My friend and I met here for the weekend with our 4 kids. We made smores in the fire pit, played games i the back yard and very much enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and well equipped. Highly recommend if you are looking to visit this quirky little alien town!

Very pretty home with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. We only stayed the night for the last leg of our road trip, but I would love to stay longer next time. They had some fun amenities (ping pong table, football table, cornhole, fire pit, etc) that we didn't have time to use. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our next visit to Roswell.

The home was spacious, updated and tastefully decorated. We had our family of 4 and 2 pups staying in the home. Plenty of room. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, securely fenced with grass and shade trees. We had morning coffe on the back patio area which had comfortable and quality outdoor seating. Excellent!!

The host provided everything to make us feel right at home. The home was clean, well equipped and ready for our arrival. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. We were in town for a funeral so did not use the game room, but that would be a nice touch for a family trip. Highly recommend and would stay again.

What a great place for us to stay with our 2 dogs! Wonderful private, safe and secure backyard for our furbabies. Very nice neighborhood and also excellent area to safely walk our 2 on a daily basis.Carmen was very attentive and the place was immaculate. Highly recommended!!

We visited Roswell for a few reasons the main one being my brother and his little family. We had a reunion basically. The house was amazing and beautiful inside and out. The kids and my chihuahua loved playing in the yard. Everyone is still talking about how perfect the house is/was. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Everything was tidy and clean when we got in after a long day of traveling. The table games were enjoyed by everyone in the house. Everything in town is minutes away from where the house is located. Once again thank you for allowing us to all be together under the same roof!

The house was very nice and well appointed. The yard and patio were very nice, however the dogs next door really impacted the serenity! They are scary sounding. While the new solid fence helped, they still would bang against it and scare me and my dogs. For that reason alone I would not stay again.

Very well thought out accommodations. Snacks and sodas were an added bonus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, but is not far from Roswell's Main street. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Roswell.

The property was just as pictured as on the Vrbo site. It was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The owners were lovely and pleasant. Expectations of guests were clearly posted at the property. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to stores and restaurants. We were in town to attend our son’s wedding and this was the perfect house for us and our dogs. There were just so many pluses to this property! Loved our stay would come back to this property if ever back in the area.

We had a great stay at the Sunrise in Roswell! The home was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The proximity to Main St and many of the local attractions was perfect! And the communication with Carmen the host was easy, quick and positive! We would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Roswell for a relaxing time!

A beautiful and clean house with everything we need, we feel at home. It was very nice for us to find some drinks for us in the refrigerator and also some sweets for the children, another thing in the kitchen there were condiments, so I only bought what I needed to cook ,there was from shampoo to laundry detergent, the truth is that I didn’t have much need to buy. Thank you very much Carmen for receiving us that way.

The home was spacious, updated and tastefully decorated. We had our family of 4 and 2 pups staying in the home. Plenty of room. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, securely fenced with grass and shade trees. We had morning coffe on the back patio area which had comfortable and quality outdoor seating. Excellent!!

The host provided everything to make us feel right at home. The home was clean, well equipped and ready for our arrival. The outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. We were in town for a funeral so did not use the game room, but that would be a nice touch for a family trip. Highly recommend and would stay again.

This home could serve as a model home. Very well decorated and furnished. Fully equipped with every appliance and utensil anyone would need. The bed was very comfortable, and bathrooms were excellent.Sammy, our schnauzer, really enjoyed the large back yard. This property was exactly as advertised!!

Sunrise had everything we needed-from snacks, extra roll-away beds, game room, fire pit (s'mores!), board games, to grill tools, etc. Too much to list. Host was very quick to reapond our request for an extra day, the place was perfect!
