Excellent for a short stay before departing on a cruise. Room was very clean with a nice comfy bed. Swimming pool was a bonus. Only downside was the noise of planes overhead and limited breakfast choices. Overall though I will stay again when I go on my next cruise out of Brisbane

Convenient to the airport and access to motorways. Also directly opposite Doomben railway station which gave us an easy way to travel into the city. One downside was the lack of parking, insufficient for the number of rooms which were all occupied on the weekend.

Parking was very limited, but plenty of parking along the rod if needed. We literally just repacked our bags, slept and left. Service was great too! Would stay again.

Beware as the Airport shuttle is not running since “Covid” (so done with this poor excuse) and I felt deceived as I did book it with the shuttle in mind. Minibar not included and inflated prices. $4.00 small bottle of water at reception. The pool was dirty, so we didn’t use that. No lifts, no attempt to book our group with side by side rooms. Breakfast starts at seven, so you’ll miss it if you fly out early morning. Location not the greatest as there was construction all around the property.

I think there was a bit of oversight cause they started ripping out the carpet for reno on the room above us at 0730 am and we were still asleep and trying to get as much as we can because we have a long drive ahead. So a bit disappointing, given that we also slept late because our flight arrived midnight.

Room was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. The kids wanted to swim but the pool needs some work, and the kids wouldnt get in because it needed to be cleaned.

We arrived onsite after an international flight back to australia. Check in after hours. The pillow cases were dirty, the room was open and unlocked when we arrived. Very limited parking spaces. There was no soaps or anything in the room for us to wash our hands or to have a shower. There was stains on the bed covers. Spoke with recption in the monring. She didnt really care. Paid $190.00 for 1 night with not even hand soap. Disappointing to say the least!!

Very friendly staff. They helped me with the luggage after the reception closed. How ever the bathroom was nasty. Flies on the wall and the sink was not clean. The bed was good.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room at all, which was a major problem for us as travelers without a cell plan who needed to make bookings for our trip. The air conditioning was equally frustrating—a small, outdated wall-mounted unit that shut off every six minutes. This left the room uncomfortably hot and kept us awake all night as I repeatedly had to turn it back on to get minimal relief. For $200 a night, this is absolutely unacceptable. It was, without a doubt, the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. How this place is rated 8.4/10 is beyond me. To make matters worse, the location is incredibly inconvenient. There’s nothing nearby—just a gas station 15 minutes away by foot for snacks, and we couldn’t find any where near by with public wifi. It seemed like some rooms had proper window AC units, so maybe we were given one of their worst rooms, but the experience was honestly a joke. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone.

Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Was only a double bed. Room was like being in a closet and not big enough for 2 people. Walls are paper thin and you could hear the conversation in the next room. Internet did not work in our room and considering everyone needs internet these days it was inconvenient to have to hot spot my phone. Nothing close around for meals. Do yourself a favour and stay in the city.

Our room was booked for 3 adults for one night. Was a sudden discussion due to Brisbane road closures Our room was very basic, nicely presented & clean. The beds were very disappointing, steel frames that squeaked everytime you moved. They were nothing like the mattress & base beds in the website photos

It was so noisy, people coming and going at all hours and making so much noise. The pillows were the hardest I’ve ever come across and the rooms were so tiny. I thought I paid for a deluxe room so I hate to see what the standard rooms were like. I wanted to be close to the airport but I wouldn’t stay here again

Not sure why this got an 8.4 rating. The room was shabby and the bed was uncomfortable. It was reasonably clean, but thin walls and loud people in smoking area out back. There was no hot water in the shower. Website says it has a restaurant, which is why I booked it for a layover, so I wouldn't need to leave to find dinner, but that's wrong. No restaurant, just instant ramen in the minibar. I was directed to a sports bar down the street. Would stay somewhere else if I lay over in Brisbane again.

This motel is excellent from reception with Diamond and Amy who were efficient, courteous and friendly, to the standard of the room, which had everything you need. It was a good size and the cleanliness was of a high standard. The price was good and certainly value for money. Parking, wifi and breakfast are included in the price. Very good value in an area where there's a lot of compeition. Highly recommended.

My daughter, sister & I showed up 6:30pm to check in and a raucous group of young men were drinking, smoking, shouting & cat calling. We asked for a room far away but the group was so loud, we could still hear them. The lock on the door was not secure and our room had a connecting door to another room with no way to lock from our side. We did not feel safe. But the management would not let us cancel without forfeiting cost of room. The management did not offer to talk to the partying men nor move us to a room without a connecting door. I cannot believe they refused to address the offending group and expected three women to just stay in clearly unsafe circumstances. At 7pm promptly we and our concerns were dismissed because they office needed to close.

Went to check in within office hours arrived 6:40pm and found the office to be closed when it the hours stated to be 7pm. I never got a call to say the office will be closed here is you’re key box code. Ran into office lady and she could not help us only told to call on the phone. Was not happy with the service, we arrived in office hours it wasn’t or responsibility to let us know they were leaving early.

Worst hotel I have stayed at. Have stayed in close to 500 hotels with this one being bed far the worse. 1. Not an airport hotel - is 8kms from the airport. 2. Room did not match description. Photos showed double bed and two single beds however it was a double bunk, not single beds. 3. Shower did not work more then a very poor trickle. 4. Construction site less then 2m from rear door of the room. Machinery and tool use noise stared at 5.30am. No where on the website does it warn that there is early morning construction taking place right next to room 5. A non designated parking space is located right in from of the door to the room. This meant that because someone had parked there, their car blocked access to our room. There was just enough spaces to squeeze through but not enough room to carry our suitcase. We had to lift the suitcases over the bonnet of the car to get out. Spoke to reception in the morning however he was not interested at all. Wouldn’t even get out of his chair so I could show him the car blocking our door.

Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist super. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen an der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Kontinentales Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen - ist jedoch nicht der Hit. Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle wuasi direkt bor der Motel. Für längeren Brisbane Aufenthalt eher ungeeignete, da man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitten rund 45 bis 60 Minuten pro Strecke in die City benötigt.

Good location, short taxi ride from airport. Across road from train station and bus stops. Short walk to grocery store and eating options. Easy late check in no need for internet or phone so great for international arrivals. Room comfortable. Some traffic noise in morning nothing bad but to be expected in city, not much at night or from trains. Wifi bit sketchy couldn't get it in my room. May not be case in other rooms. Nice outside seating area where got wifi. Luggage storage.

Overall our room was reasonable but the bunk bed creaked and the reverse cycle A/C was also noisy. We were charged extra for luggage storage which has not happened to us in other places that we have stayed in. We also did not realise that we would have to pay extra for our children to eat the 'included' breakfast so we elected not to have it at all. Unfortunately the train to Doomben (the nearest train station) does not run on a Sunday so we had limited public transport options on this day. The price and location was reasonable.

Prior to booking, I checked Hotels.com to ensure this motel had a restaurant. Hotels confirmed it did, but it did not (a toaster doesn't make it a restaurant). NOT IMPRESSED. We stayed on the bottom floor of the motel. We had to put up with thudding noises above us for hours before it subsided (I guess they went to bed). ON Sunday morning there was no hot water. We chose to leave and have a proper breakfast without being able to shower.

Overnight stay before morning flight. Basic accommodation. Sound proofing not good. Room was a bit dingy but functional. Shower door was rusty and soap dish was hanging off. Beds had only a top sheet & 1 pillow. Complimentary continental type breakfast was a nice touch.

The room was okay. Breakfast provided was extremely poor- cereal and bread nothing else. Breakfast for a 3rd person is just ridiculously priced at $14 for a bowl of cereal and piece of toast. Not recommended at all.
