The property was better than I expected it would be. It's a small thing, but I appreciated the pool had play toys for kids and floatation devices. The free breakfast was better than at a hotel I recently had to pay money to eat breakfast. Decorations were cheerful and well-maintained.

We stayed for one night. It was very hot (110 degrees) and decided to go to the small pool. Unfortunately there was only one umbrella so we only stayed by the pool for about 20 minutes before retreating to the air conditioned room.

Nice hotel. The kids loved the pool and inflatables they have out for everyone! Hot tub was great. Netflix on TV. Good breakfast. Clean, Quiet. Comfortable pillows and bed. All we need for a quick stop on a long road trip. Thanks!

The property is unkempt and dirty. There are hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground all around outside. The rooms are in dire need of updating. The "hot breakfast" is one of the most disgusting displays I have seen in my life. I did not eat it since I watched the person who was putting it out touch everything from the trash to the food and everything in between without ever stopping to wash their hands. Definitely avoid this place at all cost.

Our room was half cleaned. The beds were made and there were towels. There was no kleenex or hand soap, no trash can liners, and the inside door security lock was broken. Also the light bulbs in the lamps in our room did not fit, so the lights were like a spotlight. The hotel and rooms are a bit dated. We would not stay here again.

This hotel is under construction. The construction is allowed to work from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Construction tools and material are located throughout the corridors while work is occurring inside of the guest rooms. Doors are left open where the work is occurring with compressors running, hammering, loud construction chatter, and radios blaring. Extremely disappointing for a Marriot property not to have construction protocols in place to address the construction noise activity. Radios should not be allowed. Period. Loud conversations and singing along with a radio, not cool.

The beds were fine, pillows not my favorite, but Otherwise perfectly good place to stay at and I would stay again. Very, very good continental breakfast spread. Clean, great price, no issues, friendly staff. It was located in a nice quiet spot.

Bed was very uncomfortable, the tv has burn in and messed up audio, the room was clean but the bathroom could have used a little more tlc. I only was there for the night but I debated on doing the drive back home because the mattress was so bad. Breakfast was good. I was grateful they could accommodate an early check in. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Thankfully, we only stayed one night. Our only main complaint is the noise. Walls are paper thin and we were on the third floor and could hear the night workers talking in the lobby throughout the night quite loud. The beds were fairly comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. TV is pretty small and dated. Complementary breakfast for those who like it is a nice option. Just wouldn’t stay again because of the noise throughout the night

The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. We had to be at a swim meet before breakfast was open, so they packed us a nice little meal to go! We will definitely return to the Fairfield Inn & Suites the next time we go to Clovis.

Staff were amazing and accomodating. Good recommendations for eating nearby. This was beyond staff control but we could hear guests upstairs from us in an argument and it kept us up until 2am. Only knock on the experience.

This is a great location to access old town Clovis. Very walkable on the rail trail or cutting over to Polaski Ave. Rooms are clean, facility is tidy, and staff is super polite. If you travel you’ll know not to get too high of expectations about the free breakfast. It’s no different here. Don’t let that scare you away from a nice facility close to Old Town.

Came to Clovis to attend my brother in laws surprise 70th birthday party. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, bathroom spacious and well appointed. Hot breakfast served both mornings was an added bonus. Definitely recommend. Yes, the brother in law was surprised!
