I emailed twice to ask about security in the parking area and was ignored. Also was hoping to eat in the restaurant but it was closed on weekends so had to trek out in the rain. As it was, the fully packed car was right outside our ground floor window so was fine. Check in girl was cheerful and helpful Checked out with a rather bored looking young man.

Personnel à l'accueil et en salle de restaurant charmant, mais le restaurant ce n'est pas de la cuisine mais de l'assemblage.. frites pas assez cuites, tarte aux pommes decongelée qui baigne dans la crème anglaise Chambre tres mal insonorisé, on entend les gebs chuchoter dans le couloir. Serviettes pas assez épaisses et pas tres agréable au toucher. Piètre

The number on the night entry door is for someone in Paris. I was not given the code which opens the door and spent 40 minutes trying to get in. Eventually I was given a number to call when the man I was speaking to realised I was in Poitiers. I must add that the shower was broken. It worked but there was nowhere to hang it up.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Baguettes ausgezeichnet. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Hotel. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Second stay here where the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast (additional charge) is filling and one can get beer (limited choice). It's well placed and easy to find. We will be staying again.

Très mauvaise isolation phonique, on entend parfaitement les gens parler sur le parking ou les véhicules roulant sur le boulevard juste à côté. Nettoyage de la chambre laissant à désirer, toiles d'araignée dans les angles + en bonus une araignée dans le lit. Serviettes de toilettes propres mais tachées, il faut les renouveler au bout d'un certain temps.

The staff at the property were nice and friendly, which made check-in a pleasant experience. However, the room itself was a major letdown. The bed was full of hair, which was extremely off-putting and suggested the sheets hadn’t been properly changed. The bathroom wasn’t much better: there was visible mould around the shower, making it feel unhygienic and neglected. Overall, despite the warm welcome from the staff, the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene made for a very uncomfortable stay. It was so bad, we decided not to stay.

We knew we would be arriving late so just wanted somewere reasonably priced, clean & to put our head down. Our room was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift (we had lots of luggage). Receptionist offered us a room on the ground floor which we accepted as was 9.30pm and we were both tired. Upon arrival to the room... it could only be described as Drab dark small and smelt off mould. Curtains not hung properly.The kettle was full of mount which stank. We asked for a different kettle in which the recptionist kindly got for us along with an extra pillow. We ended up sleeping with a sheet over us as the duvet was non existent. We both couldnt wait to leave the next morning. We ended up with bed bug bites. Poor drainage from shower. Our whole floor was soaking. It's a far cry from 3 stars. I'd say it's motel standard. At £60 it was over priced!!! Wont be back. Wouldnt recommend.

Chambre plutôt bruyante mais pour le prix de la nuit cela peut se comprendre. Par contre impossible de prendre un petit déjeuner le matin. Toutes les tables étaient sales, avec les plateaux des autres voyageurs de l’hôtel, buffet dévalisé, pas de vaisselle à disposition, plus de viennoiseries. Lorsque nous demandons des explications, le réceptionniste était seul et complément dépassé par les événements. Il était incapable de nous dire si nous pourrions déjeuner à l’hôtel ce matin la. Très déçu de rencontrer ce genre de situation. Je ne recommanderai jamais cet hôtel !

séjour court mal débuté avec un accueil TRES tardif pour des raisons personnelles liées a la gérance . attente 2 heures dans le froid et la pluie , meme si " l'heure d'enregistrement du week end est a 17.00 heures ". enregistrement a 17.00 heures pile. pour l'anecdote , 3 couples d'étrangers sont repartis déçus qualité literie ok. accès a l'hotel compliqué pour les personnes qui ne sont pas habitués

This hotel is very convenient for a night on the road. It is very tired though and needs some money spending on it. It was very clean. The staff were lovely especially Contin ( I hope I gave spelt his name correctly) on reception. We were in a room with noisy neighbours and he did not hesitate to offer us another room. Had a good nights sleep.

Merci beaucoup Alexandra pour vous avoir adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée très tardive. Ne connaissant pas la région, vous nous avez contactés régulièrement pour nous rassurer et resté une heure de plus pour nous accueillir. Grâce à vous, j'ai pu mieux gérer le stress surtout en voyageant avec trois enfants. J'espère que votre Patron prendra en compte ce sacrifice que vous avez faite pour nous. Merci de nous avoir traité comme des êtres humains, merci pour votre empathie. Un merci aussi pour Marie-Lou, le petit déjeuner était excellent et merci pour vos précieux conseils concernant la visite du parc futuroscope. I found the staff very helpful and very polite and friendly, especially the Manageress and staff front of house. I would also like to mention that Maria Alexandra was very kind and nothing was too much for her to do anything to make our stay comfortable. The choice of breakfast was amazing such a wide range of tastes for everyone.

Très bien accueillis. Il faisait très chaud, le jour de notre arrivée, notre chambre était réservée, nous avons demandé une chambre non exposée au soleil, à la réception, on nous en a proposé une "plus fraîche " sans problème. Bien conseillés aussi pour le restaurant à proximité.

Prima hotel, bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst. Vooral als je een auto hebt. Met het openbaar vervoer (bus) is het wel te doen maar dan is een hotel bij het station handiger

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit d'étape vers poitiers, proche de l'A10. J'ai enlevé une étoile pour la literie qui doit être remplacée. Il y a un centre commercial a proximité avec des restaurants (attention il ferment tous à 22h)

Goede ontvangst, aardige staff. Hotel ligt in commerciële zone. Hotel is wat gedateerd. Binnen hoor je geen herrie van buiten. Kamer en badkamer aan de krappe kant. Prijs in ogenschouw genomen, dan wel waar voor je geld. Redelijk goed verblijf voor als je op doorreis bent.

Right, firstly I used this as a stop off heading to Spain from the UK. I was a solo traveller with a dog. I arrived ams tje receptionist was brilliant. My GCSE French failed me and she spoke perfect English with a smile. The dog was welcomed with open arms. The view is nothing to write home about but the bed is comfy and the staff are really lovely. For fifty euros you can’t argue.

I emailed twice to ask about security in the parking area and was ignored. Also was hoping to eat in the restaurant but it was closed on weekends so had to trek out in the rain. As it was, the fully packed car was right outside our ground floor window so was fine. Check in girl was cheerful and helpful Checked out with a rather bored looking young man.

Chambre plutôt bruyante mais pour le prix de la nuit cela peut se comprendre. Par contre impossible de prendre un petit déjeuner le matin. Toutes les tables étaient sales, avec les plateaux des autres voyageurs de l’hôtel, buffet dévalisé, pas de vaisselle à disposition, plus de viennoiseries. Lorsque nous demandons des explications, le réceptionniste était seul et complément dépassé par les événements. Il était incapable de nous dire si nous pourrions déjeuner à l’hôtel ce matin la. Très déçu de rencontrer ce genre de situation. Je ne recommanderai jamais cet hôtel !

Chambre correcte, petit déjeuner correcte, par contre la vaisselle n était pas propre et en bon état. Le + c est la réceptionniste qui était très professionnelle et a l écoute. Dans l ensemble cet hôtel ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles affichées

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Baguettes ausgezeichnet. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Hotel. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Well located for a stop off. Head over the main road opposite for a cool and trendy craft beer Keller then a pizza on parade of shops. Room basic but only slept in it, lots of hot water a good buffet breakfast before we were out at 8:30. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel is very convenient for a night on the road. It is very tired though and needs some money spending on it. It was very clean. The staff were lovely especially Contin ( I hope I gave spelt his name correctly) on reception. We were in a room with noisy neighbours and he did not hesitate to offer us another room. Had a good nights sleep.
