Great property and wonderful staff. Had issues with a leaking shower that soaked the floor and a non-functioning mini-fridge. Would stay again. Awesome location and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located if in Alexandria and has usual Kimpton amenities. Staff are a mix of really trying and could care less. Biggest issue was air conditioning in room was like having a truck engine nearby. Could not use because do noisy. When reported I noted the staff took it well, barely responded.

Return visit for us, staff are friendly and helpful, bed comfortable, room spotless and lovely toiletries. We met up with friends for breakfast so can’t comment on food
