Staff was fantastic, clean rooms and very centrally located. We had a car and free easy parking on the street nearby. Only recommendation I would like to add that the spa and masseuses would have later hours of opeartion. Last appointment was at 7pm. Would stay again. Beautiful hotel.

Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance.

Great stay in a lovely hotel. Clean, very helpful staff. Superb buffet breakfast, tea and cake time and cocktail hour. Good value and a super spa with sauna, steam, pool and cold and hot shower system.

The hotels location is on a side street within walkkng distance from many nice piazzas and restaurants, so that was ok. But, we booked the hotel specifically because they offer parking. That is not entirely true. They have a valet service where they can take your car to a parking lot for the day, but at 8pm you have to pick it up from the lot 1km away and then youre on your own. Parking in Palermo is not simple or safe, so this makes the amenity useless. At breakfast, on a lovely rooftop terrace, we got to enjoy american guests throwing food to the roof below for cats. Disgusting. But apparently ok behavior according to the hotel staff. The bed is rock hard and the pillows are, well, they are not. In general, we were disappointed with the hotel, and especially recommend thorough research of you decide to drive a car to Sicily.

Wonderful hotel close to the historical district. The Spa is a MUST!!! Breakfast was incredible. Gianlucca was a helpful concierge. The local restaurants are fair priced and the limoncello spritz are delightfully refreshing!

Hotel was nice and clean. Good location for city and easily walkable to everything. Bed was hard as a rock. Like sleep on stone, room was also extremely hot so it was hard to sleep. No coffee options in the room which is a bit disappointing. Gym was OK. It was functional but only two machines and treadmill. Breakfast was tasty and many options. Customer service was lacking though throughout the hotel, from the front desk to the staff around. Just didn’t seem so welcomed and felt like they were annoyed to do their job. The one women in the breakfast area was the sweetest but besides that I would say the customer service could be better.

Nice clean hotel close to main centre with lots of restaurants within 5 minute walk. In a quieter part of town so no traffic or nightlife noise. Rooms were in good condition and comfortable bed. Great breakfast options and staff spoke good English and were very helpful. There is no kettle but plenty of coffee shops close by. Would happily stay there again.

Located near to the port & only a short walk to the Via Vittorio Emanuele to start the daily sightseeing through the historic city of Palermo. Nice choice of breakfast each morning & wonderful view from the roof balcony where the breakfast will be served. Double bed rooms by typical italian style & give a plenty of space for two people. Bathroom as well... Clean up every day - great. Grazie mille....

Trevligt hotell i gamla delen av Palermo. Underbar frukostmatsal med utsikt över takåsarna och bergen i bakgrunden. Trevlig personal och rent och fräscht. Nära till centrum av gamla staden men också till hamnen och strandpromenaden.

Properly my worst booking ever! This Hotel is small, lovely with nice rooms, which are clean and needle, so fare so good and the. It’s ends, sadly. It’s position on a second road til the harbour front, NO sea view at all. It has a very noise road just outside belows the rooms, cars, motorbikes, scooters run by your rooms all even until 03.00 am! And streetcleaning and the renovation teams do have their run around 04.00 AM - it’s totally impossible to get a nights sleep unless you sleep as if you are dead! Further to this our television would not turn off, called the reception at 10.00 pm asking for help which not could be provided as he was alone on duty.. or yes in 1 hour at 11 pm maybe… Solution we unplugged the powersupply by our selfies. This hotel is overpriced hugely and will not ever by visited again, ever.

We stayed here in May 2025 and had a great time. The room was big and well equipped, but the best part was breakfast on the picturesque terrace (and happy hour there too!). The hotel is also in a good location, roughly a 10 minute walk from the historic centre ( which is good as the centre can get quite crowded!).

Overall the stay was good. The hotel itself is beautiful and room was beautiful and spacious. We liked that breakfast was available each morning and was delicious. I reserved spa services as well as a massage during our stay and it was so relaxing. A few things that could have been better during our stay: The pillows were very flat, but the brochure in the room states you can order more pillows as needed, which we did. The bed isn't very soft, but it was a great size. The room had AC, but it can be controlled by the front desk. When we first arrived, we couldn't control the thermostat and had to call the desk to turn it on. We also realized that nearly every time we left the property, they would turn the AC off and restrict our access to it upon arrival each time. We had to call the front desk on multiple occasions to turn it back on. Not listing this as a complaint, as the AC worked great when it was on, just letting other visitors know how it may work when arriving. We also found the street outside our patio to be a bit noisy early in the mornings, but not so bad that it disturbed our sleep. The hotel was in a great location for shopping and dining, easily doable for walking. It's also located close to the coast, so it was nice to take a stroll and see the ocean. I would recommend staying here, just be sure to reach the brochure in your room for details about your stay.

Staff was fantastic, clean rooms and very centrally located. We had a car and free easy parking on the street nearby. Only recommendation I would like to add that the spa and masseuses would have later hours of opeartion. Last appointment was at 7pm. Would stay again. Beautiful hotel.

This was a great property. Incredible customer service at every single point of contact. Good location on a secondary street (there was still some street noise but that’s to be expected). The breakfast was fantastic - so many delicious house made items and there was variety from day to day. I wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else for our next visit to Palermo.

Nice clean hotel close to main centre with lots of restaurants within 5 minute walk. In a quieter part of town so no traffic or nightlife noise. Rooms were in good condition and comfortable bed. Great breakfast options and staff spoke good English and were very helpful. There is no kettle but plenty of coffee shops close by. Would happily stay there again.

L'albergo è fantastico, anche il personale della sala colazione. Per quanto riguarda la reception, la signora Marianna e Noemi molto gentili e competenti mentre un signore non ci ha fornito le informazioni corrette facendoci rischiare anche delle multe salate. Trovo questo comportamento poco professionale e ne sono dispiaciuta perché ne risente l'immagine dell'hotel.

Wonderful hotel close to the historical district. The Spa is a MUST!!! Breakfast was incredible. Gianlucca was a helpful concierge. The local restaurants are fair priced and the limoncello spritz are delightfully refreshing!

Shower was clogged, flooded the bathroom and room. Called front desk for assistance for flooding twice and front desk said no staff available at night, must fix next day. It Took two days to fix. Managment never offered to change room. Key card was defective, every day had to get it replaced. Electronic lock was non responsive so Management had to give me turn key three times. Room comes with towel heater, but feature in room 104 never works. Maintenance looked at it three times and never could fix it. Towel Heater never worked! Room is heated by ventilation system. You control the room temperature, but when turned on the vent makes loud noise. Hard to sleep when heater or AC is turned on. It is too loud. Problem with AC system. Spa cost extra to enter, services cost extra. Even during off season I could not get a reservation (and it was my birthday).

Hotel was nice and clean. Good location for city and easily walkable to everything. Bed was hard as a rock. Like sleep on stone, room was also extremely hot so it was hard to sleep. No coffee options in the room which is a bit disappointing. Gym was OK. It was functional but only two machines and treadmill. Breakfast was tasty and many options. Customer service was lacking though throughout the hotel, from the front desk to the staff around. Just didn’t seem so welcomed and felt like they were annoyed to do their job. The one women in the breakfast area was the sweetest but besides that I would say the customer service could be better.

Let me preface this by saying I contacted the hotel with my complaints before posting this review but haven't heard back from them. Unfortunately, I felt uncomfortable staying here. More than once, the staff knocked on my door and even entered the room while I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The first time it happened, I thought it was an honest mistake. But then it happened again, and my blood ran cold when the staff entered the room while I was in bed trying to nap. I was on vacation and trying to adjust to the 9 hour time difference. I've never experienced this before when the "do not disturb" sign is completely ignored, several days and more than one time in one day. It made me feel like I couldn't relax because someone might knock or enter the room at any moment. One day I came back to the room after going out for breakfast and noticed the closet door opened (I kept it closed) and some sandals were missing. At least it wasn't my passport but yikes. I didn't sleep well at all while I was here.

Located near to the port & only a short walk to the Via Vittorio Emanuele to start the daily sightseeing through the historic city of Palermo. Nice choice of breakfast each morning & wonderful view from the roof balcony where the breakfast will be served. Double bed rooms by typical italian style & give a plenty of space for two people. Bathroom as well... Clean up every day - great. Grazie mille....

I love this hotel so much I keep coming back. Located in a quiet area near the ocean, this newly rebuilt hotel is clean with a classy modern sophisticated look. The rooms are spacious, some come with swinging doors leading to a balcony. The restaurant serves a tasty breakfast and filling dinner in the evening with excellent professional service. The neighborhood is quiet at night and for the most part, safe. Only a 15 minute walk to the train/bus station and about a 10 minute walk to the center of town.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum. Die Hauptstraße ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotel und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber gewesen, das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen!
