Great service by the hotel, really nice and friendly staff. The hotel is 20 min from Monza , if you don’t have a car bus is the only option as it is in a small industrial zone. If you wish to explore Monza village,,best to stay in Monza. There is no food service 24/7, only breakfast and dinner when the restaurant opens in the evening. I would say that the hotel is more 3 stars but the personnel and cleanliness were very good.

Hotel an sich vernünftig. Hat gratis Parkplätze (begrenzt und fast immer voll) die nicht überdacht sind, für 5€ (stand 05/2024) pro Tag kann man aber in die Tiefgarage. Neben an (Tür raus vom Hotel - 10 Meter - Tür rein Restaurant) ein solides Steak Restaurant. Ansonsten hat Concorezzo nicht viel zu bieten was Kulinarik betrifft. Größter „Pain Point“ ist die Verbindung nach Mailand. Angeblich mit den Öffis (2-3 mal umsteigen - je nach Route) dauert die Reise nach Mailand ca 1 Std 30 min. Wir haben aber das Taxi genommen - kostet aber je nach Verkehr und Anreise vom Taxi 60-110€ pro Fahrt. Wenn man also öfters nach Mailand will oder generell plant in Mailand seinen Urlaub zu verbringen, würde ich direkt in Mailand ein Hotel nehmen. Wer aber nur einen Tag in Mailand verbringen möchte und sonst gerne Tagesausflüge machen möchte (z. B. Como, Monza, Bergamo…) dann ist das Hotel sicher eine gute Alternative.

Il mio giudizio poteva essere sicuramente da 10 se non fosse che gli infissi non garantiscono per niente l’isolamento acustico! Musica assordante suonata sino a tarda notte nell’ ristorante di fianco alla reception, non ci ha permesso di dormire, abbiamo dovuto chiamare il ricevimento intorno a mezzanotte per lamentarci del gravoso problema.

Business friendly, however means if you are a tourist you are likely to get the not so good rooms! We got put in a disabled room, before being moved to a room with no sound insulation right above a noisy restaurant garden! TV in that room was then broken! Location is good, and third time lucky staff got us in a room with installation and of the level booked! Breakfast was OK, and location is good go Monza and and Milan trips.

Communication before the trip was good, very responsive to our requests re bed arrangements. We arrived late snd I realised I had booked the wrong room - a connecting double rather than an apartment. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating and organised a room despite the late hour. The apartment, which was seperate to the hotel, was large, clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Thank you again to the staff - you were lovely.
