The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be. The building is old and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us, but maybe for others. There were a lot of areas in the room that were not clean. There was paper on the floor, toothpaste on the mirror, and red mold around the drain in the tub. I would not choose to return to this hotel. I did love the staff though.

Checked in for one night traveling up 95. We got there at nearly midnight but the gal at the front desk was there and very kind. Rooms are dated but nice and spacious, looks like they have done renovations. Shower was nice and hot in the morning. There was a continental breakfast of waffles and toast and things but we did not try any of it as we had other breakfast plans. Coffee in the lobby 24/7. Check out was a breeze, the gentleman was also very nice and friendly. You can tell they really care about their place! One thing that no one else noted- no elevator, had to take stairs to second floor. Not a big deal for us but could be for someone else.

Building was mostly clean, there was a live beetle crawling around the bathroom… the remote didn’t work the tv so I had to program it myself, the WiFi didn’t work after asking 2-3 time for a reset, it started working as we checked out..
