From checkin to checkout, every one of the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved our room - nice and large with a huge shower - and very recently renovated. Breakfast was excellent, and we enjoyed one dinner at the hotel restaurant during our three night stay. The pool and spa areas were modern, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent hotel, I strongly recommend staying here.

It’s an amazing hotel and the staff and service is exceptional. Our only somewhat minor complaint is how hot it was during our stay in early August, we had to ask for a second fan. Otherwise it’s a great hotel in a quiet location and quite accessible. The heated pools (both indoor and outdoor) and sauna/steam rooms/spa are lovely. My wife and I both got amazing massages as well.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und wurden rundherum perfekt verwöhnt. Das Team ist von der Leitung bis zu den Auszubildenden absolut zuvorkommend und hat bei uns immer wieder einmal für kleine Wow-Erfahrungen gesorgt - Positives, das wir nicht erwartet hätten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren immer absolut hilfsbereit, freundlich und sind auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche immer sofort eingegangen. Neben dem sehr freundlichen und engagierten Restaurant-Team verdient insbesondere die Küche ein besonderes Lob. Die Menüauswahl, die Qualität der Zutaten, die Kochkunst und die Präsentation der Speisen war hervorragend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Der Wellnessbereich ist für die Größe des Hotels absolut angemessen, gut gepflegt und für unsere Ansprüche mehr als ausreichend. Parkplätze am Hotel sind ausreichend, es gibt zwei Ladestationen für e-Autos, die während unseres Aufenthalts nur wenig genutzt wurden. Wären wir mit dem e-Auto da gewesen, wir hätten immer ausreichend Gelegenheit zum Laden gehabt. Familien sind willkommen (wir und auch andere Gäste waren mit Kindern da), allerdings würde ich nicht mit einer ganzen Rasselbande dort aufschlagen, da kleinere Kids im Wellnesshotel vermutlich den Spielplatz vermissen würden. Sehr positiv: Die Lage! Man kann von hier aus alles Wichtige schnell erreichen und dennoch herrscht nachts absolute Ruhe, weil keine größeren Straßen in der Nähe sind. Wir waren begeistert!

This hotel is a wow. We had a very memorable stay. The pool area and spa make a huge difference for the enjoyment of one’s stay. And Garmich-P. is a very charming town.

Beautiful room with very comfy beds. Everything felt like farmhouse luxury. Parking on site. Buffet had lots of options. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Hotel is very clean and modern .. staff was great.. personable and accommodating Great restaurant onsite Our rooms we’re actually in a separate building Only thing I would suggest is having more lighting on pathway .. would definitely recommend staying here.. you won’t be disappointed

Great location, great views of the mountains. We stayed in the renovated annex building, nice room, but the floors were really worn down already. Cleaning only every other day, was not up to standard especially when travelling with young children. Friendly staff, but didn’t provide much information on the facilities (pool, spa, yoga, sauna etc). They should consider if the hotel want to be for families (some noice to be expected) or a romantic quiet spa hotel for couples.

The hotel was clean and comfy. We enjoyed the sauna. The location was good. We did online check in and it was fast and convenient.

Dinners were excellent! Didn’t realize that they were Michelin rated and Christmas Eve Dinner was magnificent! Front Desk was immensely helpful with directions, recommendations, and assistance with taxis, etc. Could not be more pleased with our stay at Hotel Staudacherhof. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was one of the most pleasant stays I’ve had. The room was gorgeous with amazing views and the service incredible. The breakfast room, pools, garden and entrance are so comfortable and elegant. The hotel is in a neighborhood, just a short walk to the main square and 20 minute walk from train station and Zugspitze. Would highly recommend.

Nettes Personal und authentische bayrische Einrichtung. Leider hat das Basic Doppelzimmer nur ein 1,40 breites Bett, was zumindest auf der Expediaseite nicht ersichtlich ist.

No coffee machines in the room, and kitchen didn’t open until 7:30am - so early risers who like to wake up with coffee are out of luck! Also, there is NO air conditioning in the rooms, windows are great but when the temps hit 90f it was hit. All together the hotel was ok, but I’d look somewhere else next time.

Very nice hotel and nice staff! We needed to check-in at 9 p.m. and they prepared some nice cold dishes so that we could have dinner. The room had an incredible view on the mountains and a balcony to enjoy the view and breathe the air of this enchanted place. The breakfast was well organized, and we had the chance to make our orange juices from fresh oranges. The train to the Zugspitze stops near the hotel. Overall: very recommended!

We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed at the front desk and provided with a clear brief of the property and its amenities. Our room was lovely and well appointed. Breakfast and staff were fantastic and check out was quick. Would love to return and spend more time and enjoy the spa services. A must stay when in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Aufgrund beruflicher Verpflichtungen in Videokonferenz habe ich um eine Checkout Zeit um 12.00h bitten müssen. Dies wurde von der Rezeption abgelehnt. Bei einem Hotel in dieser teuren Preisklasse erwarte ich etwas mehr Flexibilität. War leider mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus.

Persönlicher Service! So würde ich unsere Aufenthalt zusammenfassen. Ja, das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern dekoriert und bietet einen schönen Blick in die Bergen. Wellness und Schwimmbad waren auch ein Highlight. Vor allem hat uns die Detailorientierung beindrückt mit einer persönlichen Nachricht zum Geburts -und Hochzeitstag. Das einzige 'aber' wäre der Standort, etwas aus dem Weg zum Zentrum/Einkauf und zu Restaurants. Das sollte Euch vom Buchen aber nicht abhalten.

We loved our stay here. The staff was so helpful and the restaurant on the property was excellent. We ate there both nights and for breakfast during our stay. It was easy to walk to the square which had dining shopping and even a little entertainment. Highly recommend. Comfy room and beds!
