Front desk staff where amazing and very helpful. The rooms where fresh and clean.

No hot water for shower. Had to shower in ice cold water. Told we’re working on it, maintenance doesn’t come in until 9:30. Unacceptable and no compensation or apology.

The rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable, staff were very friendly- especially Terry and the breakfast was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

I booked here for the pool. It was closed for repairs of course. No way to get out of it because i didn't book through the hotel. Then the room had a miserable sound the whole time. Just a sad stay compared to what i was expecting. Good coffee station though.
