Very clean, spacious and functional room. Comfortable bed. Pool was not very clean and hot tub was not warm. Breakfast was good. Overall a good property, would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and had nice, updated rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and our room was the perfect temperature. Lots of TV channels for my kids to choose from, which they enjoyed. The pool and hot tub were nice, although the pool water was a little bit cloudy. We also enjoyed the breakfast, and it was nice that there were hot items to choose from as well. The first day the breakfast was busy, and it would have been nice to have a few more items replenished (milk, eggs), however the second day was not busy at all and there was lots of everything to choose from. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and would return if we are visiting the Rochester area again!

This hotel was great. The pool and spa were clean and a great addition to our vacation. Our room was clean and spacious. When we asked for extra towels and blankets the staff were very nice! Location was perfect for our trip to seabreeze. Close to good food options and shopping as well.

Pool area is excellent. Breakfast was yummy. Staff was friendly.

The parking lot to the hotel was not plowed or cleaned well enough for parking and customer safety.

Staff was friendly with many facilities (gym, pool, pond, etc). close drive to a few popular stores. Clean and comfortable room.

Pool and hot tub

Everything was very clean and new looking. No mystery stains or anything questionable. Lots of pillows. Comfortable bed. Room temperature was great. Elevators were quick. Breakfast had lots of choices and food was kept at good temperatures and constantly restocked. Every staff member was polite and helpful. Beautiful pond right behind property to take a walk or watch people and birds. Was disappointed that hottub was broken though, because that was the main reason for staying there.

We really liked the outdoor patio space behind the breakfast area- lots of nice table and chairs in eating area to gather with others- we also appreciated that there was a laundry room. The pool and hot tub were great and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Very quiet rooms and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our 1week stay very much

Last minute stay! I tried to book directly from Holiday Inn but they cost almost $100 more than Expedia!!! The room was very clean and large! The elevators and hallways were not clean! Lots of dirt and mud in elevators and trash outside of rooms. Will stay again because it was clean and quiet

Had to change rooms due to no one able to change them after son found hair on his pillows and bed. TV went out. Pool out for maintenance repair.

The pool was one of the most disgusting filthy hotel pools I've ever been in. The chlorine was intolerable and irrated both my 4 year old and 2 year Olds eyes and skin. There was green filthy slime all over the walls and floor of pool and multiple "thibgs" floating in the murky water...and the hot tyb was just as bad. I want some money back, I paid a lot of money at this hotel because of the pool alone for my children and we only let them be in it for 20 mins tops! I'm applauded that u think that is satisfactory for guests (esp children) to swim in.

Very clean

Booked in June 2024 for an April 2025 stay. Upon arrival, 230pm, room was not ready or even selected for me yet. Others were checking in, but I was unable to. Didn't know until about 4pm when I called to follow up to see if I had a room was I informed I was all set. Was concerned I'd be walked. Once I was in the room, everything was fine. Desk chair was very squeaky when leaning back. On final morning when cleaning up and packing up, found a sock under mattress that was not mine. Breakfast did the job. Front desk didn't have any travel toothpaste, but offered a mouthwash instead. The EV chargers in back were great.

My room was very clean and bedding/pillows quite comfortable.

The customer service practices were great. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we ever had!! The pool experience was fun. However, this hotel had a stench (foul smell) as soon as you step foot inside and cleanliness measures were not met with the Holiday Inn standard.

Everything was great except for the bathroom no ventilation and the lights were on switch so both had to be on and we had no water pressure in the shower unless you took a cold one

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and large and the beds were so comfortable.

I had a king suite. Honestly did not hear any noise during my 4-night stay. No toilets flushing or loud guests or traffic noise, even though it’s off a main highway. The QUIETEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Crazy! And super clean. I highly recommend.

Check in was ok. Room 414. It was clean. We were out during the day. Came back went for a swim. That night there was a sound coming from the ceiling that was vibrating down into the headboard. Our child nor us could not fall asleep. Went and told downstairs at 11:30. After I gave them the rm # they said right away that they can't do anything but told me to come down in the morning. Went down in the morning. After front desk spoke to the manager, she said we could get a room but it wouldn't be until after 3 pm. Gave them my # and said we would be at the museum for the day after we got ready. At 2pm we received a voicemail saying that we have a room on the 2nd floor. Perfect. Got back to the hotel around 4. Was told that they couldn't move us because we weren't there. I said that we were told there was a room. They got their manger who was extremely rude. I have never been talked to like that so I left to get our things while my husband talked to the her who just kept arguing and not listening. She was very confrontational. He said forget it and that we were leaving as they were "sold out". Got up stairs to get our things and got a call not even 5 mins later that there was a room available because of a "cancellation". They said that there was a well known issue with rm 414 and that they're training staff to put people in there that are hard of hearing until they can fix it. It shouldn't have been this hard to switch rooms because of a known issue. We will never stay here again.

Room is too small and serves is so poor for cleaning.

First our room keys didn’t work. Then the TV didn’t work and when we tried to call the front desk we discovered that the phone was broke. It was one thing after another. Definitely won’t stay here again.

Room next door was too noisy

Everything was fantastic, except the pull out couch bed. It was extremely uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was rude and did not try to assist us when we were placed in a room with a television that did not work. We had to ask several times for the manager and were first told he could not help. However, when the manager did come, he was very accommodating.

The room I reserved was given away. That wasn’t the worst part. The new room I was given appeared to have been recently used. Trash on the floor and in the bins. The bed looked as if someone was recently in it. It was not a good experience.

Room was not ready for 3 1-2 hours after scheduled check in

It was only an overnight stay but it was absolutely wonderful! Tristan was at the front desk checking us in and he was super friendly and knowledgeable! Very professional and personable!! Room was exactly what we needed for the evening and breakfast the next morning was perfect!

The staff is exemplary! They have ALL been so accommodating, kind, and friendly. The Manager, Alesia(sp?), is wonderful all around! She very clearly has the respect and appreciation of her staff, and is a great influence in leadership.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. Unfortunately, this was the second time we were checked into a room that was not ours. (The first time the room was occupied. This time the room was vacated, but not yet cleaned.) Otherwise, this is a reasonably nice hotel for family visits or business.

Very helpful person at the front desk. I didn't catch her name but she was welcoming and informative. The breakfast was tasty and I really enjoyed the park adjacent to the hotel property.

Best staff ever. My granddaughter left a toy in lobby and they brought it right up to our room.

Everyone at this property was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the maintenance people. The breakfast was great and on time. This was our first experience with a Holiday Inn in years, and we were delighted. We usually stay with Marriott.

This hotel is clean and bright. Room was very well lit with many options for lighting. Very convenient location; close to shopping and variety of restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly.

Easy check in. Clean, quiet room. Close to lots of dining. Town of Webster is adorable. Very close to a park right on Lake Ontario. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was better than I expected.

It was nice, and clean. The bed was comfy, and it was conveniently located. Also there is a nice park right behind the hotel.

Outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to the lake and great parks for hiking and relaxation.

Hotel is in a quiet area with shopping and restaurants only about a 2-3 minute drive away. Hotel itself was very quiet. The free hotel breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had. The staff were great!

Clean comfortable reasonably priced hotel. Quiet overnight, Cookies at the desk, complete breakfast in the morning. Friendly efficient staff Will stay here again.
