This is a nice property that is located near the Kona town center where you can enjoy shopping and activities. My only complaint is that they did not fully disclose that the property does not have air-conditioning, nor do they provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Overall, I might stay here again, but I would exhaust other options first.

The condo was clean and we loved the layout and the ocean view. What we didn't love is that the fact that there was no AC. We got a message the day before that if we want ac in the bedroom or living it would be an extra fif teen bucks. We didn't like it but at that point figured it is what it is. Well when we got there the was 1 portable AC that what made not portable and it was in the corner of the living room. There was a Murphy bed in the living room and we ended up having to sleep on it because it was way too hot in the bedroom. I would not expect this issue in Hawaii. Other than the AC issue it's an amazing property but the AC is a big deal to us for our comfort.
