I stayed here for my daughter USM orientation. The room was perfect. Clean, organized and stocked with essentials. The desk attendants were very welcoming and kind. The pool is great. The breakfast offered hot and cold food. The women working the breakfast area were very sweet and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in. Even when we opened up the sofa bed, there wasn’t dust or crumbs hiding in it. We also enjoyed a swim in the pool. Our family will gladly come and stay here again!

The Staff was excellent! It did not matter who or where we encountered them they were all friendly, polite and said hello, good morning, afternoon and evening, etc. There was however a light pole down in the back parking lot that needs to be replaced or repaired as that parking lot was dark when returning in the evening. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with my son, grandchildren, and 2 dogs. It had a nice kitchenette and was clean. Area around the property provided a place to walk the dogs. Overall, a good stay. I would recommend this place.

Property needs to be refirbished. Many places show wear and need for repair. Best thing was the breakfast. Fantastic! The man that was there out front, keeping everything in order and clean was the highlight of the stay. He was great. the lady that did the cooking was also great. She would come out and check everyone also.

Our stay was excellent! Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom which I usually have issues with at hotels was spotless!! No mold or mildew in the shower!!! This was wonderful! Ebony who checked us in was friendly and professional, made us feel welcomed.

It was a great room until we saw a roach crawling on the wall . And one of the bed sheets was not clean other than that the front desk staff was amazing and the breakfast was good . It was a hard no on the bugs for me and it was hard to sleep after seeing that

Put us next to the mechanical room which vibrated the entire headboard and bed.Most of the night and could not sleep. i called the front desk and they said okay. Thank you, and that was it? the sheets for the pull out bed were ripped and there were candy wrappers all under the couch.The shower heads were dirty. the dream in the bathroom sink would not drain. It took 10 minutes for it to drain.. there was no coffee in the lobby at 5 o'clock in the morning..

We really enjoyed our stay!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I have ever stayed in. Nice property. Comfort bed and quiet area. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only drawback was a dirty kitchen floor and evidence of a prior dog ‘accident’.

Everything was very nice. We stayed here on our way to our destination and again on our way home. Some small fixable issues: the kitchen sink was clogged on our return visit. We had the handicap accessible room and the shower was drippy and could have used a deeper clean and maybe re caulking. But we had the suite so a second bathroom was available. Some fixtures were worn down but it didn't bother us so much. The breakfast staff is friendly and amazing. I felt so welcome. Special shoutout to them. I wish I got the lady's name.

When we checked in we were told the wheelchair accessible room we booked was unavailable and we had to settle with a non-accessible room. We had to remove most of the furniture so the electric wheelchair could get into the room. Then we had to move one of the beds so the wheel chair could get to the bathroom. The worst part of all this was we were told it was our fault for booking with Expedia and that the room we got was accessible. To me this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This was supposed to be my mothers final trip before her cancer takes her and this place really put a damper on everything.

The front desk was rude to my family. We had 3 rooms and checked in with 5 kids after traveling all day. We were there about 10 minutes when they started calling with noise complaints. Listen …. I know my grandkids are loud. But we were still getting settled in our rooms and they were excited to see cousins. Apparently a lady below was trying to sleep at 5:00 pm. I think they could have given us some grace since we just arrived. The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast staff was very good. But we won’t go back.

Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk to check in. Appears they are under staffed. Had to go to front desk to get a tv control that worked. Bath room was in need of work. Shower rod pulling away from wall and tub spout pulled away from wall and loose.

The front desk charged me $380 dollars for the room and incidentals after i already paid online on hotels.com. i went to the front desk to let them know i was double charged and they said they'd get it taken care of and i still never received my refund. Also, room 106 door lock needs to be fixed, takes 2 minutes to wiggle the handle around to get it to open.

Spent one night with our dogs during Hurricane Helene. We enjoyed the spacious room layout. We felt safe and room was quiet. The king bed and linens were very comfortable. Rooms can use alittle updating but overall it was a good stay. Can't comment on included breakfast which we did not sample.

Nice clean property. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. The only thing I felt needed upgrading was the continental breakfast. There were few options and the food was ok. There wasn’t really a vegetarian option except cereal.

The room was fabulous. The breakfast was the best that we have had on a two week journey with hotels every night. the price was less than half the price of a far less quality hotel the night before. In two weeks of travel, this hotel was hands down the best.
