This hotel was excellent. First, the location is in matched. It’s super central, located just a block and a half from the Sea Point pabilo on and half a block away from Mojo Market, a bus foodhall. A good coffee shop just around the corner with may others nearby. And just a short Uber ride away from most points of interest. The room itself was super comfortable and the AC was cold. The stand was very nice, attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. There was construction around the area (like everywhere in Sea Point) but it was not bothersome since the property walls are thick.

The Propert was very clean. Its actually a flat let. It has a small kitchen with fridge, a table, sofa separate to the bedroom. The only thing I want to call out is it’s very snug especially the shower. The shelf in the shower is to high for short people and no sufficient hooks to hang face clothes or towels. The bath towel is average. For a bigger person (size 12 and up), this be be annoying. Other than that. It was nice and quiet. Mojo Market was on the door step for food and drinks. We didn’t have any issues with the noise levels. Please note Sea point has some homeless people around. They didn’t bother us but just be mindful.

I was really happy with this hotel. It was in a very central part of the Sea Point neighborhood of Cape Town. The hotel room was very nice. The sinks were a little bit slow to drain, but other than that I have no complaints. Parking was easy and secure behind a gate. I would definitely recommend this place to people who want to visit the area, but have never been. Just a note that this hotel is near a elementary school and is therefore noisy in the mornings.
