Wasn’t informed they were under construction at check in. Then was put in a room adjacent to a dumpster used for discarded roofing material. Massive construction noise started early in the morning when all I wanted was a good nights rest in my travels. I should have been put in a room away from the construction, as the hotel wasn’t full. I think since I booked threw a 3rd party (Hotels.com) they didn’t place me in a decent spot. been put

The hotel was nice. The first room we got smelled terrible and there was a what-used-to-be white towel on the floor collecting water from a damaged AC unit. It sucks because I was with 3 little ones and we were given rooms all the way at the end of the hall so now we had to drag our bags back to the elevator and downstairs. The gentleman at reception was completely unaware, bad on them for not communicating. Then he gave us a room on the floor above still all the way in the back but at least this one was clean. We used the gym and it was GREAT.

There was a malfunctioning elevator that required signs being posted on every floor, instead of just turning the elevator off. There were also people loitering outside the establishment, harassing guest for money!!! This place needs at least night time Security.

Upon check in the man at front desk was SO welcoming. Every employee i encountered was so nice. They have a bar in the lobby and only thing i can say is i wish it was a full bar instead of just beer and wine.

Toya! Terrific. Kim and breakfast crew very nice and warm. Got stuck on the elevator. Toya.. was the voice of Heaven. Grateful she heard me and helped to get me , eventually four others out of the elevator.

Front desk clerk very welcoming. Bed comfortable. Pillows nit so much. Too soft. Pool was too cold to swim. No lounge chairs out. Breakfast was ok. Free for 2 people, 11 bucks for one whats wrong with that picture. I always tip the person in charge at breakfast no matter where i stay.

Was ok my last night there my room key would not work due to the receiver on the door malfunctioning. I reported to the front desk, claimed they would get someone to look at they never came so me and fiance couldn't leave the room together because she had to stay in the room so she could open the door for me. Staff was friendly i do wish the lady at the front desk would have offered me a new room or had maintenance come fix the issue. Was a big inconvenience.

We got there early so granddaughter could swim. The pool was cloudy and full of bugs. I cleaned what I could off the top for 15 minutes but couldn’t get the bottom before I gave up. Had a few distorted channels that she wanted to watch on tv.

Property was squeeky clean. All the staff I encountered were polite and friendly. My room was also spotlessly clean. The only complaint I have is the glass for the shower door has a.hap between the door and frame which allows water to leal on the bathroom floor. This did not cause any inconvenience so I'm not taking amy points off my score due to it.Would definitely stay again.

Every service in my room was covered with a light film of white dust, as if something had been sanded. I arrived, noticed it in the bathroom, wiped it off and went out for the evening. When I returned is when Zi noticed the light sconces, nightstand, desk, shelves were also covered with this dust.

The bathroom had pubic hair on the toilet. Not one, but several. The shower had absolutely not water pressure and the room smelt of mildew. Im glad I travel with Lysol and Clorox wipes because it was almost 11 PM when I checked in and was too tired to go downstairs to get a new room.

There was a mildew smell in the hallway but other than that the staff was amazing. Maria from check-in made the process smooth and easy. The breakfast was delicious however there were a few gnats flying around the dining area so it was kinda hard to enjoy without fanning them away every 5 minutes.

Stay was ok I guess. Front desk staff was great Kitchen staff(only one employee) was rude as heck. Property pretty noisy for it to be this type of hotel. Had roaches in the room and I video it and Showed it to asst. Manager I told her I wasn't pay for that night. The GM only refunded me half the money for one night. Totally unacceptable

Hotel room doors slammed shut with a loud bang. The door closers were set at maximum force and hotel guests across from our room was in and out all night allowing their door to slam shut. I spoke with management and they said they were aware of the issue but couldn’t do anything about it. SMH

While the room was nice & the bathroom was updated, the walls were paper thin. You could hear every conversation in the hallway from my room (218) on the 2nd floor. We could also hear the people in the room above us. The floor creaked with each step. We could hear each footstep. Worst of all, as we could actually hear the person using the restroom above us while we tried to sleep. The lack of soundproofing was ridiculous. While the reception area downstairs was lovely, we will never stay in this hotel again.

This was a great hotel. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite nice & clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was again very friendly. Climate control was not loud, nice shower with pump toiletries included. There is even pump hand soap and hooks in the bathroom! Only downside was the bathroom door is like a sliding barn door that doesn’t close all the way with a “portal” window - doesn’t provide much privacy. I absolutely would stay here again.

This hotel completely shocked me. From the time we arrived to check in until we checked out it was great. Mr. Jimmie in the front desk was amazing! Very accommodating! The room was a big room bigger than I expected. The room was very clean and tidy and kept up. Like really clean. No stains or anything. Breakfast was great. The grounds of the hotel was kept up. I have zero complaints.

Spacious twin queen room. Spotless, quiet. Staff very friendly and continental breakfast sufficient for us and only 7 dollars. A bit distant from Jacksonville centre but otherwise convenient location.

We checked in at 11pm, the front desk was new and it took nearly two hours to check us in, and we didn't check in until 1am. We booked a king-size double bed, and the hotel gave us a double bed room. When we went to the front desk to negotiate, the front desk said that they didn't have the room we booked, and only had a double room with two beds left, which seriously affected our mood for the date. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Comfortable hotel for one or two nights while traveling. Unsafe parking area when you arrive late at night. One male approached us asking for money to tow his car from a Motel 6 nearby, according to him. This Sheraton is located in a dilapidated area. Although great highway access, the area is sketch at night. Loud music from the ball room ensured I didn’t get any rest. The buffet breakfast was average with no vegan options. Hotel smelled like post hurricane trams in my room and halls. The price doesn’t match the experience. Staff was amazing!

Nice new hotel. Big TV and a fridge in the room. Didn't appreciate that we had to pay $7 for my 9yr old kid to have breakfast, only my wife and I got a free voucher. Hotel is located behind a 24/7 Waffle House which can be a bit rowdy at night but otherwise a great location with lots of food options and close to highway.

Staff was great, always greated you saying hi welcome back Everytime you returned.The hotel was clean inside and out,there was always a lady every morning walking around picking up trash.The rooms were clean and it was quite.The only thing was the smell of marijuana (which is common in every hotel I have stayed in in FL)coming from one room and the ice machine was not working on either floor.I would definitely stay again,was clean and the price was great.The staff was kind and helpful.
