Because I was arriving at the airport early in the morning with my mother in her 70s and my elementary school-aged son, I had hoped to check in early. I had inquired in advance via message, but was told that it would depend on when the room was ready. When I actually went to check in a little after 9:00 a.m., an Asian staff member at the front desk assisted me. She was very kind and welcoming, and even allowed me to check in early free of charge. As we were quite tired, I truly appreciated this gesture.

Nice location in a very walkable city. 2 BR with one bath is a bit tight for a family of 4 with only 1 bathroom by Australian apartment standards. Furnishing felt abit well-used. Good view of Kangaroo Point from our 60th floor.
