty of hot water. Quiet and very clean hotel.
