Access to the room was way upstairs. The elevator doesn’t go to their 4th floor -looked like the cleaning storage area… We only had contact with receptionists. My car was opened and the property that I had inside was stolen while parked in the property’s parking overnight. The subway is near and it seems not to be uncommon for thieves to be in the area. The property have security cameras and they were able to see the thief on the video. I ended up spending my day at the police station.

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. Right in the centre of the city on the edge of the lake. Perfect location for easy access to everything . The room was clean and tidy as was the whole hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area, although small, was a beautiful spot to relax and swim. We did not eat at the hotel as we felt it was very expensive, but we knew this would be the case in the area. There were plenty of local restaurants to chose from. We loved our stay.

This was an amazing hotel in a beautiful location. We were here for a couple of days at the start of a longer European journey. This was the first stop after getting off a morning flight to Geneva. After we arrived by train from the airport, we arrived at the hotel early, so they took our bags and gave us some ideas on what to do that day. Our top things were the vineyard hike and the castle in Montreax. We received our complimentary pass and off for the day. When we returned later that evening, we received our keys and headed to the room. And wow!!! We had a lovely room with a balcony and an amazing view of Lac Lemon with mountains in the background. This was everything my girlfriend wanted for the experience. The slippers and robe were a great touch as well as the mini-bar being free with some orange juice, soda, water and Heineken. There is a nice outdoor pool and my girlfriend lover the sauna. The restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed a 3 hour dinner in style. G Great location, great hotel, and will stay there again next time we're in Lausanne

This hotel is in the heart of it all in Lausanne, right on the lake, close to the Olympic Museum. So what comes with the territory is it feels cramped and noisy. With the public transportation being as good as it is in Lausanne, I would prefer the next time staying farther away from the hustle and bustle. Parking at this hotel is a pain --- even if you purchase parking, the number of spots is limited.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, however the design of the shower is terrible. It is impossible to take a shower without water getting everywhere in the entire bathroom. No curtain, one quasi glass panel that did next to nothing to stop the slash of water exiting the shower. That is literally the only complaint we have, otherwise it is a lovely place. The staff was wonderful, our massages were great. And we love the area.

Lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Geneva. Upgrade to a suite made for a perfect birthday celebration. Helpful staff. I used the gym in the next door hotel. Several restaurants nearby if you want eat out. Across the road from the metro which runs directly to the Lausanne station

The location is great, the chateau is beautiful but we had the bad luck to be sent upstairs (no elevator after the 3rd floor!) to a small room. Not sure those are the rooms as signed to Expedia members…

We had a very pleasant stay at Château d'Ouchy. Our room was beautiful with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Conveniently located close to train station and boat transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Food at the restaurant was amazing and drinks at the bar were delicious. Nice atmosphere, design and architecture! We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Um hotel bem no coração de Ouchy, com um jardim lindo, piscina deliciosa, toalhas a disposição, mesas no jardim para um lanche rápido. O quarto muito confortável, clarinho. Chegamos e o ar condicionado já estava ligado. As bebidas do frigobar estavam incluídas e eram renovadas diariamente (sucos, águas, cervejas...). Minha única ressalva é para o banheiro muito escuro. O resto foi perfeito. Até máquina de café espresso tinha no quarto e várias opções de chás! Ferro de passar roupas também.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. All of the staff spoke both French and English, they anticipated our needs and were patient and polite. Our room was over the top! It was a suite at the top of the old castle tower with views of the harbor, city and lake.

The property is lovely, however the upgraded room was not. It was small, crowded and poorly lighted. Only 2 small led lights in bath, one over tub and one over sink. Putting on makeup was almost impossible.Shower was in tub with very high sides. Husband 6’2” and had a hard time getting out of tub. Duvet was folded very weirdly and bed was hard and uncomfortable. We were charged extra 50 CHF in order to check in early, not worth 1 CHF.

列車遅延の関係でチェックインの時間が21時過ぎになってしまったのだが、受付にスタッフがおらずベルもない。近くのバーにいたスタッフに聞くも助けてくれなかったので仕方なく自分でホテルに電話をかけスタッフに来てもらった。長旅で疲れていたのに。こんなホテル初めて。ロケーションはレマン湖のすぐ目の前にあり部屋からの眺めは最高。交通機関の無料パスを頂けたのは大変ありがたかった。部屋も必要な設備は清潔な状態で揃っておりミニバーも無料で使い放題だったので良かった。朝食はレマン湖の見えるレストランでいい空間。ただレストランは地上階ではなく高層階にあればもっと良かったのではと思った。スタッフにオムレツを頼んだが結局持ってきてくれなかった。紅茶もセルフサービス。このあたりのサービスは一流ホテルとはとても言えない。

Great historic property that is very modern on the inside with apparent recent renovation. Large room and bathroom for Europe. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all needs and made great sightseeing and dining arrangements / recommendations. Well worth the stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.
